Highly recommend their service. We were on the road and needed service. They got us in. Did the repair in an hour. Reasonable. And Jacqueline Cornu was amazing. She got us in. Was very helpful. Works her behind off. They even let us bring in our own part. Free wash and we have an RV! Would come here again. read more

Bought a new F-350 a couple of weeks ago... As always, (I've bought two other trucks there) they were great to work with... Only thing I can't vouch for is price.... I never know when I get a good deal, but I was good with the deal... They didn't treat me like garbage and there was never any pressure... Although I never asked for one and wasn't given one, I now understand there is a military discount... Make sure you ask for it... I will always deal with Fallon Ford and will recommend them to my friends... One word of caution to the dealer... The rear tires were 15lbs too low... Larry & Diana read more

I wish I can give them zero stars. We bought a used 2012 Ford F-250 from Fallon Ford Toyota a few weeks ago. Since we live in California we asked them about the Smog on the vehicle and if they know if it's going to Pass Smog. They assured us if it doesn't we can cancel the contract or they will fix it. Well we had no idea that the fuel line was modified and gas was leaking out. We called the dealership and told them that it failed smog miserably due to the modification of the fuel line and of course they went back on the promise to cancel the contract but agreed to fix it. But of course we were without a vehicle for over two weeks and didn't even cover a car rental or help out with the fuel that we lost while having it. They promise you the moon before the sale, afterwards you don't even exist. They also took our contract paperwork and as of today we still don't have it. The salesman of course sold as the useless auto repair coverage and we were told we can cancel it at any time. Well after several emails and phone messages and phone calls, they still haven't cancelled it. They are very dishonest and the customer service sucks. We were promised after we register the vehicle at DMV and if there's any late registration penalties they will reimburse us. That was a lie too. My advice, stay away from this dishonest dealership. :( :( Hopefully this will help someone for being taken advantage. read more

My husband's brakes went out and he went here to get them fixed. He originally went to another place that was going to charge 400 dollars but instead he came here and they charged him about a hundred and fifty dollars less. We are so grateful for this place and we will definitely come again. read more
Over the years, I've come to expect a certain personality when it comes to car sales people. Fallon Ford-Toyota is the exception. I've heard there ads for years, but didn't need a new(er) vehicle at the time. But, as luck would have it, I was in the market for a replacement vehicle. My wife and dad were with me as we were greeted by Marcos. His demeanor was easy going as we asked where the used vehicles were located. That's when I spotted the 2015 Tacoma. Nice. We talked a bit, and took it for a test drive. Rather than selling the truck during the drive, he made small talk. Now that's different! After the test drive, we went into the office to talk numbers. My wife suggested and I agreed that we should talk about it overnight and my dad wanted to leave since it was getting late. No pressure. In fact, I waited to here something similar that 400 people just came in before and were offering cash for that car! Nope, no pressure. Holy Moly! What an impression that made. That pushed me from being on the wall to signing the papers. On Sunday, my family and I drove back out Fallon and traded in my 2006 Tacoma with 234,000 miles for a 2015 Tacoma with 11,000 miles. I worked with two people at Fallon Ford-Toyota, Marcos and Jimmy. If you're in the market for a new/used vehicle or undecided, take a drive out to Fallon and talk to these guys. For me, it was worth the drive. ---------------- Bottom Line Yes, in the future, when I need another vehicle (Ford Mustang 5.0 6 spd trans), I will take the drive out to Fallon to see Jimmy, Marcos and the rest of the gang! The best auto purchasing experience I have ever had. read more

No customer service!!!! My 76 year old mother in law had an issue with her sunroof as it would continuously cycle through the open and close. She took it back to the dealership she had purchased it from (Fallon Ford Toyota), and they told her the problem was excessive use and wanted to charge her $4000.00 to replace the tracks in the sunroof. My wife got involved and contacted the warranty holder (purchased through a Ford dealer in Michigan for half the price offered at Fallon Ford), to find out if the problem was covered under warranty. They worked with her and gave her the Ford warranty codes for the repair. She contacted Fallon Ford and gave them the warranty codes and they continuously made one excuse after another for not ordering the parts (as usual they don't like doing warranty work). This went on for two months and when I (the son-in-law) got involved, Fallon Ford sent a technician to take video and pictures of the sunroof cycling through the opening and closing. Received a call today from Alisha Carrasco (whom everyone has been dealing with from the start) stating they needed to tow the vehicle to the dealership to get the part numbers for the sunroof tracks. Another stall tactic to take advantage of an elderly person and leave her without a vehicle. Tim the manager is a worthless douchbag!!!, telling me that if I'm to excited about working with them that I should take the vehicle somewhere else to have it serviced. Fallon Ford will sell you a vehicle but will make excuses for not repairing it under warranty conditions. Will be contacting the owner and Ford Motor in Detroit. read more

