Very nice parlor! Staff is friendly, food is good and comes out fast, prices are nice, plenty of seating, place looks new, loads of parking, and hours are perfect

I am a total pizza snob, I have probably tried at least most of all of the pizza spots in Northern NJ and am always looking for new spots to enjoy a couple slices -- and this joint did not disappoint! I just had a couple of classic cheese slices and they were phenomenal -- the sauce was sweet and tasty, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the crust was so crunchy and perfectly golden brown. Seriously wasn't expecting to enjoy this random drop in so much but am so happy I did -- will be back to try their other menu options such as hot subs and personal pizzas!

Hey guys! This place is amazing!

Hey guys! Tom is a great guy; he has a great passion to make food tasty as much as possible! I ordered this rice bowl and it tasted so good! Yeah, I made a mistake for just ordering fries but it's all good! Tom helped me to add both beef and rice in this rice bowl! Next time, I'll make sure I'll add rice in this yummy bowl! Paramus, NJ is never the same without you guys!

The establishment is small, cozy and nice to have a quick bite to eat on any night. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We ordered the fat boy sandwich (The name does it justice) which is a play on the Rutgers grease trucks sandwiches, but elevated. The place the sandwich on a nice crunchy and fresh Italian bread and the ingredients tasted home made. The portion was enough for two people. My son also ordered the vodka cheese fries and those were delicious. Mozzarella cheese and vodka sauce on home made fries!!!! Definitely a good find.

We tried this place out for the first time after seeing all the good reviews... I'll start with the good. The place was clean, great ambiance and friendly staff. The pizza was good but I wouldn't give it 5 stars. This pizza was just above average in my humble opinion. I'll give it another go in the future in case they were having an off night.

So I ordered lunch from this location and ordered a bunch of things. I ordered the personal vegan chicken pizza for myself. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and was greeted. The service was very good and the manager came and explained how they are going to be expanding their vegan menu. He explained what they use and I really liked the idea. When I got in I ate the pizza and I wasn't a huge fan of it. I think it was mainly the vegan chicken they used. The crust was good though. I would need to try another vegan option because there were others.

The food was fresh (how did they find a flawless avocado in the middle of winter???) and the flavors delicious. The service was outstanding -- weekend brunch was packed, and they put your name on a list in case you want to walk around town while you're waiting. Don't go too far, because somehow they're able to move the tables without making folks feel rushed. Each person we encountered -- the host, the folks at the counter, our server -- was nicer than the last. I got a bowl that had slightly cooked spinach, poached eggs, sweet potatoes and that GOHgeous avocado I mentioned above. One thing I really liked about this bowl is that it didn't have rice in it -- something that would've made it too overwhelming. This was the perfect combo and portion size. Someone else in our small group got the avocado toast (more avocado!!) and also said it was excellent. Definitely plan to return!

The interior of the restaurant was so nice, modern and well lit. There were outdoor seating area available as well. Other than street parking, they also had free parking spots at the rear side of the restaurant. We ordered the egg benedict, steak and egg, and pancake stack. They were served within a short time. Overall all the dishes were good. Steak was cooked well. But the pieces were thick. I wish it had more flavor. The chimichurri sauce on the steak saved the dish. Pancakes were fluffy and little sweet, my daughter liked it. The service was decent as well. Both the owners (father & son) were present at the restaurant, helping out rest of the staff. One of them stopped by our table to check on our dining experience. Overall we had a wonderful brunch time here.

We're so glad we did, because this hole in the wall turned out to be a diamond in the rough. With a nondescript exterior and limited signage, Foodies Diner is easy to miss. It's in an area with mainly houses and mixed use commercial buildings, but the space inside is cozy. I especially appreciated the way the owner greeted everyone who enters and thanked everyone who leaves with notable warmth and small-town friendliness. The menu reads like a true diner - with all-day breakfast and brunch options, as well as standard lunch fare. We ordered a Santa Fe salad and an L.A. burger - which comes with avocado, bacon, onion, lettuce, and tomatoes. The burger was pretty standard, but having it delivered on a warm brioche bun feels a little bit special. The accompanying fries were also great - crisp and potatoey on the inside. The salad, on the other hand, was a near triumph. Served on a large platter, there was a small field of well-seasoned chicken, shredded cheddar, vegetables, avocado, pico de gallo, and - best yet - some pieces of warm, toasted pita. I even sprinkled some pieces of bacon from my burger into this salad, and wow did that take it over the top. I dug into this salad with fair gusto and would absolutely come back for it...which is saying something, since I wouldn't expect to fall in love with a salad at a diner. Service was fantastic, and we were pleased with how reasonably priced our meal turned out to be. There's plenty of parking - either right out front or in the lot further back.

I wasn't super hungry so we shared the crispy cauliflower and lamb ribs from the appetizer menu. The crispy cauliflower was excellent -- hot, actually crispy, and not drowning in sauce which I really appreciated. The lamb ribs came over labneh (a yogurt base) and the first plate arrived with the lamb cold. I asked our waitress if that was intentional and she said only the labneh should be cold.
