Coolspringz was fun We bought 2 hour wristbands and played about 1.5 hours. When you arrive you get free socks and you can store belongings in a locker. Bring cash $$$ for those. Not as fancy or elaborate as Urban Air, but we had the place to ourselves for awhile at noon. Then it got really crowded. The highlight for them were the trampolines, kid zone and big inflatable jump zone. Our 6 year olds are strong gymnasts, and they really wanted more ninja course elements for their size. We ended the day with some nachos, slushies and corn dogs at their concession stand. read more

Went here on a Saturday afternoon. I liked that the front counter staff were nice and they had a variety of activities even in the small space. But there's a lot that I didn't like. The prices were really high. The membership price was also unreasonable. The music was too loud. There were a lot of pimply surveillance everywhere (pimply high school staff patrolling the area), but they never intervened when they should have. I saw 3 big girls bullying a little boy, holding him down and beating him on his face and yet the patrollers never intervened. The food was awful. Most of the crowd were birthday parties. I guess I'd go for a birthday party but not as a family outing. read more

Absolutely a great place for the kids to burn off some energy. Customer service was top notch and the manager was extremely pleasant and outstanding. Very clean place and lots of attractions to utilize for a great price! Hands down for the money and experience you get, this is a great place to walk in or host your next birthday party for your little one! read more

We came here on a Friday night. It was a new experience for many of us. Crowded, but not too bad. The one thing is that you should be able to enter and exit as you please, rather than having to wait at the top of the hour (can go by a quota?). The $13.99 price for one hour seemed a little steep, but considering all the activities that were included (even the ninja course), it wasn't too bad and we didn't even make it to the lazer tag portion. Overall, we had a child-less fun time. With all the colds, flus, and now coronavirus going around, I tried not to think of how many people had put on the socks I had (even though they wash them!) and how many people touched things before I had. I saw a few little kids that got injured and think there should bee more age restrictions put in place for certain areas. The staff is helpful and does keep a close watch on things. Didn't try any of the food or the massage chairs, however. It was a lot easier to do this when I was younger... a whole hour of jumping? Phew. 2020 #11 read more

Pros: 1) I have a three-year-old and they have certain sections inside that are perfect for his age group. 2) The facility is new so you enjoy being in the space knowing that the building has not been open for a very long. 3) This is a secret tip but if you and/or your kids wear long sleeve shirts the staff (which is all teenagers basically) can't tell what color bracelet you have ;-) Cons: 1) Without a doubt the number one con of this place is the massage chairs. Unlike the massage chairs at the mall if you sit on these for more than 10 seconds without pain they start to beep and make a very very loud noise. It can be extremely annoying when you are there and people don't know this. I would say on average the beeping goes off once every three minutes. 2) The lines can get a tad bit long so it helps to get there during the non-peak hours. Overall: This place is really nice. I have been back on a couple of different occasions and will keep returning. Great for younger aged kids compared to Gravity Park. I just hope they get rid of the massage chairs. Seriously they suck. I talked with a half dozen staff and they all hate them...like HATE THEM. It's the only reason I didn't give this place 4 or 5 stars. read more

My kids have enjoyed this trampoline park with friends so I was happy to take them back today. We arrived at 1:45 for a 2:00 reservation. The attendant gave the kids bracelets and they started jumping. We were surprised at 2:30 when the kids were told their wristbands had expired. When my husband asked the cashier, he was told that because the kids started playing before 2:00, they were given a wristband that expired at 2:30. At a minimum, the attendant should have told us that when we arrived so we could choose to wait until 2 to start. The experience was particularly frustrating since it was early afternoon on a Monday and there were very few guests. read more