I will NEVER go to this place again!! I wish there were zero stars, mostly because of their service department. First off I took my Ford Fusion in for a oil change about six months ago. When we got it back the hood release lever/cable was broke from when the service department popped the hood! I don't know about anyone else but I don't think it takes more than 5 pounds to pull that lever!! So they told me that they would order the part and replace it, I was like cool no problem. When they called me to bring the car in to replace the lever/cable that they broke, I dropped the care off and went to work. I got a call later that day and they said OOPS we ordered the wrong part you will have to bring it in again! So I brought it in again some time later and they finally fix the part that they originally broke. Well a couple of months go by and there are some recalls on the Fusion so I bring the car back in to fix the recalls. And again they ordered the wrong part to fix the car. So I had take the car back and wait for them to order the right part. Finally when I get a call back to bring the car in to fix the recall I was happy. So I drop the car off early in the morning and no less then 10 minutes go by they call me and say "hey your car is fixed"!! I was surprised at how quick it was fixed!! I told them that I was at work and will pick it up at 4 O'clock. Well guess what? I get another call at 1 o"clock saying sorry your car is not ready to pick up Matter of fact the part we were trying to install broke and so did your steering gear box! Your car is not drivable! You will have to keep it here until we order the part and install it! I don't even feel comfortable driving my car now because they worked on it! I have never been so disgusted with a service department in my life. This is my first ever review on any business. I will never come back!!! read more

I have had nothing but problems with this dealership. I bought my ford fusion there a little over a year ago, and unfortunately let my husband change my oil instead of taking it in each time.... Long story short, he messed up and we had to have the engine replaced. Totally our bad. They towed my vehicle to Fallon and 2 weeks later they still hadn't even ordered the parts for it. They were waiting for "insurance and warranty to get back with them" even though we ALL knew that it wasn't going to be covered. We told them we knew it was our fault and were willing to pay cash. Still had to wait. Finally they replace the engine and turbo and we can go pick up my car another month later. I had the car back for 2 weeks, and then it broke down on our way to Idaho. I called Fallon Ford and the manager was EXTREMELY rude when he explained to me that this had nothing to do with the work they did, and to call him when it became his problem. We got the car towed into a Ford dealer in Blackfoot, Idaho (which was awesome by the way). They wouldn't look at my car until the following Monday, so we were screwed. We had to get a rental car to get back to Nevada, which was $600, and which Fallon Ford still refuses to pay for. When Blackfoot looked at my car, they said it was just a misfire, which resulted from Fallon ford using old spark plugs and an old coil on the new engine (mind you, they told us they ordered and installed brand new ones). After paying over $7,000 cash money I would expect new freaking parts. Fallon ford did pay the $200 bill from the shop. We had to drive back to Idaho to pick up my car because Fallon Ford "has no procedure" to help me get my car back. I picked up my car in Blackfoot and made it to Idaho Falls (about 30 miles) before it came to a screeching halt in the middle of an intersection in downtown Idaho Falls. GREAT. The error code this time had something to do with my transmission. Idaho Falls Ford dealer is absolutely amazing. They looked at my car on a weekend, which is apparently too much to ask of anyone else. Turns out, when Fallon Ford replaced my engine they broke some adapter, and instead of replacing the part, they SUPERGLUED it and stuck it on. Now obviously I don't know much about cars and I'm not sure about all the technical terms but I do know that the people at the Ford dealership in Idaho Falls were completely appalled at this. They took it upon themselves to contact Fallon Ford directly and sent them pictures of their shady work. Fallon manager called us and said "even though I don't see my guys doing this kind of work, I will help you guys out and take care of this bill too". What the hell? Who else would have done it??? He offered to pay for a rental car this time, but we had brought another vehicle up there this time anyways. Once my car was out of the shop, Fallon Ford hired a driver to bring it to my house. That was awesome, but didn't he just say they "had no procedure" for that? So now I have owned my car for 15 months and have only had it in my possession maybe half that time. And I'm terrified to drive it. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with this dealer anymore, and won't be recommending anyone to them. read more

The waits here are horrible. I waited over 3 hours today! There was a man ahead of me who said he had an appointment the same time I did. They didn't find him yet they took his car in first instead of me, the person who actually had an appointment. Last time I was here it was a 2 hour wait. I asked for them to check my breaks and I don't think they did because they continued to sound worse. So going in today I made it clear they check them. Turns out I now need new pads and Roaters. Started out loving this place but recently I dislike it. Also there is no shuttle service on weekends. read more

This is a late post, but probably still relevant. Fallon Auto Mall (FAM) popped up on my search of Fallon so I decided to post my experience with them. As a local business owner in Fallon, I always try to shop locally to support our community. While looking for a new car for my daughter who graduated college I stopped by FAM because she wanted the Toyota Camry. At the time They only had 4 Camry's on the lot, all of them XLE models about $8,000 more then the LE model we were looking for. Me and my daughter had done some research online and told the sales women we wanted the LE and not the XLE model. She still tried to push us into the XLE model, but she finally got the drift after we were walking off the lot. She finally said she would search the local dealerships in Reno, Carson City and surrounding areas to see if they had what I was looking for and they would switch their XLE with a LE we wanted. After waiting almost two hours she came back and said the nearest dealership with the LE we wanted was in Washington State, and it would cost about $1,500 to have it shipped to Fallon. Once again she tried to push us into the XLE model. We walked out and drove to Reno the next day for clothes shopping. While there we stopped by Reno Toyota when we saw a bunch of Camry's parked out front. Turns out they had 12 Camry LE's we were looking for on the lot and have had had them for weeks. Basically what I'm saying is FAM sales person had been lying to us about searching other dealerships for the car we wanted. I wrote a personal check for the car my daughter wanted and was out of there in less then two hours with my daughter driving her new car off the lot. I'm Not saying anything bad about FAM over any other dealership, but if you hate the up sale and pressure tactics you will probably want to skip this place. If you stop by and they tell you they will check other dealerships for the car you want, just leave. It will only take you an hour to drive to Reno or Carson City, instead of spending two hours getting smoke blown up your hole. read more

