Super smooth, easy process to buy a vehicle with Fallon Ford-Toyota. They may be a small-town dealership, but they deliver big-town value & service. Really quick, responsive sales team, and an easy online process. They would have been fine to do this in-person, but they had the capacity to expedite this online. Highly recommend! read more

The terrible immoral car professionals that you thought only existed in late night cartoons? They're real and they own and operate Fallon Ford. If I could leave a rating with negative two stars, I would. I brought my car here in July of 2023 to get serviced for a recall on the power steering. I needed to get these repairs done before driving back to Oregon for school at the end of August. I made an appointment for two weeks from the day (better than the two months I would have had to wait for it to be fixed in Reno or Carson) and was told "we'll get you taken care of." I am not strong enough to drive without power steering, so my fiancé drove us out to Fallon (over an hour without power steering, which was scary and difficult) Appointment day comes, yes, the power steering is out, but you'll have to wait another month for a fix because they have to order the part. Previously I had been assured it would be fixed that day. So at this point it is unsafe to drive my car for almost a month. We drive again out to Fallon for a 9 AM appointment. They told us it would be about 4 hours to wait and we were encouraged to leave and come back. We left and killed time in a local park and got lunch. 3.5 hours later, we called to get an update to see if 4 hours was still an accurate estimate, and couldn't get through to anyone on the phone, despite calling multiple times and different departments. So we walked back, only to be told it'll probably be another 45 minutes or so, because they actually hadn't started on the car yet because of a miscommunication between the office and the mechanic. The guy we were talking to said "look I'm not going to make excuses, we didn't start it because usually we prioritize the people who are waiting around instead of leaving and coming back." Which was, in itself, an excuse. If you're not going to prioritize the car of the people who had a morning appointment, don't give people a timeline. They knew we weren't local and had driven together. It wasn't like I was just going home to wait, we weren't local and were just biding time eating lunch in the Safeway deli and sitting in the park. It ended up being an additional two hours waiting in the dealership for the car to be done, bringing the total to two appointments and the second appointment being an almost 7 hour wait, plus driving time to and from Reno, with excuses made left and right. I didn't make a fuss or anything but felt very disrespected and frustrated. They give us two carwash tokens "for the trouble and misunderstanding." We take them to the carwash, they aren't valid and we can't use them. To top it off, I received a voicemail (Which I saved and still have) a few weeks later, the week I was getting ready to move telling me that they had forgotten to take a picture of a part they had used, and would I be willing to drive back out to Fallon for them to get a picture? Sorry, but my previous experience doesn't exactly entice me to drive an hour and a half both ways to wait around for three hours for you guys to take a picture, and spend that money on the gas while prepping for a move. I understand that I was getting recall repairs done and you weren't making money from my services, so maybe there wasn't the need or the drive to go above and beyond to try and make up for the inconvenience of waiting almost a full workday for a repair that was supposed to take a handful of hours. It is now three years later: power steering is out again. We have since relocated: our local ford dealer tells us that the person who fixed it previously used an aftermarket part, and the entire unit now needs to be replaced. Since an aftermarket part was used, it does not qualify to be fixed under the recall, and we have to pay $4400 for an entirely new power steering unit. So they managed to screw us again three years later. read more

I had my F250 in for a 30k maintenance check. All they did, out of 13 items was 2 of them. Rotate tires, change oil and filter. When askex about the other 11 items, the service associate said,I had to ask for them. What a load of XX. And I would rate them less than zero stars if I could. Be very wary doing any business here. read more

Came in for service (oil change) on my truck. Told them I'd wait. Wish there were more power outlets available, I thankfully brought a power strip with me and grabbed a table and was able to work. Unfortunately they didn't have parts in stock for other things that needed to be done. Will have to go back! read more

Second time coming here for "The Works" service on our Flex, thinking we were loyal customers. They quote a price for all filters and oil change, tire rotation, fluid check & top off, basic checkup. We pay and are told "Oh! It's another 3% if you use credit card." What? Petty. Who carries cash anymore? But, then they say; "Here's a token for a free car wash!" REALLY? Pay the credit card fee people. We go to the car reading the paperwork where it says they did NOT rotate the tires due to "swollen lug nuts". MAYBE mention that WHILE you're working on the vehicle and present options?!? When we question it and why there wasn't a discount they say "That service is complementary." WTH. It doesn't say it's complementary on the list of provided services next to your price. Needless to say we will NOT be back and will NOT recommend. Petty. Petty. Petty. And bad customer service. DO BETTER PEOPLE. read more

