It's not fancy, but they do a great job and that's what I care about. The first time I came in, Sonny helped me, and he was excellent. He was easy to visit with, and before I knew it, my mani was finished. The next time I came in, Mini helped me soak off a bad dip I had gotten somewhere else and we started over. The last time I came in, the person who helped me was a little rougher with me and I got a small cut on my thumb from the tool slipping, but she felt so bad and spent a lot of time cleaning it up and making it feel better. I'm sure I make them crazy because I always want my nails so short, but they never make me feel bad about it! I think I've found my Edmond nails shop.

The grand opening was awesome, they had snacks and drinks, and overall vibe was awesome. Place is super clean, and has a modern look to it. But most of all - the people are so friendly. I came back 2 weeks after because I loved the service! First time round, I came for a gel manicure and pedicure. Second time back my gel manicure was chipped and pretty grown out so I went for builder gel and y'all. Builder gel is LIFE changing. My nails are genuinely the prettiest they have been, and the nail tech, David, put so much effort into making sure it was perfect too. All I had to do was show inspo pictures of the nails I wanted, and boom - David totally nailed it within the hour. And every single person in the shop were so supportive and so nice about recommendations too. All in all, would totally go back!!

Well, turns out I walked in 15 minutes before closing and asked for a mani/pedi with gel fingernails. They took my request in stride. I didn't know they were about to close until they started multitasking with me. At one point I had all three of the employees who were left working on my toes and fingers at the same time. It was a bit hectic and not very relaxing. The finished product looked great, and they stayed a few minutes late to get me done. You couldn't tell they did everything in only 20 minutes. I'll have to go back sometime so I can get the more relaxing version without them being rushed.

I was already getting gel which I know is an up charge and a pricey pedi, so why the need to keep running up the cost when the customer didn't even want or ask for that extra? We walked out with her hair matted and my daughter crying, crushed, and embarrassed. Her hair was damaged. The mats were so bad they led to breakage and a frizzy, dry mess afterward. We're still dealing with the aftermath. I will never forget the look on her face. I brought her there to make her feel special, and instead she left feeling upset and defeated - over her hair - because people who claim to be professionals handled it so poorly that it turned into a mess. I'm still angry, but honestly I'm more heartbroken than anything. This place should not be offering "luxury" anything. Luxury doesn't leave a child in tears. BEWARE and choose somewhere else.
