We had come to this little place a couple years ago to take our 3 year old twins to jump and have fun. We had an incredible experience that time. That being said, we decided to book their birthday party there this year. I couldn't give a greater rating. The staff were exceptional. Helpful,kind, and enthusiastic from beginning to end. The twins are already talking about their birthday party at jungle jam next year.

What an excellent indoor play area and $15 per child for 2 hours is an amazing deal. Children and accompanying adults must purchase Jungle Jam socks for $2; well worth it! Access to several areas is limited with height restrictions. There's a large jumping surface, basketball courts, dodgeball area, slides, climbing courses and much more. Food and drink items available for purchase; really wish they had some healthy choices available

Absolutely ridiculous! All 5 or 6 front desk girls are rude, they have an attitude, and they looked at ALL their costumers with disguise. They treated everyone with disrespect. We made an online appointment for 5pm, they said we'd have to wait until 5:30pm, then 6pm. They also made 3 other families before us wait. I've watched the same 3 families go back and forth to the waiver station, back to the register, and back inside the actual gym. It was very confusing. It wasn't fun and everyone was super annoyed with the wait time! I'm almost done writing this post and now I see 2 more families sitting and waiting. Also I find the "adult spectator" pricing dumb! Adults shouldn't have to pay if you're watching and enjoying family time! For 3 adults and 6 kids the total was $120!!!!!! 5yr+ = $21.99+tax for 2 hours 1-4yr = $14.99+tax for 2 hours Adult Spectator $2.99 + tax ***Playing adult 10.99+tax for 2 hours*** Also everyone needs a waiver including spectators

We have been here for many 4, 5, and 6 year old birthday parties and recently had our sons's birthday party there. The kids always have a blast! The staff are helpful and friendly. The younger siblings have an enclosed place to play away from the big kids, which they love. There are several areas to play: the huge trampoline area, the 3-level maze, and the arcade. The kids who come to the birthday party get free passes at the arcade. The only negative is how crowded and loud it can get, but the kids love it so much, I don't let that get to me.

This is a nice experience in the north west side of town near Rio Rancho. First thing you have to do is sign a waiver for any minors. You have a 2-3 hour window pass. Prices are very reasonable for parents compared to other jungle gyms. They have various trampoline courts and arcade games. The place is very neat and clean. Overall a very friendly family center.

This is my third day coming to #JungleJam Albuquerque Coors location to help babysit my great great niece and nephew because her daycare isn't open during the holiday. My great greats love this place. I have spent close to $300 here over the week. So I'm at the counter, and this little girl saw me, but was on the phone not waiting on me and then when I finally ask her for a Diet Coke, while pointing to the fountain drink machine ... she continues to talk on the phone, and then pauses, and she shoots an attitude and says "Well the Diet Cokes are only in a bottle" I said "No, there's a fountain Diet Coke", she says "No, that's Coke Zero". I said "That's still Diet Coke... It doesn't have any sugar!" THEN she rolls her eyes at me and says something under her breath at me. The receipt says the cashier is "Alyanna M" so that may or may not be her name. Most of the employees are very nice and professional but this one needs to be re-trained. This place is too expensive for employees to be treating customers with a condescending tone and attitude. Time to Yelp review this place.

So much fun, but plan on paying for it. Pricy admission, but I only got charged $3 to observe. There is a huge contained cage on 3 levels levels, with lots of foam ball machine guns, that you constantly have to load. It is running up and down the stairs with bags to reload, kind of like powder monkeys on battle ships in the 1700's. I think this would be a fun adult activity too! There are multiple trampolines to bounce on. There are a couple of slides and a palm tree merry-go-round for the little ones, that you have to manually push. Plus a few more little people activities. Pizza is $14.99 and $13.99 for cauliflower. Toppings added are 50 each extra. The place is clean and new. Not beaten up yet. It was a fun 2 hour adventure.

We had a great time at Jungle Jam. It is a much more chill environment than Urban air, and geared more towards the younger kids. It cost $21.99 for my 6 year old for 2 hours, and a spectator like me is $2.99. My kiddo played for 2 hours easily, with a snack in between. The concession stand had many snack options, drinks and pizza. There is also a small arcade. The whole place is so clean, open and inviting. The only downside was that the AC was blasting and we went on a rainy day, so I wish I had a sweatshirt, but my kiddo didn't mind. We'll be back!

Jungle Jam is the jam! My kids love it here. It's locally owned and the owners are wonderful people with young kids themselves. They have hosted 3 birthday parties for us and it always goes off without a hitch! If you're looking for a good place to have a party or just let the kids burn off some of that never ending energy this is it! Their staff is attentive and kind and they set everything up for us. All I had to do was show up! Our kids have such a blast and love playing in the arcade after they jump on the trampolines, fly onto the airbag, and run through the huge tube slide obstacle courses. We've been to every trampoline park in town and the noise here is significantly less than the others. The floor plan layout is also really nice for parents, it's easy to find your kids and also easy for you to relax while also maintaining a visual on them. My kids are 6 and 10 and have hours of fun. Highly recommend 10/10. Thanks for another successful birthday party!!

This place is a wonderful place to take the kids and have them wear themselves out. This place has so much to do for kids of all ages. There is play area with slides and LOTS of other things to do, a jumping area that includes a dodge ball area and hoop area, there is a small child area too so the little ones have their own place to go. There is also an arcade area where the kids can win prizes with tickets.