It's always a pleasure doing business with Fallon Ford-Toyota. My Prius was telling me it was time for a service, so I arranged a time to get in. When I got there, they were ready for me. Kevin is always so nice and got a driver to take me home (8 miles out of town)! When the car was ready, they sent a car for me and took me back so I could get my car. Service was so great! My car runs great and I thank Fallon Ford-Toyota for that. Nobody else works on my car except for them. Kevin Thomas and team, I say, "Thank you one and all." read more

Took my Bronco Everglades in for a regular interval service and to look at my front differential that was leaking fluid as well as my front driver and passenger seat belts as they would not retract as they should. Finished the service and needed to order parts for the other issues. A few day later they call me and tell me parts are in and made an appointment to come back in. Brought my bronco back in was told it would probably take around 5-6 hrs for them to install parts and then they'd call me when it was ready. I get a call at 3pm telling me the tech is running behind and they would need to keep the car until the next day. They offered me a loaner car in the mean time and even picked me up at my house so I could get the loaner. I get told they should be done by noon-2 pm the next day. Next day I get a text at 9:30 that they're done. I drive the loaner back. I check out and go to leave. I notice that my expensive rock slide engineering rock slider steps are no longer working. I thought, oh maybe they just flipped the switch and turned them off while working on the car. I take the car for a drive to make sure everything feels fine as I often do after a service or having parts replaced feels fine in 2wd I then switch the car to 4wd Auto and ever time I turn the wheel I feel this grinding/rubbing noise under my feet the exact area where they were working to replace the front diff pinion seal. I take the car back immediately and tell them what I'm experiencing and I also ask them if they can look at my rock slider steps, as I found out that it wasn't that they just flipped the switch off something else was wrong with them. I told them that they must have done something to them while working in the area of the seatbelt tensioners as there are wires that run under the trim pieces there for them. They take the car for a drive to see what I am talking about when I brought it back. The return with my car and immediately take it back into the garage. They don't come out to tell me anything at first. When I go out to get any word what was wrong the front desk guy says that the service manager believes it the diff locker that's causing the issue, now I have a new issues that wasn't present before they worked on my car. Now I'm getting a little bit ticked off. After waiting a bit the front desk guy comes out to the waiting area and tells me that the issue was actually caused by the nut on the pinion seal, they just replaced, being lose and that they needed to tighten it up. First off how is that something you miss when working on a car. What would have happened had I not noticed that issue and brought my car back right away. They also stated that they looked my rock slider steps and could figure out the issue they believe that there is possible a short in the wiring harness, despite the fact that I told them they worked just fine before I brought my car in. They said they wouldn't look any further into it since it's after market parts. So I left the rubbing/grinding noise was fixed. So I proceeded home to figure out why my $4,000 rock slider steps would now not work correctly on the driver side, as the passenger side one work with no issues at all just as they had before taking my car in. So I pull up the front driver side trim panels nothing out of the normal everything is connected. So then I go to the rear driver side door and I notice the sensor that tells when the door is opened or closed is missing. The tech knocked it off and just tucked it under the trim piece. Totally aggravating. Should have just admitted he knocked it off form the get go that way I would have known what the issue was and I could have just remounted the sensor instead up leading me on a goose chase to figure it out. Instead of putting the blame on me and telling me oh "there must be a short in the harness" when I damn well know there wasn't a short in the harness. Take some pride in the work you do and own up to the mistakes you make. I would have been far less pissed off about it. Now because of these two issue why would I ever put my faith in Fallon Ford again to work on my vehicle ever. My confidence isn't very high. read more
I've come to Fallon Ford- Toyota a couple of times for oil changes and other maintenance for my truck. The receptionist has always been very friendly and helpful. The service I've gotten at this location has been quick and efficient. One of their mechanics, Jorge, is very knowledgeable on my truck and can answer all the questions I might have on it. One thing I've noticed is that in these COVID times, not all the staff wears a mask or doesn't wear them properly like having the mask hang under their chin. Or maybe they do but take them off at some point and maybe forget to put them back on? I saw a number of different staff members talking to customers and walking around without a mask on. read more

