The staff did an excellent job creating a safe, welcoming environment for both kids and parents. They were actively engaged, walking around to ensure everyone was following the rules and staying safe. I also appreciated how they interacted with the children, encouraging them and helping build their self-confidence as they participated in activities and explored new challenges. The organized activities were a great addition, fostering a sense of community and giving families opportunities to connect. The environment itself was thoughtfully designed--the layout, noise level, and colors felt welcoming without being overstimulating like some other places we've visited. Another detail I appreciated was how organized everything was. Announcing when each session was ending and having a clock clearly displayed helped everyone stay on schedule and made transitions smooth. Thank you to the staff for creating such a positive experience. We will definitely be returning and look forward to visiting again soon! read more

We visited Elevate Trampoline Park today for my daughter's birthday party and spent almost $400. Unfortunately, the 4 pizzas we ordered were overcooked, with the crust noticeably burnt. This was very disappointing, and all the kids and parents were unhappy with the food quality. For a special occasion like a birthday party, we expected much better attention to food preparation and overall service. We hope management will improve food quality and ensure better consistency in the future so other families do not have the same experience. read more

Elevate Trampoline Park - Burnt pizza every body threw with one bite - Trampoline Parks Near Me - Rio Rancho, New Mexico

We had my 4 year old grandson's birthday party here and it exceeded our expectations! It was very clean, the pizza was surprisingly very good (and they even had green chile), and the staff were friendly and professional. It was totally stress free as they handle everything. I honestly think the adults had just as much fun (or more) as the kids!! read more

Awesome place! Super clean and well maintained. Pricing was reasonable and so many activities! Nephew, age 10, was visiting from CA and we've been to a dozen trampoline parks in 4 states and Elevate was one of the top locations been to! Awesome staff and experience, clean restrooms and snackbar! Will definitely visit again! read more

Elevate Trampoline Park - Trampoline Parks Near Me - Rio Rancho, New Mexico

GREAT place to bring your grandkids. They can have fun and go crazy giving you a break while watching them have fun too!

Even though there is no school today, there is not a huge crowd of kiddos here today. They are literally bouncing the walls and more. We had mini pizzas for lunch and Icees. Only 2 of the 4 flavors in the machine were available. I was looking forward to one of their giant soft pretzels too, but they were sold out. Just a fun place to pass part of the day away today. Caution: It is extremely LOUD! read more

Excellent experience. Great price. Super clean. Good value. Staff is helpful and engaging. Would definitely go back. My daughter loves it there. read more

this place was the absolute WORST. you book a children's birthday party and the workers act like you're bothering them and taking from their check. i seriously will never step foot in this place ever again. food was disgusting and tables were unsanitary the girl was just grabbing food with her hand. this place will be closed by next year i put that. DO NOT COME HERE go somewhere that's worth it. read more

Management was unprofessional, very rude, and disrespectful. I was absolutely flabbergasted by the way I was treated. It looks like it's ran by kids and had us waiting almost two hours for pizza on a reservation. I would not be surprised if this place closes down by the fall. We had a reserved room which was filthy with dirty socks and crusty tables. Extremely unsanitary and I will NEVER book another party here neither should you!! read more

Staff Friendly, great place for the kids to get some of their energy out. Nice cool place for the kids during the summer months.

Wonderful experience! Kids had a great time! Staff was friendly. The kids were well supervised by staff for safety.

I had so much fun at Elevate as both a parent and someone who jumped. This is the BEST trampoline park I have ever gone to. It is a great combination of trampolines, parkour, and other types of activities including party rooms, tables, snacks, and a CLEAN bathroom. I cannot wait to go back with or without my child! I would love it if there was an adult-only night for jumping occasionally where over 18-year-olds could be chaotic as they desire. I would absolutely be there in a heartbeat. read more

I contacted them about 3 weeks ago because I had questions about booking 2 parties (joint party) for my kids and I wanted them seated next to each other. They had a promotion going on through march for $100 off party bookings. I saw they had availability online for 2 parties at the same time. However when we called to talk to them about it they said they couldn't accommodate us on such short notice (I hadn't even given them to date yet), they just shut us down right away. They were very rude and we spoke with multiple staff and a manager. I then told them this wouldn't be for another 5 months, I was just being proactive and I already saw online they had the availability. Then they said they couldn't guarantee anything but that they would reach out to corporate to see if they can do 2 parties at once. Again, I was willing to book and pay for 2 parties I just wanted them in the same room at the same time. They said they would contact me after they spoke with corporate. I asked them if they could contact them soon so I could take advantage of the discount in March. I told them I would call back in a few days to see if they found out any info and they said no, not to call back, and they assured me they would contact them and call me back no matter what and still honor the discount even if it was past March. They never called me back and I confirmed my number with them twice. So not only do they have horrible customer service, they can't even follow-up on the things they said they would. Looking at other reviews they have, looks like they're the worst place for children's birthday parties. read more

Always a good time. If you're not doing the monthly pass you are missing out. Kids bounce, I read a book and they keep asking to go back. Staff is friendly. Snack bar is what you'd expect, but four flavors of Icee is first class. read more

Not recommended!!! Too many hard surfaces!! That are disguised by tape or material! Until they add padding to ALL hard surfaces we will Not return and will share our experience!! read more

Fun environment for my kids to jump and play. Love that it's so close to us in Rio rancho

It's was fun, excellent service and awesome facility for friends and family. An awesome place to host a group or birthday party event.

great time was had by all the food and drink prices way to high . other than that, the place is clean. The staff is friendly and everyone has a good time. read more

