To begin with they didn't even clean my nails the right way, didn't cut cuticles or anything. I asked for coffin style and they did square nails on me. I also asked for medium size nails and instead I got short nails. The French tips are all messed up, and the nails aren't filed good, and they didn't even apply acrylic on the entire nails, I had to ask to fill in around the cuticle because the nails looked like they had outgrown already while getting them done, yet they didn't even fill them completely either way. The color I originally chose was not available, so they switched me to another color without having the right chrome powder to achieve the look I wanted. During the pedicure, my big toe was cut and started bleeding, and the technician seemed very distracted and inconsistent - she did not do the same steps on each foot and leg, and I had to point out that one foot had not even been filed like the other. On top of that, I was never asked which pedicure package I wanted. Last time I was there, I got the basic pedicure, but this time I was charged $70 without anyone confirming an upgrade or explaining the price beforehand. It is not fair that I was charged seventy dollars and walked away with nothing I originally went in for - not the color I chose, not the chrome effect I requested, and a bleeding big toe instead. For what they charge, this level of service is not acceptable. I will not be returning and would caution others to confirm prices and services clearly before they start, and to speak up immediately if something doesn't feel right.