I came in on a Saturday after noticing my back right tire was flat on my 2006 Toyota Tacoma. I came in asking if maybe they could look into patching it up and also get an oil change since I've been meaning to get one anyway. I came in at around 10 AM. I went home and got a phone call saying it won't be finished until around 3 PM at the latest since they had other appointments. So I waited and went back in around 3 PM. They told me they were unable to patch the tire and that I would need a new one because it was too close to the wall.. I then asked if they could just put my spare on for the time being, waiting until 4 PM for them to put my spare on. By that time, I paid my $200 oil change and replacement air and carbon filter bill. (Which I was told later was just a scam basically) and I then headed home.. it wasn't until I made it into my driveway that I noticed they changed out the back left tire... I then went back to the dealership, fuming, to let them know they changed the wrong tire and questioned if they even looked at my tires at all. After waiting for another 15 minutes I was told there were 2 flat tires apparently... Which I didn't know when I left the dealership! The lady at the front desk said the mechanics could even show me them... I agreed. So the mechanics and I walked to my truck and he pointed to the huge nail on the right back tire (the one that I knew was there... obviously) and then when he went to show me the other "flat" - he didn't know it was mounted on my spare tire rack, under the bed of my truck... so they disregarded that one. The tire that was supposedly flat also. I let it go and asked if the truck was safe enough to at least get me to Reno.. and by that time, it was already past 5 PM and any tire shop was closed... the mechanics agreed that the tire would be fine and that I'd have no issues. So upon getting home, my neighbor who's a mechanic was out front.. I asked if he would help me in inspecting the tire on the tire rack for a nail or any punctures. Lo and behold - the tire on the tire rack HAD 0 NAILS.. punctures.. and had absolutely no issues at all with holding in air! Was charged $200 for mediocre (at best) service and I will not be returning... it was a complete scam and the mechanics there could care less about your safety! The pictures show the hook/nail from my tire that they said was okay to drive with. read more

Worst Customer Service Ever Dropped my car off a week ago and hadn't heard anything so I thought I'd call, apparently the service writer Jackie had written it down wrong and didn't bother to try and resolve the issue, instead waited for me to wonder where my car was in the repair cycle. When asked what if I had never called because I died what would they do, They had no response. I suggested a meeting with Tim the "manager" and was told I could come at 330, well when I arrive Jackie and Tim were already planning how to deal with the fact they wanted $1200.00 to fix the motor in my window and had no intention of ever contacting me by mail or drive by to say they couldn't get in touch with me. Tim even had the gall to suggest it was "my fault" for not calling earlier to check on the vehicle !!! of course knowing they would have to order parts I wouldn't be bugging them , you would expect them to call you and since they knew they didn't have a number, the mail would have come in a single day as my house is 6 minutes from the dealership. The part for my car is $115, I know because I have replaced the other window motor, so that plus labor should not be anywhere near $1200.00. Tim offered me a "MILITARY DISCOUNT" his exact words and he repeated it three times, I've never been in the military and I live in a military town, this is the most offensive disrespectful thing I have ever been offered, it appears Fallon Ford Toyota thinks so little of our armed forces that the offer up "Military Discounts" to anyone with an issue at the dealership. Tim told me if I could get my window fixed cheaper I should, because they had done nothing wrong, as for the dealership which I was a previously happy customer of, well, I wouldn't take a riding lawnmower in there for an oil change based on the crew and employees children running around the service department while dispute meetings are happening. Their lack of customer service professionalism is second to none... PS: I found out I'm not even the first car that was brought in that they didn't have info on the owner.... This is the sort of place that has employees friends and family members probably write online reviews, but remember this was just my experience, yours may differ or be worse... read more

