If you prefer a specific stylist/spa member you can also make appointments based on their availability. **Reserving an appointment requires putting your credit card on file. You will be charged if you do not show up to an appointment. ** After checking in with the friendly receptionist you can peruse the cute shop they have, which sells clothing and jewelry, or look at the high quality products they sell in-store. You will be taken to get your hair washed, which is the best part because you are given a scalp and hand massage. They also offer many beverages like tea, wine, lemonade, etc. I like Randall a lot and always choose her. She never fails to hype me up and make me feel like a queen *flips hair*. I got a semi-dramatic haircut: I started with a shoulder length bob with forehead bangs and wanted a short Mia Farrow pixie cut. Randall was of course very accommodating and was able to perfectly capture what I wanted. She asked me feel my hair to check the length and see if I wanted it shorter anywhere, which I really appreciated. She cared that I liked my haircut and wanted to make sure I felt and looked my best. She talked with me before starting about how I like to have my eyebrows shaped and the best way for her to get my eyebrows looking good. One of my eyebrows grows in pretty full and its shape is fairly straight across and then tapers at the tail. But my other eyebrow is a bit more patchy/sparse and its natural shape is more rounded. At every other place I've been to get my eyebrows done, they would rush me through and shape my brows however they wanted with little input from me and then get me out so they could move onto the next client. Sometimes my brows turned out okay, but sometimes all I could think was, "how long til my brows grow back out so I can get this fixed?" But that was not the case at all here. If you're looking to get your brows done in 5 minutes or less, you'll probably want to reschedule for another day when you have more time to get yourself and your brows pampered. L. Parie spent a lot more time with me, but it was well worth it. She asked questions and checked in with me a lot during the service to make sure I was happy and comfortable. She stopped after doing my first brow to have me take a look and make sure I thought it looked good and to discuss how she was going to take care of my other brow. And then of course at the end, she made sure I was happy with everything. My eyebrows look amazing now! The hot face towel wrap at the end was a really nice, luxurious touch to the service. I've never had that offered at any other place when getting my eyebrows done. I loved the customer service, attention to detail, and care I received here and I will definitely be back!
