BLT 3-Decker Club

The 3-decker BLT club sandwich was absolutely delicious and stacked to perfection. Crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes were layered between perfectly toasted bread that held everything together without getting soggy. The portion was generous, and each bite had a satisfying crunch and balance of flavors. The sandwich came with a side of golden fries, which were hot and well-seasoned. This is hands down one of the best BLTs I've had--highly recommend if you're hungry!

Gluten free pizza

I'm new to the area so decided to try this place as they have GF pizza. It is decent but a little pricey for the size. Not complaining too much about that though since I'm aware GF pizza will always cost more. I've just had it from other places at the same price for double the size. This pizza is thicker and doughier than others I've had which is fine, but it could have been left in the oven for a few more minutes. Not a huge deal though; the crust is excellent. I live ten minutes away and it was still hot when I got home. I may come back eventually for the convenience, but may also prefer the 20 minute drive to Lowell to get some of the best GF pizza I've ever had.

Pizza hot in the oven

Best calzone I've had in years. They also do free fry Friday's. Great service for 40 years in business

Turkey Club, $15
Jason D.

Pretty solid, I've gotten pizza here ($13) and I've gotten a turkey club ($12) here. Both hit the spot. The turkey club was light on bacon and tomato (see picture) so I wouldn't travel out of my way to here here again for that, especially for twelve bucks. Good amount of turkey, though. Staff is really nice, and the location is good.

Small Meatball Grinder-delicious!

Note: this is a very specific review, not of the entire menu per se. I'm focused on a couple very specific things here. In my continuing reviews of meatball grinders at "House of Pizzas", I found an "undercover" house of pizza - they don't have it in the name but all the times I drove past it it I thought it was a true OG house of pizza - so it's going to qualify for my meatball grinder review purposes. Decor: technically the name of this place is Burlington's famous pizza and subs, and the decor is exactly what you'd expect in a house of pizza, the old faded posters from Greece on the walls and the classic plastic menu signage above the counter. Checks all the boxes - totally no-frills and exactly what you want in an old style house of pizza. The Meatball Grinder: this was a very, very tasty meatball grinder. Definitely homemade meatballs, and I counted at least five or six large, juicy, fresh tasting meatballs inside a nice crispy French roll. Some of the Greek style house of pizzas the meatballs are more sliced, almost like from a loaf; these were true round meatballs, but the flavor really stacked up with everything you want in a delicious old-fashioned old-school Greek meatball grinder. The sauce was nice there was plenty of it, and the only slight letdown was the fact that the cheese was not enough, I wanted more provolone pull inside the grinder itself. But the fresh taste of the meatballs more than made up for it. I would definitely go back for a grinder from these guys, it was served up fresh and hot. Also should mention, their prices seem a little higher, a small grinder was $10. But that's OK, in my quest for House of Pizza meatball grinders this one did not disappoint. 9 out of 10. For reference, 10 out of 10 aka the perfect Greek house of pizza Meatball grinder can be found at Steve's House of Pizza, in Bedford Massachusetts.

I come here every Saturday for a Famous breakfast sandwich, omelettes, or a breakfast pizza....yummy!! Thank you Famous!!!

Famous never disappoints! Line out the door, phone ringing on all lines, and a cool casual crew of Employees slinging out got a large cheese pizza and Greek salad with Chicken got a side of the homemade Taziki sauce was super fresh and delicious. Stopped eating out but I'm back again Famous you haven't lost that touch in 35 years

So I get a large Chip's Tip sub and a few pastries for snacks. The bill was steep for what I got but I thought it would be worth it for my son to try the sub. After getting it, we split the sub and ate it in the car. Let me tell you that this was not the same steak tip I remembered. It was so bad, we tossed it in the garbage at the gas station next door. The steak was very tough and hard to chew - almost like the tips had been cooked earlier and then reheated for my order. Everything just seemed greasy. We also did not enjoy the raspberry turnover or yellow cream cannoli's we got for dessert. Maybe it was us or maybe it was the food but I will never go there again. We are not food snobs by any stretch of the imagination, and I rarely will say anything bad about a restaurant experience but we ended up going to Augusta's which is just a little bit down the road, for chicken just to erase this experience from our mouths. I know a lot of people will swear by their steak tip subs and that is great but it's just not for me anymore.

We walked into a comfortable space with a relaxed vibe that never feels generic, the kind of spot where you can settle in for a meal or grab something quickly without the atmosphere working against you. The Vietnamese bowl is the order that brings everything together well. We tried it and the flavors were bright and balanced, leaning into the fresh herb and citrus notes that make Vietnamese inspired food work when the kitchen takes it seriously. The bowl format here gives you enough going on across the components that each bite shifts slightly, which kept the meal interesting from start to finish in a way that a simpler dish would not. The broader menu is worth exploring beyond a single visit. The shakshuka and acai bowl are both good, the smash burger salad is a surprisingly strong order for anyone who wants something more indulgent, and the vegan options are extensive and genuinely well executed rather than feeling like an afterthought. The smoothies are popular for good reason and the coffee holds up as well. Pricing runs on the higher side and the menu does not always list prices upfront on site, which is worth being aware of before you commit to a larger order. Service is generally attentive and fast, though it can vary by location and shift.

The corned beef is large chunks, not small diced pieces found in most commercial and canned hash. The potatoes, peppers, and onions gave a nice texture and flavor. I had it topped with two over medium eggs which were perfectly cooked. As I was eyeing the French toast, he gave me a single piece which included their fruit infused whipped cream and was really, really good! That might be my entree next time. My friend got the crepes and her face was doing happy expressions while she was eating. My new best friend Maria kept my coffee mug full-she visited the table frequently to make sure my mug never got low nor cold. She also took care to clean the table promptly as plates were finished. Now if my kids could learn that... oh wait, this is a diner review. The ambiance is cute and chic. There was easy access to accommodate wheel chairs and they have their menu clearly marked for gluten free available and vegan options (most of the menu). The menu is on the fancier side; they will prepare whatever someone wants (e.g. if someone just wants 2 eggs and bacon, they can easily do that). The location is on Main St. so parking is hit or miss. If you are nearby and want something good, this is a good option!

My husband scarfed down his Rice, Rice Baby entree (Rice, black beans, fire roasted poblano corn, grilled chicken, pico de gallo, avocado crema, pickled onion, cotija, sliced avocado, Nacho Cheese Doritos® & cilantro.) It looked really good; I'm going to have to ask if they'd make a vegetarian version. The husband wondered if it could be made into a burrito. I experienced the delectable Cookie Monster Pancakes (Oreo® cookie infused pancakes stuffed with chocolate cream - topped with Oreo® cookie butter & powdered sugar.) I ate half and brought the other half home. Washed it down with some quality Peet's iced coffee. Staff was courteous and dependable. It was a little loud, as are most Toasts, because of music and chatter. Entrance is handicapped accessible, though a push-button automated door would be excellent.