I brought my car in for the first time today. Initially customer service was friendly. I scheduled here because they offer courtesy pickup/drop off. My husband is in the military and always gone. I confirmed when I dropped off my car this morning at 8am that I could be picked up from my house (after my workday) at 3:30pm. They said yes. When they called be during the day to tell me my service was complete, again, I confirmed a 3:30pm pick up. They agreed. 3:30pm comes and no one has arrived. I call, no answer at the service center, I speak to reception. They are surprised by my request and say someone is leaving to come pick me up. This was at 3:35pm. I'm finally picked up by 4:02pm. Mind you, I'm late to pick up my older son from school at 4pm. We stop to pick up my son and get to the dealership and I ask what happened? It's all, oh I'm sorry! We must not have had a driver when you needed a ride and completely brushed me off. I was pretty annoyed by this tone as I did confirm my pickup TWICE. Good customer service would have accepted the blame for lack of responsibility and clarity and AT THE VERY LEAST, offered to cover the service cost for my inconvenience. I was then late to pick up my younger son from daycare who needed my car seat. So we were charged a late fee from the daycare. Don't take your car here if you're expecting superior service because it's a dealership. Look elsewhere. Trust me when I tell you, they truly couldn't care less and don't stand by their word. read more

We took our 2010 F150 in with some concerns about a shuddering when turning at low speeds, exhaust smell, and an occasional check engine light. We expressed that we'd like to make sure it was safe to drive as we live two hours out and drive over steep unpaved roads weekly. First off, the staff is friendly, professional, and took the time to explain their take on what was going on with the truck multiple times. So no complaints there. However.. The first time the foreman told me about what was going on, he suggested a $4000 repair... the entire cam/ timing piece of the engine. And then said that even with this repair, it might not work and we may need a complete engine rebuild. He said that with this kind of miles on a truck, and with this year, it's not uncommon (it's 2010 with ~150,000miles). I looked it all up online, and it just didn't sound like that was addressing the concerns we had brought it in for. So I thought ok maybe this needs to get done but I don't have $4000 so can we just get this car safe? I called back and asked, again, what can I do to make this car safe, is there anything else you can tell me instead of this $4000 repair? And will this fix the issues I asked about? He said it's all related. Which... isn't really usually the case with cars in my experience. Then he said oh yeah your brakes are also metal to metal my technician said. That bugged me a bit because I thought it should have been said sooner as my primary concern was making the car safe. I'm not saying this guy was wrong, but i found the communication confusing and difficult, and it sort of sounded like they'd only checked the computer, not the car, and are not used to getting older cars in that see a lot of use. We took our car to tedfords for a 2nd opinion, and the diagnosis made a lot more sense based off of our usage and the symptoms we were experiencing. So that's my take! Friendly, professional, helpful, not the best choice for someone on a budget with an older and well used truck. read more

It was a week ago, on Sunday, I was sitting with my wife in a wine bar, and I was not a happy man. I had just been to a local car dealership and they didn't want to make the deal that I wanted, and then I remembered what Steve, a friend of mine, said about his purchase at the Fallon Auto Mall. He said the dealership was great and he felt like they treated him right. What more can I ask for, and so I gave them a call from the wine bar, and Spencer answered the phone. Spencer was amazing and encouraging from the moment we spoke, and his effort at customer service was the best that I'd ever had buying a car. The sad part is, I'd been a loyal customer of the place that left me wanting, purchasing, over the last 27 years, something like five cars (three new and two used). We virtually made the deal over the phone at 5PM on a Sunday. The price we discussed was the price I paid. Yes, he did want me to send him some pictures of my trade in, and yes, I did drive it out to the dealership so he could closely examine it. I tried to explain the issues I was having and what actually caused me to be in the market, and he understood. Spencer didn't exactly have the car that I wanted on the lot, and so he did something about it. He found what I wanted, went and got it, and delivered it on the date that he said he would exactly with the options he said would be included. He made me a better deal on my old Rav than the dealer that sold it to me. Were there any bumps in the road? Sure, it took a week, but Spencer and I spoke nearly every day. He was transparent, professional, easy to talk to, and straight in what he was saying, and these factors all contributed to a great buying experience. Beyond that, Spencer had some help. A very nice guy, named Nick, helped with paperwork and a tutorial on how the car works. Both my wife and I's phones were linked to the Rav's phone system before we even left the lot. Would I go back to Fallon, travelling 1.5 hours out of my way to get the car that I truly want? Without a doubt, I'd return. To sum it up, he found the color that I wanted, had it shipped in, gave me more for my trade, got me a better set of options and it was still lower than the local dealership. By the way, they never even mentioned anything about working to get me the car that I wanted; instead all we spoke about was their in-stock inventory. So, a sad Sunday afternoon resulted in a car purchase a week later, and a happy customer. read more

