Not only was the "Customer Service" person unable to give me that info but his manager was standing next to him and he would not give me the info. Both asked me why did I need the info, I replied to send a letter/email. They only new the manager's first name, that they are not allowed to give a last name and neither of them (out of both of their mouths) new the store manager's last name. What in the slim pickens is going on here? Now unless it was a very talented large dog with hands, I am pretty sure it was human. An older male employee asked if he could help and I told him the problem. He kind of smiled and said he could smell it too. He ended up getting me a sack from the other side but did nothing about the one with urine. After I went and thoroughly washed my hands and arms, I came back and the sack was still there. I had to tell the young female cashier and she contacted the back. The whole thing was just gross.