Went there for for my Toyota tundra to get repaired had noise. Paid for diagnosis of almost $200First they replaced Serpentine belt and changed oil because they said oil was low went home noise came back same day. Took it back. They told me it was the tensioner and a few other things they replaced went home noise came back next day took it back they said manifold paid $1300 went home noise came back took it back they said oil lifters took it to new mechanic they went in with Camera and they found out same day timing chain guide which they replaced noise went away I feel that Toyota dealer here should pay me back for at least the diode / diagnosis of $200 because it was the wrong diagnosis plus it cost me a lot of money and total around $2500 before I took it to another mechanic and they fixed it.Plus I was talking to the other mechanics secretary she told me before I worked there she took her car in to the same place and they told her that she had swollen Lugnuts and needed to pay $500 what a rip off so do not go here if they read this they can contact me and resolve the problem bet you they don't. read more

I've always had good experiences in the service department and I said I'd buy here when it was time for my next car, and I'm happy I did. Shaun was awesome and found me the car I wanted much faster than I expected and I love it. I have to say that since I'm from Fallon and I own a business here that it was important to me that I buy local, but knowing a lot of the people who work at the dealership made my decision really easy. These are some of the nicest, hard working, and honest people I know and I recommend that everyone be sure to shop here first! read more

Rolled in with our Ford E350 Sportsmobile on a Thursday morning to get the engine light checked. Bummer news, rig needed a new turbo. Becky worked fast to get things figured out and really tried hard to keep us on the road (this was our family road trip to Zion/Vegas). Because the part had to get ordered and it was a big job, there was no guarantee that it would get done in time for us to move on with our trip. But Becky helped us arrange for a nearby hotel and rental car to get us on our way. The van was fixed and ready by Monday, but they graciously stored it for us till came back the following week. Even though we couldn't leave with our van for our trip, we really got the sense that Becky tried hard to attempt to make it happen. We were treated as a priority customer even though we had never been there before (AND we rolled in wearing our UNLV alumni t-shirts!). We were so impressed with the friendliness we received from this shop (as well as other businesses in Fallon). Our van now runs great and is ready to move on to the next road trip! Go here for great and attentive service!! read more

Bait and Switch tactics. Went to see a used car listed on their webpage that had been listed for months. When we got there the vehicle was all of a sudden "sold" the night before, even though I was told it was still available that same morning. Sales staff then said "but we can get you into this new model for the same payment," even though the new vehicle was almost $20,000 more. Was never allowed to speak to the sales manager...she was never in." Funny thing is...a week later, the "sold" used car is still listed as available on their website. Dishonest dealership. read more

Wish I could give this dealer a 0 star. Don't go and waste your time especially if you drive from Reno/Sparks or Carson. They quote you prices they don't stand by. Stay away find another dealer go to Capital Ford instead they will treat you right. Drove from Reno with a internet quote, also followed by verbal quote and finally by a quote in my email. Once I test drove and was ready to make a deal you guessed it $14,000 more than my quote. Fraud fraud fraud. read more

My comments are reserved for the service department. Recommend you go somewhere else. The customer service is always disappointing. I purchased an extended service warranty before moving to NV and therefore, I've spent far too much time returning to them for service. If I didn't feel tied to them based on the warranty, I would have stopped coming here awhile ago. If you're looking for a better option in Fallon, go with Tedford Tire. They have done a fantastic job taking care of my husbands car for the past three years! read more

I really hope someday this place gets what they give. The service center is complete c***. I brought the car in for a shake/ shimmy. A very long story short 3 months, a newer engine, newer transmission and $550 out of pocket later my car is still not fixed for the initial shake/ shimmy. Dealing with the service center is a complete joke. There is zero communication between the mechanic and girls upfront the best thing to do if you actually want to hear about what's going on with your car is ask to talk to the mechanic directly. After still not having my car fixed and having to take it to another shop after 3 months I have requested a refund through the better business bureau and the manger. After 4 calls to the manger including 2 direct voicemails and leaving 2 messages with the front desk staff I finally get a call back. The manager is the absolute biggest piece of trash I've ever dealt with. He clearly will not back up his own service center and does not hold his own employees accountable. The shop does NOT have a warranty on their own work and ended up refusing service to me due to my warranty company being "difficult". Is that not what I'm paying for you to do. The only reason this place could possibly get one star is the fact that they provided me a courtesy car for the 3 full months they were working on my car. I could go on and on about the several terrible encounters I had with the service department and manger in 3 months but I just don't have the time to waste on this pos place. Calling to follow up with corporate to file a complaint as well as my complaint that's already in with bbb. A 10 minute long conversation with the manger will show anyone how unprofessional and disgusting he is. At the end of a screaming match he told me to go through the dealership agreeing from now on. Look any where else for service for your car. read more