A Shocking Ordeal... Bought a $80,000 2017 F350 brand new at Fallon Ford Toyota. At 5k miles the bushings on the front shocks fail. At 9k miles I bring the truck into Fallon Ford Toyota ya know "the one I bought it from" for a scheduled repair. 1hr drive from Reno. Arrive, check in, and wait 1.5hrs for someone to finally tell me the parts where never ordered that they where on back order with no date when they may be available. Bring car home after 1hr drive. 3.5hrs of my day wasted.... Notice when parking at home that the hood is bent from a Flashlight being crushed into the hood from the engine bay denting it upward. (A complete and utter mystery since they never fixed anything since there was no parts) After getting transferred to no where and calling back again the manger says there is nothing that can be done it's a "Ford" issue not a "dealer" issue. And blames lack of notice to tell us that parts where not available and having us drive out was due to new employees.... So finally after a heated argument of the safety of my family riding in a $80,000 truck the dealer takes no responsibility for and how that isn't a way to treat someone... then magically they can get the bushings overnighted through a special 24 hour emergency hotline for ford for parts. (Why does it have to come to that for actual solutions??) So the manager called me back and said he would personally look at them himself to make sure that they were "correct" e.g. Fitment and type since they have several trucks to compare them to.....before we had to come down again. So today Tuesday 5 days later I wake up early for a 1hr drive to Fallon Ford Toyota I then learn after I have gotten there that the part that they had ordered only one of them came in and the other one should come in at around 11:30 later that day. So instead of calling me and telling me that this was the case and having me show up later so I wouldn't waste my time again didn't seem like something worth doing the evening before. But not to worry at 12:45 3 hours and 15 minutes later...I then learned that the parts that they ordered where incorrect parts. To make matters worse Mike the service manager said he would look at the parts personally himself. When asked if he actually did. He stated that he "opened the box and glanced in and it look like all the parts where there" So now I get to go back yet again the schedule yet another appointment for the same issue and drive another hour and spend another day of my time at a dealership for something as simple as two shocks. Clearly it is not only the new employees that are lacking due diligence in follow through but senior staff as well. I have never seen such a poorly executed attempt at customer service in my life. read more

Jessilyn was a dream to work with. She was incredibly personable, quick, knowledgeable, and not pushy in the slightest. We found the perfect new car for our family to lease after trading in our old one, and Jessilyn made that possible for us. The reason for 4 stars is that the process took forever, but that was out of her control. Financing and detailing took a very long time to do their part. I should have read yelp first, Fallon ford Toyota had my Ford Escape for a diagnostic test, 1st it was a cylinder head temp sensor, $177 but that didn't stop the check engine light from flashing, so 2nd it was a cylinder "1" fuel injector about $300, still same problem, 3rd it was a mass flow sensor, another $300, same problem, so now it's a cylinder head problem, which would be over $300. STOP I told them, the total to date is almost a thousand dollars, and I still have the same problem. what ever happened to real mechanics, if they don't know what the problem "is" don't keep changing parts and charging the customer. read more

