We have been here for many 4, 5, and 6 year old birthday parties and recently had our sons's birthday party there. The kids always have a blast! The staff are helpful and friendly. The younger siblings have an enclosed place to play away from the big kids, which they love. There are several areas to play: the huge trampoline area, the 3-level maze, and the arcade. The entry was a little confusing as the computers for signing the wavers were not in the line and it caused some issues with other people not understanding or not having it filled out ahead of time. For some people that are unable to fill out the form online, there should be a paper form or alternative form. My toddler had a great time and had such a blast running around. I would say that there should be more supervision or separation between the older kids and younger kids in the trampoline area, maybe a special area for kids under 5. Little kids under 5 jumping is dangerous with larger kids or adults around and many pediatricians warn against this because of the risk of fractures. read more

This is my third day coming to #JungleJam Albuquerque Coors location to help babysit my great great niece and nephew because her daycare isn't open during the holiday. My great greats love this place. I have spent close to $300 here over the week. So I'm at the counter, and this little girl saw me, but was on the phone not waiting on me and then when I finally ask her for a Diet Coke, while pointing to the fountain drink machine ... she continues to talk on the phone, and then pauses, and she shoots an attitude and says "Well the Diet Cokes are only in a bottle" I said "No, there's a fountain Diet Coke", she says "No, that's Coke Zero". I said "That's still Diet Coke... It doesn't have any sugar!" THEN she rolls her eyes at me and says something under her breath at me. The receipt says the cashier is "Alyanna M" so that may or may not be her name. Most of the employees are very nice and professional but this one needs to be re-trained. There is a huge contained cage on 3 levels levels, with lots of foam ball machine guns, that you constantly have to load. There are multiple trampolines to bounce on. There are a couple of slides and a palm tree merry-go-round for the little ones, that you have to manually push. Plus a few more little people activities. We had a great time at Jungle Jam. It is a much more chill environment than Urban air, and geared more towards the younger kids. It cost $21.99 for my 6 year old for 2 hours, and a spectator like me is $2.99. My kiddo played for 2 hours easily, with a snack in between. The concession stand had many snack options, drinks and pizza. There is also a small arcade. The whole place is so clean, open and inviting. The only downside was that the AC was blasting and we went on a rainy day, so I wish I had a sweatshirt, but my kiddo didn't mind. We'll be back! read more

Jungle Jam is the jam! My kids love it here. It's locally owned and the owners are wonderful people with young kids themselves. They have hosted 3 birthday parties for us and it always goes off without a hitch! If you're looking for a good place to have a party or just let the kids burn off some of that never ending energy this is it! Their staff is attentive and kind and they set everything up for us. All I had to do was show up! Our kids have such a blast and love playing in the arcade after they jump on the trampolines, fly onto the airbag, and run through the huge tube slide obstacle courses. We've been to every trampoline park in town and the noise here is significantly less than the others. The floor plan layout is also really nice for parents, it's easy to find your kids and also easy for you to relax while also maintaining a visual on them. My kids are 6 and 10 and have hours of fun. First time here. Stopped by to spend time with my two precious granddaughters. Every visitor must sign an electronic "waiver" form and everyone must pay an entrance fee, even "Spectators" which I found odd. The fee was only about $3.00 and they throw in a pair of non-slip socks that you must wear throughout the play area. Good idea but I don't recommend it for the bathrooms. No food or drink is allowed to be brought into the facility. They do have a snack bar. Prices were reasonable to slightly expensive. We ordered a pretzel that took a long time to prepare. The girl working behind the counter appeared annoyed with me when I asked why it was taking so long. Turned out she had to preheat the oven. She never mentioned this when we ordered so no need for the poor attitude. BTW, the pretzel was awful. The cost for a two-hour visit was I think $14.99 per kid. Prices vary by age and time. Other than jumping trampolines, jungle gyms, and a play area, they offer an arcade, gift shop, and seating for large parties. Bright lighting, volume-appropriate music, and plenty of seating. There playground was great and so was there trampolines but there arcade was not worth it. We went in and spent over 50 dollars in points on one card. We used all of the points on games where you can earn tickets. Based on what we counted we got over 600 points. Although when we went to the counter and they scanned our card it said we had 60 points! They have there tickets on the card which is an example of how unreliable things online can be. We told them and showed them we got way more points than 60 and how we had played at least 7 rounds on one game to earn tickets.They ended up giving us 425 points(not worth it) So in all if you go everything is amazing except the arcade. read more

A good indoor option for kids. We hadn't been in several months and we're a bit disappointed. In disrepair we're a rope swing, a slide, a ball cannon and the central ball blower. There was also lots of dust that seems could be easily addressed with a leaf blower. I believe there's a no outside food rule but they seem lenient which is great considering their food options are less than ideal. They could really elevate the experience by reconsidering the menu. They currently offer pizza, candy, soda, other junk and I (and other parents) would prefer fresh fruit, fruit pouches, veggie trays, string cheese, unceustable sandwiches, etc. something with protein/fiber. Jungle Jam was so awesome! I took my niece and nephew while out in Albuquerque and they absolutely loved it. Although we didn't have a chance to reserve ahead of time online, the staff was so helpful and courteous as soon as we walked in their doors to purchase our tickets. The socks upon entrance were such a good idea - made me feel better knowing everyone in the space was walking around with clean socks! The entire facility is open, airy, clean, and well kept. The huge play structure was great, and my neice and nephew couldn't get enough of the trampoline area! I was able to hang out on the sidelines and easily watch them while they were having fun. Good food and refreshments, too. Arcades were a fun added bonus because we were able to get a few prizes on our way out. Overall fun experience!