I don't write reviews at all, but the service here is extremely bad and disgusting that I feel the need to write this review. I will NEVER ever come back to this dealership ever to buy a car or even to service my car. I purchased my car here and once you buy your car and leave the lot say bye bye to customer service. I recently just went in for an oil change and I asked for a few things to be done which aren't that hard. A car wash? I waited an hour and asked the front desk how were things going and she said your oil change is done and your car is being washed. I waited another 30 minutes and finished up paying. I went out to get my car... I was shocked! No car wash! No car wash! No CAR WASH! (This was not the first time) I popped up my hood to look at my batteries which I asked them to clean the corrosion and they said they would. No clean up! It makes me even wonder if my oil change was even done. I honestly feel that I can't trust this place! ***WARNING*** This place is horrible with cars and customer service! Please take your business to someone who cares and that will listen to your needs! Your car should be important for your safety and this place will not give you a peace of mind while you are driving to your next destination. read more

Attempted to take my 2010 Toyota 4runner here for its 60,000 mile service. I was told by the service advisor that it would cost $610 which I thought was high. I told her I wanted to call Dolan Toyota in Reno to check their price. I was told by Dolan that the exact same service doing the exact same items would be $324. When I asked the service advisor what she would do if it were her car she said she would go to Dolan, well, that's exactly what I did! Whoever owns this dealership needs to seriously get their head examined. You wanna charge 25% or 30% more for service than the competition, fine, I doubt you'll see anyone complain but almost 100%? I don't think so scooter! Needless to say I won't be coming back to this dealership for service or anything else for that matter! read more

bought a 2015 xlt f-150 from them in march of 2017 every time I schedule a service appointment I schedule for 8am they take me home but I don't get my vehicle back till almost 430 in the afternoon. I have taken the truck in for warranty work for a struck alternator and starter the strut was a quick turnaround had the part ordered and installed two days later. The alternator went out on a Sunday took the truck to the dealer on Monday was told they don't have loaner cars and couldn't help with a rental so I was taken home and borrowed a friends car for the day the next day got a phone call from someone at the dealership saying that I wouldn't have my truck back for 5-7 days so I went out and rented a car on my own then drove to dealership to find out what was going on talked to mike the service manager he checked on my truck and came back out and told me that I would have it back the next day. the next week I started having starter problems with my truck I took it in on Tuesday they ordered the starter took it back Wednesday to have it installed they had my truck all day and called me at 330 in the afternoon saying the part didn't come in and they would like to keep my truck told them I had no other way to work could they help getting a rental or loaner car again they said they couldn't they brought me my truck to my house. Took my truck the following day to have the started changed dropped it off at 8am got a call at 430pm saying the starter didn't come in again the still couldn't help with a rental or loaner car. went back in Friday afternoon and the part still had not arrived took my truck home and waited till Monday afternoon called and verified that the part was there took it straight to the service department when I got off work and had to beg for them to change the starter that night so I could go to work the next morning because I didn't have another vehicle and they couldn't get me rental or let me have a loaner. dealership is a very good one they just need to be able to provide loaner vehicles or give rentals out when they want to keep your truck for an extended amount of time knowing that you don't have another vehicle to drive. I figured after all the issues in getting a starter and stuff taken care of on my truck they would atleast offer my next oil change for free or something but I wasn't. read more

I have to take our company vehicle to Fallon Auto Mall for any service other than an oil change. Our company has an account with Ford. I hate going there. Worst customer service. I always have to go back and ask them to complete a job, I can never make use of the shuttle service or 'complementary car wash' they offer. My wife and I had the worse customer service experience ever while seeing about having a repair done to our vehicle and seeing about potentially buying a new car in the process. Once my wife explained why we were there she dialed a number and told me that I can speak to the companies call center representative to make an appointment. I had an appointment to look at cars at Fallon Ford Toyota last Friday September 15th. When I came in, none of the people I spoke to were there, and nobody knew I was scheduled for test drives. So I had to spend 10 minutes explaining the situation to the salespeople. They slowly and eventually walked me out to a 2017 Mustang Premium, I test drove the car with George the salesman. I liked the car, so we ran my credit, I didn't have good credit, so instantly they wanted to throw me into a car under $15,000. I told them I had a co-signer, they said unless the co-signer had a lot of collateral or a long credit history they wouldn't even deal, but they ran my sister's credit anyway. She had 682 credit score, good enough to buy a decent car, George said she basically didn't have a long credit history, so we started walking away and George went out of his way to tell my sister any time she felt like upgrading her car, he'd be happy to deal with her. So her credit was good enough to buy a decent car but not to co-sign on a decent car? between my sister and I our combined gross income is around $7,000 per month. Anyway, I ended up at Jones West Ford on Saturday the 16th, willing to be a buy a cheap under $15,000 dollar car. My fiancee catches a black 2015 ecoboost mustang for $21,995 in Jones West pre-owned lot , we test drive it, they run my credit, ask for a co-signer, my sister volunteers and within 2 hours I was driving home in a slightly used 2015 Mustang. George from Fallon Ford Toyota called me up today, asking to see if I could get assistance in purchasing the 2017 mustang ( meaning basically a co-signer with great credit history and score) and I didn't even bother calling him back. My sister warned me about Fallon, and Jones West saved the day and were happy to have my sister co-sign for me. Fallon Ford Toyota also seems very high-priced on their vehicles. Jones West has better deals, and Dolan Toyota does too. read more

