Nice facility and the staff was very friendly and a little bit smaller than the one we used to go when we lived in Oregon but they have a lot of different areas in the space they have. They have a big jump area, 2 obstacle courses on 2 different levels. Price is $13 for an hour and $21 for 2 hours. They have 2 rooms for private parties. Our first visit was a five star experience. The manager on duty was super friendly & knowledgeable. My kids had a blast here. It's not huge but it's a good size. There's a cool little obstacle course, a place to practice your flips & tricks, open jump area with basketball goals, as well as a party room. I took all four kids here (newborn included) & they had so much fun. One thing though... it is HOT! It feels like the a.c. Isn't on. They had a couple fans running near the obstacle course so we ended up standing there for a while. My poor kiddos were sweating soo hard. I brought a small fan for my newborn for when we returned. The price is not bad at all! Ask about monthly memberships. It's actually a way way better deal than just paying for one visit. We can go every day for one hour for three months. Our most recent visit was a little odd. The person at the front desk let us know they were going to be closing 30 mins early since it was so slow. I asked if they could still jump for the fifteen minutes since they were all fired up for it. She let them jump & more people actually ended up coming in after us too so they stayed open till closing. Maybe make sure you're not coming in close to closing in case they close early. It's so nice that this place is right by the mall too! Overall I really liked this place. We bought a membership so we will be coming often. read more

Great for the kids. This is not as large as another trampoline gym in town but it is better for the kids in my opinion because of this. Check the details but I'm pretty sure there is a time set aside for the very young ones in the morning. There is a Ninja gym section as well with a rope net ladder, warped wall and rings. The trampoline area has a basketball hoop and a few trampolines that ramp up to a 45 degree angle. There is got plenty of seating for parents and since this facility is a little bit smaller that just means you are that much closer to your little ones to see all the actions. PS... There are small lockers in the event you want to secure your belongings, bring your own padlock. read more

In fact, I'd advise going here first, to help counter-balance the extra large vat of Coke and popcorn they're bound to spring for during that summer blockbuster at the movie theater. Yeah, every mall should have a Fallout. By standards of what this town has to offer, the size of Fallout simply makes it three-star, particularly when it's packed. But the facility is well maintained, and my kid thought the Ninja course was perfectly dynamic for her seven year-old monkey instincts. Those of us who either cannot jump or would not risk injury generally line the floor in chairs, so consider bringing a newspaper or book if you're going to sit it out. This place is probably the only saving grace to cottonwood mall. Afterall The kids can bounce for 1 hour, then we (the adults) can we wear ourselves out the sad little mall. The area is clean and prices are reasonable. On Tuesdays, kids get 2 hours for the price of 1 (talk about a coma induction). Only downfall is that the employees wear shoes. I'm going to have to rate this as the worst trampoline park that I've been to. However, it still was lots of fun needless to say. I think what killed it for me was how small it was, and how expensive it was. It's the smallest of all the trampoline parks I've been to which is just the four in our area. I recently had my daughter's birthday party here. The party planner Emily was wonderful! She was easy to contact, enthusiastic, and very helpful. Unfortunately my experience w/ Fallout Staff the day of the party was the complete opposite. My party host- Jade provided very poor customer service during our 2.5hr reservation. Our cake, sides, and drinks sat in the warm office until we were let into the room to decorate. I was under the impression that our party host was going to be a help to us during this event, but instead she seemed bothered by our questions and didn't help aside from a rather poor job at putting on a table cloth. She was hard to find most of the time or preoccupied w/personal devices behind the reception desk. The room was clean and seating was adequate for a party of 10 kids. The freezer in our party room was broken so that every time it was opened, it needed to be specifically handled to shut correctly and the sink area was lacking paper towels. My main dissatisfaction is with the staff who were too distracted with their ipad games at the front desk to help in monitoring the jumping area and/or assist with the party. I didn't get to enjoy my daughter's birthday party b/c I was playing host, which if I remember correctly is the whole selling point for Fallout when they suggest throwing a party at their venue- " have it here so you can enjoy your party with your child and we'll do the rest." I could have paid significantly less money and had the same experience at a public park! read more

Most places open 5-10 minutes before the posted opening. Not this place. We frequently come for toddler time and rarely do they open at 10, but rather a few minutes after. Those few minutes, plus the few minutes it takes to pay, take off shoes, etc., and we get 45 minutes of jump time for the price of 60 minutes. They have signs posted that jumpers should be sock-free or wear grippy socks. If you are wearing grippy socks that aren't purchased from Fallout, they'll ask you to take them off. Also, you'd think that a place that has a designated time for toddlers would limit that time to toddlers and their parents. (I've never seen a parent actually jump, just stand by their kid or sit off to the side on the benches and watch.) Oftentimes, there are older kids (8-10 years old) that have no regard for the little ones. I get that they're children, too, but toddler time should be restricted to toddlers. read more