Bad customer service. I usually would recommend this places since I've been going for years but the workers are not what they used to be also there was a lot of trash around the floors. I'm not sure what happened today but it was unfortunate especially since I was out celebrating one of my children's birthday!! read more

Visited Elevate for the second time this year and it was a real disappointment. Met my sister and her kids, and some out of town family to celebrate my daughter's 12th birthday. We did not plan on purchasing a party package because only 3 kids were going to jump. So, I ended up paying for three 90 minute jumping passes, a large pizza, nachos, and drinks. Spent a good $180 for the experience only to be rudely interrupted by a tactless employee to separate our two tables from each other because we had not purchased a party package! Are you serious? So larger groups spending good $$$ to enjoy an expensive outing can't eat together?!! Seems way militaristic, calculating, cold, and customer unfriendly. How can such a large franchise have such rigid and unwelcoming policies?!! If I had known they were going to interrupt our daughter's celebration in such a rude manner, I would have spent my hard earned money elsewhere. Also, several of their limited attractions were CLOSED. They should give discounted pricing if that's the condition of their establishment. They are clearly taking advantage of the ABQ area with these discriminatory policies. My in-laws are nearing 80 and disabled, they could not stand easily and much less move a heavy table back to its original location. We will never give them business again. Hoping the owner straightens out their situation or else the establishment won't stand for much longer. We were not the only family this happened to, there was another larger family gathering next to us, and the same thing happened to them. And they had younger kiddos, eating by themselves separated by tables. Outlandish behavior and policies from Elevate! read more

Fabulous place to take my son and kids to blow off steam. It was low key, quiet and perfect!

The grandkids love this place and we bought the unlimited pass. Going twice in a month pays for itself.

If I could give zero stars I would . I took my two daughters in yesterday to jump . Waited in line for got almost a hour even though there was only two families a head of me . When I got to the front the lady told me I would have to sign a wavier . I informed her I was just here a few weeks ago so it should be I'm your system . She couldn't find it by last name , phone number or email and ask me to to go to the back of line to work on the wavier . So I moved over to the side waited another 15 minutes a new employee show up and guess what she found my wavier in the system (shocker ) . It took the lady another 15 minutes to get me check in socks , and pay . In total I waited one hour to pay $40 for two children and socks to jump for one hour . I wish rio Rancho had more places like this to jump because I would never go again . I'm sure I'll be back in a few months because my daughters will ask to go . read more

Amazing Job by Hailee, Faith and the entire Elevate crew! You all did an Incredible Job of making my Son Skylar's 9th Birthday Memorable! Faith was very friendly and made sure that the party area was setup and ready for the kiddo's. She was on top of everything. Thank You to Faith as well as Hailee the Party Manager. She made everything super easy and stress-free. And Thank You to the entire Elevate crew. Great Job! read more

Very clean and a great value for the money with monthly passes. Not too loud , nice and cool, and the kids love it!!!

The kids loved it and it was a great work out for them! They finished with ice cold slushies.

This place is clean ,the staff were helpful. It was our first time there and I was very concerned about safety. Staff were assigned to the playing area . Which help me feel comfortable. Overall a great place to take the kiddos to burn off some energy. The pricing was reasonable for the amount of time given. We will definitely be coming back read more

The grandkids love this place and we do too. I always think 90 minutes is going to be *forever* but it ends up just flying by. The concession stand is reasonably priced and they have a good selection of snacks. Bathrooms are clean and stocked. We had a party there last fall and that went well. If you have littles, take them early in the day. We are usually out of there by 1pm before the camp bus shows up. read more

We came in and waited in line for 30 minutes while only one cashier was working. We got to the cashier and we were told that we had to sign the waiver. Okay, great. But no, she said we must sign the waiver before we pay. So we have to wait in another line just to get back in the original line that has since grown at least 20 people since we got there. I asked where this was posted and she told me there were signs. I looked everywhere for signs and saw one that was behind the front door, would have been completely missed anytime the door was opened. The lady refused to allow us to go sign the waiver and skip the line we had already waited in and gave us no other options. No apology for any inconvenience. Nothing to make the experience better. Will never come back. read more

the park was fine but when you want to cancel they make things difficult - you have to go online. I called and found out the hard way - legitimate businesses don't make things difficult - I was going to re-activate in the winter this year but now I won't. Buyer beware. read more

Incredible place!!! We had a party there, and would recommend to have a birthday party or any other celebration there. Management was amazing! We got stuck in traffic and need to change the party time and they worked with us because it didn't affect any other party. Our host was Faith and she was incredible! She decorated the area wonderfully! She went above and beyond in making our guest comfortable. Well worth it!! We would definitely have another party there!!! read more

I'm going out of my way to write a review because every time I've come here, my family has had a great experience!! From throwing birthday parties or having something to do on a Wednesday, every visit has been worth the reasonable price. From the rad Alyssa at check in, to the sweet girl at the food counter.. every employee here has been amazing. I've felt the kindness from all of them, best young workers I've met! Thanks guys :) read more

This is a picture at the time 8:13pm. Way before closing time. These teenagers think that they apparently run the joint think they can just push people out when they want. And actually, is it just so much a high schoolers that run this place because there is not one adult that is here?. Secondly, the service overall other than being charged twice. Just seems this place is in for a lawsuit from someone. But God damn it. The kids come to love and jump here. They just need to work on some staffing issues for sure read more

We have loved this place for years! And then last week two nights in a row they closed early and even the front staff didn't know it until well into our session. Thursday night closed at 7 o'clock. They closed two hours early on Friday and offered us no compensation (stealing another hour of jumping), even after they knew we were quite upset about it being two days in a row. read more