This dealership has no idea how to deal with customers as human beings. We brought our 2016 Chevy Silverado for transmission repair or replace. We specifically asked them if they have the time to repair the vehicle in a timely matter, due to the fact that we live in Illinois and needed to go back home. We were in Fallon to help my disabled military Father in-law and my mother in-law who had just had a stroke a few years back. We have never experienced such gross incompetency at this level. They lied to us, they even lied to their own General Manager telling him they were waiting on a warranty inspector when in fact they had not even spoken to the warranty company for 8 days. They did not return phone calls from me or my warranty company in a timely manner. I finally had enough of their incompetence and called the service "advisor" out for not being able to complete the simplest task of giving two part numbers an my tire size to the warranty company within a day. I was asked to leave the dealership and later threatened with arrest if I set foot on their property. Thanks to the wonderful caring people at Champion Chevrolet in Reno I got my truck back two working days after this 16 day nightmare with Fallon Ford Toyota ended. This was absolutely the worst car purchasing transaction I have ever had. Zero integrity was displayed a multitude of lies. I saw at least 6 different sales & sales management people all of whom lied. First and foremost they are not a Costco auto dealer! Dolan Toyota is the closest Costco dealer, make the trip there easy to deal with. I was there because of the 0% promotion and ended up with a 5.24% btw I have perfect credit. I placed 8 calls to management with zero calls back. I have spoken to two attorneys concerning this transaction. I will have to deal with this. Do not attempt to purchase lease or have service from Fallon Ford Toyota a morally corrupt organization. read more

So the only reason this review is getting two stars is because of the friendliness of the lady working the service desk. She was very friendly, happy to help, and kept me up to date through the whole process. With that being said the ability of their mechanics to figure out what is wrong is about as bad as it gets. I told the service desk that my check engine light was on and I gave them the exact code that the car was popping. I agreed to the diagnosis fee because if you chose to have them fix it the fee will be credited to the cost of the repairs. The service department later explained that they could not fix it and that I would have to take it to a dealer in Reno. So before I took the car to Reno I decided to have the oil changed come to find out the car had a small oil leak, was completely out of oil, therefore causing the engine code and rough start/idle. I was already upset by the fact that I lost $50 to the Auto Mall, but became furious when Jiffy Lube was able to diagnose and fix the problem for $20. How in the world can you diagnose a problem if you are not willing to check the most basic things with the engine. Poor form on my part for not checking my oil regularly, but if I am paying for a diagnosis/inspection this is a no brainer. read more

If your car requires service beware of Fallon Ford Toyota! Fallon Ford Toyota has consistently proven to be the worst service department ever for our family. We had my mom's Camry in there for four days for them to discover it had a dead battery. We were told the car required a special Toyota battery that would have to be ordered. The battery never arrived, if it even exists! They finally installed a regular battery in the car for $200! We just got my dad's truck back after it took them four days to do an oil change and a transmission flush, because they broke the valve body while doing it. They never call with updates and give you attitude when you get upset with them. They offered us a rental at Enterprise but never called Enterprise to see if they had any cars. Enterprise never received a call from Toyota and said this situation has happened many times with other customers. My dad was unable to do his construction work for four days as a result. We know mistakes happen, but they happen far to often at Fallon Ford Toyota! We will never use them again! This company deserves no stars for service! read more

Not a one star establishment... More like negative five stars for the service department and complete bafoon of a general manger... I scheduled an oil and change and a door adjustment for my 2017 F-250, which I purchased at Fallon Ford. When I got there, they had no idea why I was there, she never even looked me up in the computer. The service lady said she would need to keep my truck the entire day. THAT WAS NOT MENTIONED WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT! When I told her that I had never had any success with this service department and that I hated it, she ignored me. In the end, I agreed to stay the entire day to just get it done and proceeded to the customer lounge. I was met a few minutes later by the general manager who handed me my keys and told me to leave. When I asked why my oil was not being changed he said "you hate it here and I will not subject my employees to that." $60,000 I spent on this truck and this is what I get? According to the manager's LinkedIn profile, he has a BA in communication and is trained in customer service. Perhaps a serious refund is due from UNR as his communication with me was severely sub-par. In my entire life, I have never been asked to leave an establishment and I am shocked that it happened today. As a genuine Ford enthusiast and a frequent purchaser, I will continue to support the company at dealerships in other areas of northern Nevada. Unfortunately due to the serious lack of competence from this service department and the bully that runs the entire operation, I will never return to this location. As an afterthought... perhaps they treat people with new vehicles in this manner for a reason. No warranty repairs must save them serious money... Anyway, the folks in Carson City seemed happy to help after this debacle and my letters to corporate are in the mail now. read more