I purchased my Toyota from here and was pleased with the purchasing experience and level of customer service that I received when I made the initial purchase. Since the date of purchase, I have had my vehicle serviced here many times, including most factory recommended services. Most recently, I visited the service department to have an oil change and have a few outstanding recall items taken care of during two separate appointments. I was pleased that my vehicle was done earlier than anticipated for the recall repairs. I like that fact that the interior of my vehicle is cleaned up when an oil change is done. I appreciate the piece of mind knowing that my vehicle is in good hands. I would like to thank Rocky in the service department for her outstanding commitment to customer service. She was very helpful, friendly and professional both times that I came in. She has provided the best customer service that I have received in the service department in awhile. Thank you for the prompt and professional service! read more

Horrid Service.! Went to Fallon Automall to get our pruis oil changed and we waited two hours. Then in June, I called to talk to a sales to see what the process is on a lease that we have with our current Pruis to turn in the vehicle to them and get another lease on a new Pruis. He was BAD! His name is MANNY. I called early Friday and he never told me to fill out any paperwork, just left me hanging. He sent me personal texts about his racing vehicle and the times. Which is totally out of line. Sat he called and now I need paperwork for my credit. WHY I DON'T know! I asked about the leasing process, not about my credit. Monday rolls around and he still didn't do his job. Finally on Tuesday he tells me that I need more money to turn in my vehicle on the lease and I said that I never want to talk to him again on something so stupid! I couldn't believe how bad it was. He sent me an email AFTER I told him to stop talking to me that his manager would call. Manager NEVER called. To this day, Manny still harasses me through sending me emails as to why I don't tell him about our vehicle. Never going back. read more

All I can say is image is a hard thing to break! For years I have heard, "don't go to the auto mall, they will take you to the cleaners..." So I never even gave them a thought when it came time to purchase a vehicle. Recently I have been "looking" for a particular model, & saw many on Craig's list. Never giving a thought to check out a dealer, because I figured I could get a better deal going private party. Well it was coming down to going for a higher mileage one or get a salvage title? I didn't want a new one ($$$) & prices were too high on my taste for most of the other cars out there for sale. About two years ago I actually went "fishing" to see if I could afford the new car of the newly designed model I wanted, the price is only thing that kept me from a purchase, but I wasn't heartbroken over it, I knew going in it would be beyond my reach financially. I received great treatment at Fallon Auto Mall even though Tim Mitchell knew I wasn't going to buy it, he wanted me to drive it for the weekend. Was it a trickery ploy? Maybe, but I still ended up returning the car Monday morning. What it did though was break down a wall that I have had up for years against them. I felt if they trusted me, maybe they aren't as bad as I have been hearing over the years. About two months ago my wife & I had been talking at lunch & saw a few cars being unloaded at Auto Malls used car shop, that's when I saw my car. All it was missing was a sun roof, but I hadn't seen that color before, it was unique & I liked it. I kind of forgot about it & continued my search on Craig's list.... After a few weeks I saw the same car on Auto Malls used car lot. So of course my interests were high, but I didn't want to be "taken to the cleaners." I decided I needed to check it out, just to see if it was what I could afford, I ended up taking it for the weekend too. The sales man Jimmy Chicola was doing his job to see where we were price wise, we ended up talking to Milt Wallace & Spencer Johnson about the final price. They came within $600 of what I wanted to give for the car. We actually walked away without it that night. A few days later Jimmy contacted us, we researched some stuff & that was a really good deal. Went back & Milt gave us the deal. We had a few things that needed fixed on the car, which were taken care of, the alignment was an issue though. After two alignments I went for a drive with Mike from the service department. He rotated the tires, & it pulled the opposite direction, as he said would probably happen if it was in the tires. Jimmy kept checking on us & wanted to make sure we were happy, & the owner, Chris Henning, had asked me about our car too. I got a text a day later from Jimmy telling me new tires had been ordered for us. How many dealers will put new tires on an "as is" car to take care of a customer? Yes, it is still covered under factory warranty but I'm pretty sure tires are not. Car is running great & we are happy with our purchase from Fallon Auto Mall! Thank you Chris, Tim, Milt, Spencer, Jimmy, Mike, & everyone else. read more