Price was in line with other trampoline parks and although it is a bit smaller there is a two level area which adds some size. We usually go to Trampoline Park, but opted for Fallout today. I suppose to be staffed here, you just have to be a warm body. I have watched the staff talk more to each other, looking down at their phones, and not paying any attention to those on the floor at all. At least at Trampoline Park, the staff keeps an eye on the customers. It's not that I expect the staff to police or babysit my children, but that extra level of comfort is very helpful. First time here today and brought a 5 & 6 year old. Kids had a great time! Most kids here at this time, (4 pm), were under 12. I guess the teens come later. There are two party rooms if you need them and about 60 lockers if you need them. There is plenty of bench seating around the play area for parents to watch and relax. My wife and I took the day off work for her birthday. I found this listing while searching for fun things we could do and I was sold when I saw pictures of rings, bars and jumping all in one place. The facility was clean, odor free, brand new and family friendly. The music was hip, the sound system was lively and lightning created a perfect ambiance. Something new to try. Came in and had to fill out waiver which is expected. Had to stand back in line due to the three other young ladies who are employed at fallout are talking at the top of the stairs just looking at the line that is about to go out the doors. I can understand if they were monitoring the trampoline jumpers but two had their backs turned to the trampolines. I also don't like the fact that all jumpers are barefoot. This place is very small. They also don't make it mandatory for patrons to wear the non slip socks, and let people of all ages to run and jump barefoot. That is so disgustingly unsanitary! How does the Health Department let them get away with this? Seriously it's nasty! The facility is small, but my kids seem to enjoy it. My review is based on the Powerade machine. I purchased 4 bottles of Powerade, and was charged $2.00 for each bottle, and then an extra $4.00 per bottle a little while later. $6 a bottle? Pass. You don't let anyone do what they want to do. The rules do not make sence at all, because it said if you are safe doing something then you can do it, but it said no doubles and I can do doubles safely. And I overheard one of the workers say that he hated these children, he made my son cry. We jumped for an hour and I was impressed with how clean it is and the variety of spaces and types of environments. My 5 yo had a great time! I only give it three stars because as we were finishing up we witnessed a small child accidentally get hit by a large child and NO one did anything. The large child attempted to console the small guy, who was screaming and holding his back, then gave up and left him lying alone in the middle of a trampoline with a whole line of adults standing there doing NOTHING and kids jumping all around him. The "guard" was busy dancing and singing and so has not done anything to prevent the accident or to console the now injured child laying alone on a trampoline and crying. After I began yelling, "There is a hurt child!! Where are this kid's parents!" loudly for several minutes, one of staff FROM THE FRONT DESK came and picked up the child... His father showed up and consoled him, and I did see him out jumping again before we left - thank goodness. My issue is not with the accident... that happens, but do not be fooled that the "guards" will keep your kids safe or even respond if you call for help. read more

My son wanted to have his birthday party here after passing by it multiple times whenever we would come to the mall. I called and inquired about party pricing. I opted not to purchase one of their party options as I had planned for around 50 people (kids and adults) to attend. Instead, my husband and I decided to pay for all the kiddos our son invited as they walked in. I called about a week prior to my son's party and the manager helped me reserve a time even though I wasn't sure about the exact number of people attending. The staff was extremely accommodating and did not make us feel like we were a nuisance in the least. They were very patient as we waited for all our guests to arrive for our one hour jump time. When it came time to pay the balance, they took the time to go over each child's age to make sure I was paying the correct amount. Our son and the rest of our party had a blast! If you're looking for a large spacious trampoline park this is NOT the place for you. We went tonight and it was extremely crowded and not kid friendly, their "ninja course" was way to difficult for the average adult to do let alone our nephew who is 7. At their competitor, Gravity Park, they have their staff constantly monitoring and making sure there aren't kids in the foam pit hanging out, and that people are playing safely and taking turns. At Fall Out it is a complete FREE for all with no one watching and monitoring to make sure kids are taking turns and playing safely as well as making sure the babies who are barely walking keep away from the trampolines because there were countless amounts of times where i or my nephew would be jumping and a tiny baby would walk next to us and get knocked over or almost walk over the edge of the stairs because there were NO parental supervision whatsoever. There was one staff member though who offered our nephew ice when he collided with another child(that one staff member was so kind and concerned!). All in all this place has potential to be a nice smaller trampoline park if they lower their prices but if you're willing to spend a dollar more just got to gravity park where it's more spacious and has WAY more activities for your kids. read more
