The lot was half empty. No wait, no circling, no negotiating for a table. That matters here, because nearly everything written about this place describes peak brunch... the waits, the reservations, the packed dining room. They open at 8. The hour after that belongs to whoever bothers to show up early. The food held up its end. My crepe came out hot, folded under a runny fried egg with a cream sauce and scallions, and it was exactly what I want out of a Sunday morning plate. Four stars. If the brunch rush is what's kept you away, come early. Same kitchen, none of the chaos.

Along with the cheesesteaks, they also have burgers, "hot plates" (kinda like a garbage plate), and finger foods like wings, mac and cheese bites, and onion rings. They also have smoothies and cheesecake! Service was average and the prices were a little high as expected for the mall, but the food was delicious! I got the chicken finger sub combo with a pina colada smoothie and my boyfriend got the philly with no peppers or mushrooms. I gave him some of my fries. My chicken finger sub was piping hot. The chicken was crispy and there was plenty of lettuce and mayo like I requested. We really liked the fries, they were crispy and seasoned unlike what I've had before. I think there was turmeric on these! Very flavorful. And I loved my smoothie, it was delicious and blended well - no ice chunks or anything. My bf liked his philly, though he said for the price he said you could get better. I don't really eat philly cheesesteaks, though, so I can't speak for it besides I guess it didn't have much meat for the price. This is probably one of the better options in the food court at the mall as long as you are willing to spend a pretty penny.