I attempted to schedule an appointment for an oil change and to have my tires rotated and balanced at the same place where I purchased the tires a year ago. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, I tried calling for several days, but nobody answered the phone. Frustrated with the lack of response, I then attempted to schedule the appointment online, but again, I received no reply. Finally, I decided to go in person to secure an appointment. On the scheduled morning, I dropped off my car and completed the necessary paperwork, explicitly stating that I wanted an oil change along with a tire rotation and balance. In the afternoon, I returned to pick up my car, although I never received a call notifying me that the work was complete. When I inquired about the tire rotation and balance, which I had specifically requested, the rather unpleasant office manager behind me rudely claimed that balancing the tires came with an additional charge. This was surprising to me since I had purchased the tires from them, and they had assured me at the time of purchase that tire rotation and balancing were covered under a lifetime agreement. Nevertheless, they did rotate the tires as requested. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, I discovered that the cost of the oil change had increased significantly, exceeding my expectations. It seemed rather unreasonable, but I had no choice but to proceed with the payment. As I reached for my credit card, the attendant informed me that they impose a 3% charge for credit card transactions. I was taken aback by this unexpected policy. It soon became apparent why they were piling on these extra charges and fees. Apparently, the owner's son had undertaken some extravagant personal projects the previous year, including the installation of an elaborate underground pool, the construction of a two-story pool house, and a remodeling and expansion of their kitchen and the front of their house. It seemed that they were in dire need of funds to support these extravagant endeavors. Needless to say I will be shopping elsewhere. read more

My wife and I moved from our home (small) town in Washington state to Fernley, NV in 2007. We had purchased a few new cars by then (we are 50 yrs old), always from basically the same Ford dealer in Wenatchee, Washington. A small town dealer generally needs to take care of customers "first" as any bad news will travel fast.....sometimes even false bad news. I started using Fallon for service in 2007-2008. The service department has always been fantastic for us. They maintain our old F-150 (2006) the truck has 170,000 miles on it, and is still going strong. So much so that we have purchased a Super Duty from Fallon; and are giving the F-150 to our daughter. I have great confidence in the Fallon service department. We just purchased the Super Duty last week. This is a major expenditure, so I did some shopping around. Fallon is family owned and in a small town they are very customer oriented. We also purchased a new 2012 Fusion from them in 2012. Other dealers in the area did not give me the same feeling of "integrity" that I get at Fallon. When I spend as much money as we did on the Super Duty, I would rather spend it to support an honest business, and honest people. They want you to be happy with the purchase, there is no pressure at all. We are ALWAYS treated with a great deal of respect at Fallon. The price paid for both new vehicles purchased there was fair. After shopping around Northern Nevada for the Super Duty we went back to Fallon and indeed received a very good deal from some very good people. Without making this a long and boring read covered in details and supporting objective evidence of honesty, you just have to take my word for it, there is a great deal of integrity at Fallon Auto Mall. There is high level of integrity and an honest culture at Fallon Auto Mall. Ted K. -Happy customer purchased two new vehicles at Fallon -Use the service department exclusively since 2007 read more

Been working with Andrew for about a week or so on trading in my 2011 Ford F350 King Ranch for a 2011 Dodge Lariat dually, straight across the board seem to be in place. I asked for 30,000 trade in value and was hoping the Dodge could be dropped to about 32,000, they were asking 38,000. I sent pictures, gave Andrew my Vin # so he could pull the Carfax on July 29th and was told they could definetly do a 30,000 trade in and maybe more, this would have given us about 5,000 cash to put towards the Dodge. Come today 8/8 we make an appt to go to Fallon from Carson City to test drive the Dodge. While we are there they proceed to tell us that our truck the Ford had numerous issues right out the gate back in 2011 via the Carfax (we had never seen a carfax on the Ford when we bought it) and of course they are not going to give us anywhere near the value we wanted. We then ask when the carfax was pulled and we are told last night when it clearly shows they ran it 7/30. So why didn't they communicate that we probably won't get what we are wanting for our truck and save us a trip to Fallon. Andrew even went so far to say that if we don't make a deal they will give us a gas credit to get home. All they wanted was to get us in the door to try to make a sale and sell us a truck 20,000 over value by the time we were done. When the sale didn't go thru we asked for our gas credit and they said "no can do". I am deeply disappointed in how this process went down. We had been communicating with Andrew for over a week and we were promised an outcome that was never going to happen. I will NEVER attempt to do business with this outfit again. Buyer Beware when attempting to do business with Fallon Ford Toyota. Our wasted trip could have totally been avoided! read more

I bought a car from The Fallon Auto Mall in 2012 and at first, They did not have the car that I wanted. So, they searched and found the car that I was looking for 2 days later and called me promptly to let me know. I went down and absolutely fell in love with the car. It was a used car, But had great mileage and passed the 21 point inspection and drove like a brand new car. Not only was I satisfied with a GREAT deal and a GREAT car I bought. Also, They gave me a GREAT price on my trade in. The customer service went ABOVE and BEYOND what I could have ever hoped for. I did not feel like I was at a car dealership, but more like I was at a Ma and Pa kind of place. You can tell that they are a great locally owned business and take pride in there car lot and in their employees and business. Almost like the kind of place where a hand shake meant something, not just the paperwork. I will always refer anyone that I know to do business there. And when I do they always thank me. And they refer other people they know to the Auto Mall. The Auto mall has a referral program that if you refer someone and they buy a car from them you get a $100.00 dollars!!!! How cool is that? It must be one of the reasons why they have been is business so long, They take care of there customers like a Family should. read more