Experienced a ridiculous waste of money, buying a Groupon for two jumpers for $18, and staff redeeming that Groupon for son and father on Father's Day when father jumps free. After realizing my mistake, they wouldn't honor a second hour for my son, saying "you chose to redeem that Groupon today-- that was your choice, not mine." Nice. Story: Upon purchasing a two-jumper pass for them, I was told dad's jump free today. Cool, then I'll just buy one ticket and save this for another time. Then "do you want all access or jump only, it's only a dollar more." Cool! Let's do that! After a convoluted explanation of how to save this Groupon for another time by doing a two hour pass instead of one, i purchased at their recommendation another 1-hour Groupon with the intention of then purchasing one all-access hour pass. Then when trying to cash out, a new employee approached to say "Oh, actually dad's don't get the all access pass, and no, you can't just pay a bit extra on their regular jump pass (the two passes are one dollar difference), you'll have to buy it for $15. Ok, we, uh, shoot, let's just use this Groupon then on regular jumps--gave them the two jumper Groupon in a fluster, which they redeemed. After realizing my mistake having used the two jumper rather than the newly-purchased-at-their-recommendation single, well, see intro paragraph. This place intentionally or not basically ripped me off a second hour jump and snake-oiled me out of a third, and then offered absolutely no customer care, saying in so many words "sorry, you screwed yourself. Not my problem." You kidding me? I will tell the story of that employee's sardonic response and lack of customer care to every other parent I know. read more

What a fun place! I took my husband, teenager, 16 month old and 66 year old mother...FUN FOR ALL AGES. We went on a Saturday and I was afraid it would be packed, but it wasn't. There was plenty of room for everyone to bounce around. There is an area made just for the wee ones with a foam pit and trampoline. The dodge ball area is a fun and EXHAUSTING. Speaking of exhausting. We purchased 1 hour passes. They start the session on the half hour. Let me just say...there is NO WAY I would be able to bounce for the whole hour. I was exhausted. I think next time, I'll purchase a half hour of bouncing and a half hour of observer so my kids can keep bouncing while I catch my breath. There is a climbing wall and a tight rope (IMPOSSIBLE). My socks were too slippery to stay on the tight rope for more than 2 seconds and the foam pit you fall into is like quicksand getting out of it. It was SO much fun though. A great workout to boot. My kids absolutely loved Cool Spingz, and I loved it because it was clean, all the employees were nice, and it proved an air conditioned outlet for my boys to get their energy out. Attitude, Attitude, ATTITUDE. Sis, we spillin the tea You walk in and you expect good service. The lady at the front was clearly tired and her service was obviously not on point. Three tickets for two hours were $80.00!!!! You go towards the snack bar and ask for a simple cup of water. HUN NO. The two guys working the snack bar (8-10pm shift) clearly had a shitty attitude towards a lot of the customers and THEY DID NOT EVEN KNOW HOW MUCH WATER WAS. It took 4 employees and about ten minutes for them to figure it out and NOT EVEN TELL US THE PRICE. Ummm...excuse me? Our overall order was a cup of water and funnel fries (expensive af btw). We waited about another ten minutes and the kid that was supposed to make our fries was TEXTING. When we got our order we were also given hella attitude and the employee looked at my sisters spitefully for no reason. The overall experience at the trampolines was awkward due to how the employees were acting. CLEARLY this is a place where unexperienced, lazy, teenagers go get paid to slug around and throw fits at their high paying