Awesome place! Super clean and well maintained. Pricing was reasonable and so many activities! Nephew, age 10, was visiting from CA and we've been to a dozen trampoline parks in 4 states and Elevate was one of the top locations been to! Awesome staff and experience, clean restrooms and snackbar! Will definitely visit again!

No school today. Just a fun day for the kiddos!

Even though there is no school today, there is not a huge crowd of kiddos here today. They are literally bouncing the walls and more. We had mini pizzas for lunch and Icees. Only 2 of the 4 flavors in the machine were available. I was looking forward to one of their giant soft pretzels too, but they were sold out. Just a fun place to pass part of the day away today. Caution: It is extremely LOUD!

Not recommended!!! Too many hard surfaces!! That are disguised by tape or material! Until they add padding to ALL hard surfaces we will Not return and will share our experience!!

The grandkids love this place and we bought the unlimited pass. Going twice in a month pays for itself.

Ventana Ranch Community Center & Pool

Ventana Ranch Community Center & Pool

Westside

While technically this is called the Ventana Ranch Pool & Community Center, it's really just the…read moreVentana Ranch Pool. The "community center" isn't actually a community center at all. It's only accessible from the pool area, and is really just a small building built big enough to house the locker rooms, hold what little equipment the pool monitors might need, and store pool toys the kids that come here can use while they're swimming. Oh, and it serves as a space to use for the (monthly/quarterly?) homeowners association meetings. The pool itself isn't very large, probably about 3/4 the size of your typical public pool, but since it's only for Ventana Ranch residents, it never gets super busy, and one typically has plenty of room to swim and hang out in. It's clean, and relatively well maintained, but the water is so cold that, from my viewpoint, it's virtually unusable for more than a few minutes at a time, even on the hottest of summer days. Now, given that the average day finds plenty of people (mostly kids) in the pool swimming around, obviously not everyone feels the same way, but consider this my swimmer beware sort of review, and get out of it what you will. :-) I actually find the water temperature to be a bit of a mystery, because while it was super cold like this the few times we came here last summer (2013), there were also a few times we were here earlier this summer (2014), and the water temp was perfect then. There was even a time when we came to swim this year, and the water was (almost) *too* warm. However, of all the times we've been here, the water has been cold far more than it's been warm. The locker rooms are small, and a little stinky, but clean, and more than adequate for the size of the pool and the number of swimmers generally present. I suspect the smell is largely due to the smallness of the space, and the fact that the locker rooms are basically outside. There's a kiddie pool fenced off in a small enclosed area separate from the rest of the pool, and even though the main pool is very big, or busy, it's nice for parents of small children to have a dedicated space they can take their kiddos to if they want to. There are no diving boards, water slides, or any of that other fancy schmancy pool stuff, but there are plenty of chairs, a few tables, and even a nice grassy area with a couple good sized trees providing lots of shade right outside the gate, just in front of the pool. This makes the grass the perfect place for having a picnic lunch with the fam before, after, or even during your swim session. The pool is free to use, but as I mentioned above, it's for VR residents only, and you need a key/swipe card to get in the gate (obtained by going to the office for the the property mgmt co, and showing them an ID, and some sort of other proof of VR residency). Overall, I'd probably give the VR Pool 3.5 stars, but since Yelp won't let me go in .5 star increments, I feel like it deserves rounding up to 4 stars more than it does rounding down to 3. If you live in VR, the pool is a nice (free!) summer perk to have. If you don't live out here, well, maybe you should! :-)

Check-in was easy, but it took the attendant awhile to get our socks and wristbands. We had to wait over an hour after the party time for pizza. The room was only reserved for 2 hrs. For $100/hr, that's unacceptable. But it was a Saturday afternoon, and the place was packed. The place is run by all teenagers and really young people. At least, the food tasted pretty good. They had pepperoni pizza, that had a good crust, buffalo bone-in wings, which were really tasty and hot, but didn't come with celery or carrots, with ranch dressing, and 9 Icees. The ambiance is very dark and very loud. The whole place is overstimulating. There are kids flying above you on a zip line, trampolines and rock climbing in the back, ball pits, and jungle gym areas in the corner. They have so much to do, but some areas cost extra like the skydiving tube, zipline, and rock climbing. This place is definitely best for kids above 8 years old. My kids are under 6 and mostly enjoyed the ball pit and jungle gym. I wouldn't consider this place very safe bc it's so crowded and dark. It's hard to find your kids. Thankfully, I dressed mine in the same green Minecraft t-shirts. They glow like they're under a black light. Also, with kids and adults running around, we get bumped very easily. Side note: They don't allow outside food unless it's a cake. The party room price didn't include food and drinks! They paid about $700 for 20-30 ppl in the room.

This place could definitely use some fixing and management for the check in process and website…read moreissues. We saw the summer pass special for $59/person but it requires you to purchase online only. We did that but every time we purchased a pass or added a person it logged us out. It took 25 minutes to buy the passes online and then we had to check in, wait for wristbands, and purchase socks separately. It is decent to come when they open to play with kids. After noon or so it becomes chaos and there are so many kids running around and just not paying attention. They could use attendants at each attraction to ensure safety and that younger kids understand things like one way or exits to things so they don't get pummeled by older kids. Climbing was fun but there is definitely a limit and attendants could communicate to kids or adults waiting instead of completely ignoring people waiting. We'll come back to make sure we get value out of the pass but only for morning when they open.