The service center is a total clip joint, and the service receptionist named Jacqueline Herzig I believe is unprofessional and a liar. Over the phone she said putting in a new starter for my Toyota MR2 would cost 250, and be done in a few days. She had my husband sign for a diagnostic, which was totally unnecessary, and cost us $133. Then on the phone she said the work wouldn't be done until two or three weeks, and said the price and work on the starter would cost $850, which we decide that was way to much for a starter. So in the long run we had to tow are MR2 twice costing us over $140 dollars and $133 for the diagnostic we didn't need. She also gave us attitude for not letting them do the work on our car. I called Mr. Tim Mitchell, and he said he met my husband, and that my husband acted like everything was fine. My husband didn't know who he was and was just being polite. I found that statement of Mr. Mitchell to be misogynist, since the MR2 belongs to me and it was my credit card used to pay for the diagnostic. Mr. Mitchell said he would call back, but I doubt it. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR AUTOMOBILE SOME WHERE ELSE TO BE FIXED! I BELIEVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS SOME KIND OF MONEY LAUNDERING OPERATION, BECAUSE NO BUSINESS THAT IS A REAL BUSINESS IS THIS UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

I went in today for a recall on my Ford Mustang. I had an appointment at 9:15am and was told the inspection for the recall should take around 45 minutes, and then they could order parts. I was then surprised when I was offered a complementary car wash if I was okay waiting an extra 15 minutes. I happily agreed. Keep in mind- I was there for a FREE Ford recall fix so I wasn't paying anything, and I still got the complementary car wash. I walked in back to the customer lounge to wait, and was greeted with a nice assortment of coffee, hot chocolate, and tea and a large home-theater-like seating area with a television. At 11:15am I walked into the front office to ask what was taking so long. It turns out they had the parts already in stock and installed them so I wouldn't have to make the return trip. As I live in Fernley, I'm ecstatic that I won't have to make the extra drive. Yeah, a little communication about the longer wait would've been nice, but when I found out it was because they were doing something for me, it was a bonus rather than a problem. They also gave me two gourmet chocolates with my receipt forms, and I drove home with a sparkling and clean car. If I have any other issues with my car or need routine maintenance done, I will definitely be back. read more

We could not be more pleased with your attentive service and quality product at this dealership offers. We have to drive over two hours round-trip to obtain Toyota factory service. The service staff made sure that we had transportation in the local area, we were introduced to the well appointed service lounge, given preferential appointment because of the long drive and we were even given local homemade chocolate treats. Additionally the vehicle was washed after servicing and our car was delivered a half an hour ahead of schedule. WOW! Who does this! Fallon Toyota! My wife made the no charge warranty service appointment and was treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately this is not always the case in the auto industry. Too frequently she is treated very poorly simply because she's a woman. As her husband, I am very confident that in the future this dealer will take care of her honestly, fairly and professionally. When we need a new vehicle Fallon Toyota will be contacted. read more

Since 2006 I have purchased 4 vehicles from Fallon Auto Mall, I also purchased a 2007 Prius from a dealership in California. I normally keep a vehicle 2 to 4 years then trade them in. You could say I have a lot of automobile purchasing experience. In the past I've been treated poorly and other times extremely well. I will say with the fifth vehicle that was delivered this week, I was treated with kindness, professionalism and the experience was top of the line. Sharon has been working with me for almost a year to get what I wanted, she made certain the numbers were right and the dealership worked hard to get the right deal for me. I appreciate the extra effort Sharon and Ryan took to make certain I got what I wanted, at a lower monthly payment than my previous vehicle. My new Ford Escape is two years newer, with every bell and whistle ever invented! I am very happy with the vehicle, my treatment and the deal. Needless to say, I will purchase my next new car from Fallon Auto Mall. read more

I recently purchased a Ford truck from the Fallon Auto Mall. I drove to Fallon because of the commercials the dealership runs in the Reno Market - "Drive to the Country and save allot". I figured lets see what Fallon Auto Mall has to offer. Not only did I get a fair price but more importantly the customer service from the Sales Department, Finance and the Service Shop was top shelf. I have purchased many cars in my lifefitme and the service I received from the entire group sets a new standard. If you are shopping for a vehicle, you owe it to yourself to make the trip and get treated the "Old Fashioned" way where the dealership values the customer and is not simply trying to sell a car. I will be referring all my family and friends to Fallon Auto Mall for future purchases. Thank you for making the experience so pleasant. read more

I had an awesome experience at Fallon Auto Mall. I had shopped around in Reno for a week or so and almost bought a car from another dealer. I heard a commercial and decided to check out their site. I found the same year make and model of the car I almost bought for less money. I called up the dealership and spoke with Greg about the vehicle, and about my trade in. I even worked direct with Ronny the GM! We talked about the different options I had for a few days. Ronny and Greg helped me get the financing I needed for the car that I wanted. I was offered a very fair amount for my trade in as well. I am very please with my purchase and all the staff at Fallon Auto Mall. I would rate this dealership 10/10!!! All of my friends and family will be hearing about my experience! Thank you Greg, Ronny, MIlt and Tim! read more

