I wanted to grab one "to go", but we were fearful that it would separate and wouldn't be very good later. FEAR NOT! She put all the ingredients in the cup and wrote the remaining directions so I can mix later or tomorrow. Both shakes were beyond delicious, and the fact they are nutritious is a BONUS! What sets Shaloka apart from Tai Chi is their fruit bowls (Açai and Pitaya/Dragonfruit) and also their Signature Bowls.