customers. HEALTH CONCERN: We were also at the dodgeball pit and my sister noticed a little kid licking the ball and then tossing it to her. She didn't say anything due to her politeness but if the employees WHO WERE PLAYING IN THE PIT noticed; why did they not straighten the situation out?? I know what you're thinking, we might've not seen the full side to the employees story BUT you cannot simply treat your customers disrespectfully, specially when most of them are just families wanting to have a good time. We had a joint Birthday Party for 7 yr olds Nov 22, 2021. It was SO Much Fun [for the adults as well as the children], mostly due to leadership of Debbie, the *awesome* Park Manager! Debbie was efficient, kind, on-top-of-things, easy to talk to, and good at multitasking! I had seen a couple of less than stellar reviews, so was prepared that there was a possibility of needing to be satisfied with 'meh' experience. Ha! Not so!!! The Park Does Post Requirements for Masks, as required. It is not possible or feasible for teen-staff to monitor such, Nor Should they have to endure bullying from public in the event some one is not wearing mask properly. In that case, maybe the family would be best served remaining home voluntarily. On to our Very Positive Experience: *First, as practical point, insist that parents sign 'on-line waiver' BEFORE coming to park. *Put the time for party to start 15-20 minutes BEFORE actual time, so kids can get signed in and receive their wrist bands, greet each other - - get a few photos of Birthday Child with guest, Get signed in and into jumping socks., rather than use actual Jumping Time. *Need Felt-Tip Permanent Marker ... IF guests bring presents put Name of Giver In the Bag or ON Presents Because somehow they Do Get Mixed up or separated from card and Do Put Names on Cups. ......... ......... ......... Cool Springs Trampoline Provided Huge Slices of Cheese Pizzas, Lemonade and ICE Water plus the Cake we brought. New location is fantastic! The kids had a blast. Manager is fantastic. We had a party check discrepancy and she worked very hard to get everything figured out. Staff is friendly and really good with the kids. We got several items from the snack bar and received our food quickly and with a smile. We plan to come back this summer and enjoy several more afternoons. There are lots of different play areas with different themes. The obstacle course is very challenging and kept my older kids busy. Cool place! Looks and smells clean and it's still new. Not a lot of people on a Thursday afternoon at 5, plenty of room to move around. A little more expensive then some places we have been to that had larger parks, but not too bad. We didn't encounter any bad service but we know the trampoline park routine pretty well. First, an aside: I love that the advertisement on the radio for this business says, I quote, "Cool Springz: with a Z". It just sounds so funky and awkward. But ya know, if the springs are gonna be cool, they should be z'd. I guess. The firzt time my daughter vizited this place zhe puked. I want to apologize to management (who were awezome), it had nothing to do with the trampolinez. Zhe waz genuinely zick and before zhe had the pleazure of bouncing on the springz zhe hurled on the counter where I was zigning her waiver. Zo zorry, guyz. Our zecond vizit, Zaturday, waz fantaztic. In relation to the competitor, Gravity Park, this place generally measurez up, it'z a little zmaller (the dodge ball arena is half the zize), but az counter-point the foam pitz are a huge draw, four of 'em. There'z a toddler area, to boot. The price is certainly right, eight buckz for an hour. And make zure to zign up via the computer (rather than the paper formz) for your next vizit. They'll keep your information on file and you'll be able to zign in with eaze. Oh, and this place is all about birthdayz, zo prepare for a zoo on weekendz. read more