My husband's jeep was totaled in an accident a week ago. We spent the better part of three days looking at new and used cars in Reno and couldn't find anything we wanted. On a whim we drive out to Fallon and stopped at the Auto Mall we we spotted a car we were interested in. Greg helped us. He was nice, friendly and knowledgable. There was no pressure. We went back the next day and bought the car. Because it was an older car (2001 Cherokee) it needed to have the garage give it a once over. They popped in a new battery, changed the oil and gave it new windshield wipers before the DELIVERED the car to us at no extra charge! Super impressed with the service of everyone at Fallon Auto Mall. It goes without saying we will be back when it's time to get our next car. read more

A few months ago I got a used car here that was experiencing some issues. After attempting to solve the problem myself I got back in touch with the people at Fallon auto mall and they went above and beyond to help me get my car in safe driving order. They picked up and towed my car multiple times from reno out to the dealership in Fallon and dropped it back off to me. It took several attempts to get it fixed but they didn't give up until the problem was solved and my car was safe to drive and problem free. I can't say enough how grateful I am for the people at Fallon auto mall for how much effort they put into ensuring my car was the best it could be. If your looking for a car at a good deal this is the place to go. They will take excellent care of you. read more

I had the best customer service experience at the Fallon Auto Mall. Not only did the sales manage, Milton, give me a great deal over the phone, but he honored the price once I was at the location in person. The sales person I dealt with, Jessalin, was very friendly and not at all pushy. This did not feel like your typical car dealership experience, it felt more personal and less stressful than all experiences I have had in looking for the perfect car. The icing on the cake was that the dealership drove my old car back to Reno for me so that I would not have to come back for it later in the week! I didn't even ask them to do so, they went the extra mile and offered. I am so impressed and would absolutely recommend purchasing a car at Fallon Auto Mall! read more

My husband and I went to Fallon Auto Mall to trade our car in on a new version. We were helped by Manny Haase. He was down to earth and a great pleasure to do business with. He was friendly and carried on great conversation as we waited for the final details to be finished on our new car. When all was finished we walked away as satisfied customers and even felt as if we were saying goodbye to a friend not a sales person. Manny worked for us not against us. We highly recommend that you ask for him if you decide to go to Fallon Auto Mall to purchase a vehicle. In future when we decide to trade our car in again we hope he's still working there because we will definitely go through him again. From two very satisfied customers Jim and Sheila Maurer read more

We received wonderful service from Fallon Ford-Toyota from the moment my husband stepped onto the lot and worked with Jessilyn! We shopped Reno, Carson and Fallon during a stressful week (of car research and test drives) as we were forced to buy a replacement for our second car when the transmission went out. Jessilyn came to us with a true and best number right off the bat when asked. We spent the afternoon on Saturday with Manny while awaiting the paperwork and were entertained the entire time. We were super impressed with all the staff ... knowledgeable and personable, absolutely not what we expected at all when we first set out. Will send more customers to Fallon Ford-Toyota for sure! Thank you Jessilyn and Manny for a great experience! read more

Best family owned and probably very few left family owned dealerships in the USA. Fallon Ford - Toyota is not a business that takes advantage of people, like any auto dealership if your buying used you need to hire a mechanic to look at the car with you! The dealership has no problem allowing this but on the other hand it's your responsibility to check it out because honestly they have no idea if you used your vehicle to race with on Saturday nights etc etc etc! The new vehicles are covered by warranty and they are very glad to make your car get back to the same status as when you bought it new. Buying a car or truck is like anything else that you buy made by man so don't be gullible be smart and buy your next car at Fallon Ford - Toyota! read more

Super duper happy with my experience at Fallon Ford Toyota. Marcos is an awesome salesman. He made our experience fun and painless. The hospitality here is awesome. I especially liked how knowledgeable Marcos was. He knew the ins and out of the vehicle we bought. You would think that this is a common think, but it's not. Prior to visiting Fallon Ford Toyota. We went to many lots. All of which the salesman didnt know much about the vehicle they were selling. Which is surprising. The financial team was great to deal with and I didn't feel pressured in any way!! Entire deal took only a couple of hours!! Highly recommend shipping for you next vehicle here. And their prices are unbeatable. We love our new truck!!!!! read more

Just bought a car from these guys a couple of weeks ago and wow what a great day I had. The entire staff was very polite, courteous, and worked with me on my deal in a way that made it the most positive experience I have had buying a car yet. My sales person was Austin McCall and he out did himself with his customer service skills. Becky in the service department even came out to introduce herself and made my day. The bigger dealers in Reno and Carson City don't even compare to the great service and deal I got from Fallon Ford Toyota....keep up the good work all. :) read more

This was by far our best and favorite vehicle buying experience of our lives!!! Manny Haase answered questions we asked and did not give us some heavy sales pitch and bs!! We were in the showroom 3 times and never once felt pressured into anything! We were amazed at the ease and actual pleasant surprise of this truck buying experience! Spencer Johnson was also a nice surprise as to a no nonsense closing of the deal so we could drive of in our new 2017 Toyota Tacoma!!! We would highly recommend Fallon Ford - Toyota to anyone thinking of buying a car or truck read more
