Fast forward - I go in and drop my sunglasses off because they said they can help me! The little knob slipped off of the nose piece - said it was a quick fix and within 15 minutes I was already back in with a fixed pair of sunglasses! They said no charge because it was such an easy fix and I just think that's such an example of great business and them not taking advantage of customers... The best thing is that Dr. Chuang patiently describes the steps before he goes forward.