Not as good as Gravity Park. It needs better planning to work the flow of incoming people. We got there at 12 on a Friday. They open at 12 and didn't let anyone in the building until 12. It took 15 to get through checking in and signing waivers (there is only ONE computer to do your waiver on) and we still had to leave the area at 1 o'clock... They should've let us stay past the hour mark due to getting into the jumping area late. After getting asked to leave because our time was up, we went to the bathroom to clean up. There was no soap and no paper towels in both the men's and women's bathrooms. For the being the first jump slot, you would think the place would be ready to go. They certainly need to have management take closer look at what the staff is not tending to and bottleneck issues they need to iron out. The play area is pretty standard and big enough to play in. There is VERY little seating for parents who don't want to jump but want to watch their kids. read more

Hundreds of kids and only 2 bathrooms, I was there for 3 hours, There was a constant line the entire time. So long they couldn't clean them. Fun place for my son who's 3yr. Started going when he was around 2yr with other parents and their toddlers. The place isn't perfect, but what place is? There are two employees that are brothers and are twins. I had the worst experience with them. My sister and I went inside the laser tag area and a little girl was crying because she was scared but she was with her father one of the twins decided to grab her and try to calm her down without the dads permission after that he tried to touch my sister and immediately went out the exit door. We divided to go to the vr area and my sister got scared and the other twin decided to touched her whole face to calm her down my sister couldn't see because she had the vr goggles. My nieces, 9 and 4, love this place!! We generally stay for 2 hours so they definitely burn off their energy! They have many trampolines, a dodge ball area, an area for shooting hoops, foam pits, and a section just for toddlers! Would highly recommend trying at least once! read more

I had heard about this place earlier in the year, we just haven't had a chance to check it out. My 9 year old niece was in town, so I was looking for some fun things to do with her and my kids. When I saw her, it was as if she read my mind. The first thing she asked was if we could all go to the trampoline place. So we were off to the trampoline place or Cool Springz trampoline park. The place is in an industrial part of town. It was a little hard to find. You have to almost take a secret route under a bridge just to get to it. Luckily I looked it up and used my trusty Yelp app on my phone to get a feel of what I was in for. When you get into the building on the right is a laptop so you can fill out a waiver. It is all electronic, which is awesome because that would be a waste of paper. Kudos for caring about the planet cool springz. Once you fill out of the waiver there is a lobby area with a big counter and couple of kids working the registers. They charge you by the hour and give you a colored bracelet for your group. This is where I was wondering how they police your hour. They have a bunch of colors for each hour of the day. It can get confusing, because you can have a green bracelet with a star or check mark. It can be a little confusing, luckily they have staff out on the floor. The lobby has a locker system to put your stuff in. Don't forget to bring a lock. There is also a bunch of seating everywhere if you aren't jumping. Now that we finished all the legal stuff and payment it was time to have some fun! I used to have a neighbor that had a trampoline and we spent the whole summer jumping on it. This was when I was in a lot younger. I thought I was going to jump on these trampolines and start doing flips and look cool. Boy, was I wrong! it took me a while to get used to it all over again. My 2 year old and 4 year old on the other hand got right to it. They had a blast. My niece also had a good time. This place is awesome! They have a great kids area, a dodge ball area, and a really cool place where you can jump into foam pits. We all had a lot of fun and a great work out too. The place also has some cool jams playing as you jump. I also noticed they have some strobe lights set up too. If you are looking for a place to take the kids where they can take out a bunch of energy this is the place. Even if you are an adult, this place is a blast. They charge $12 an hour. Which is kind of expensive, but I promise you will have a great time. It is definitely something different to take the kids to, or even have a date. Cheers! read more

Wow, what a fun place to spend some time! An hour was enough time to tire my whole family out, so I recommend not paying for more. The features include trampolines, a laser gun arena, a virtual sports area, massage chairs, a dodgeball pit, and an obstacle course. The laser tag game was, while confusing and not a game for people with light sensitivity or epilepsy to be participating in, was a very fun aspect of the experience. I do wish that some of the laser guns could be operated with one hand, as one member of my family is disabled. The laser guns can only be shot with two hands on the gun, and that was a challenge for my family member. My family enjoyed the trampolines too, as did everyone around me of all ages, even as kids streaked around us. The obstacle course brought fun to older and younger kids. Features were designed for different age groups, such as rock climbing for older kids and basic obstacles for younger ones. The dodgeball pit was chaotic and I was surprised that no one got hurt. Kids were throwing balls very hard at each other, while being on a trampoline. Someone is going to lose their balance and be stepped on by another kid. The only real drawback to the experience was the employees. Many were teenagers, and had a very bored and uninformative attitude. If these employees could help little kids on the structures more, then the parents could be more helpful in explaining how to use various features in the ropes course and trampolines, many adults could be less stressed and enjoy the time that their kids are occupied. The eye rolls and obvious frustration and boredom of the employees puts a definite damper on the mood of the place. Also, if it's a weekend, a lot of people will probably be hosting birthday parties here, so be prepared for crowds. Nevertheless, I hope to come back. read more