This was the easiest car buying process I have been in. The wife and I went to look at the explorer and drove away in one. They let us take and do some of the things we needed to do while we told them what we wanted. We came back with exactly what we wanted and then some. I would recommend anyone to come here and buy a vehicle. Truly professional and kind. That's hard to find. read more

All I can say is image is a hard thing to break! For years I have heard, "don't go to the auto mall, they will take you to the cleaners..." So I never even gave them a thought when it came time to purchase a vehicle. Recently I have been "looking" for a particular model, & saw many on Craig's list. Never giving a thought to check out a dealer, because I figured I could get a better deal going private party. Well it was coming down to going for a higher mileage one or get a salvage title? I didn't want a new one ($$$) & prices were too high on my taste for most of the other cars out there for sale. About two years ago I actually went "fishing" to see if I could afford the new car of the newly designed model I wanted, the price is only thing that kept me from a purchase, but I wasn't heartbroken over it, I knew going in it would be beyond my reach financially. I received great treatment at Fallon Auto Mall even though Tim Mitchell knew I wasn't going to buy it, he wanted me to drive it for the weekend. Was it a trickery ploy? Maybe, but I still ended up returning the car Monday morning. What it did though was break down a wall that I have had up for years against them. I felt if they trusted me, maybe they aren't as bad as I have been hearing over the years. About two months ago my wife & I had been talking at lunch & saw a few cars being unloaded at Auto Malls used car shop, that's when I saw my car. All it was missing was a sun roof, but I hadn't seen that color before, it was unique & I liked it. I kind of forgot about it & continued my search on Craig's list.... After a few weeks I saw the same car on Auto Malls used car lot. So of course my interests were high, but I didn't want to be "taken to the cleaners." I decided I needed to check it out, just to see if it was what I could afford, I ended up taking it for the weekend too. The sales man Jimmy Chicola was doing his job to see where we were price wise, we ended up talking to Milt Wallace & Spencer Johnson about the final price. They came within $600 of what I wanted to give for the car. We actually walked away without it that night. A few days later Jimmy contacted us, we researched some stuff & that was a really good deal. Went back & Milt gave us the deal. We had a few things that needed fixed on the car, which were taken care of, the alignment was an issue though. After two alignments I went for a drive with Mike from the service department. He rotated the tires, & it pulled the opposite direction, as he said would probably happen if it was in the tires. Jimmy kept checking on us & wanted to make sure we were happy, & the owner, Chris Henning, had asked me about our car too. I got a text a day later from Jimmy telling me new tires had been ordered for us. How many dealers will put new tires on an "as is" car to take care of a customer? Yes, it is still covered under factory warranty but I'm pretty sure tires are not. Car is running great & we are happy with our purchase from Fallon Auto Mall! Thank you Chris, Tim, Milt, Spencer, Jimmy, Mike, & everyone else. read more

I attempted to schedule an appointment for an oil change and to have my tires rotated and balanced at the same place where I purchased the tires a year ago. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, I tried calling for several days, but nobody answered the phone. Frustrated with the lack of response, I then attempted to schedule the appointment online, but again, I received no reply. Finally, I decided to go in person to secure an appointment. On the scheduled morning, I dropped off my car and completed the necessary paperwork, explicitly stating that I wanted an oil change along with a tire rotation and balance. In the afternoon, I returned to pick up my car, although I never received a call notifying me that the work was complete. When I inquired about the tire rotation and balance, which I had specifically requested, the rather unpleasant office manager behind me rudely claimed that balancing the tires came with an additional charge. This was surprising to me since I had purchased the tires from them, and they had assured me at the time of purchase that tire rotation and balancing were covered under a lifetime agreement. Nevertheless, they did rotate the tires as requested. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, I discovered that the cost of the oil change had increased significantly, exceeding my expectations. It seemed rather unreasonable, but I had no choice but to proceed with the payment. As I reached for my credit card, the attendant informed me that they impose a 3% charge for credit card transactions. I was taken aback by this unexpected policy. It soon became apparent why they were piling on these extra charges and fees. Apparently, the owner's son had undertaken some extravagant personal projects the previous year, including the installation of an elaborate underground pool, the construction of a two-story pool house, and a remodeling and expansion of their kitchen and the front of their house. It seemed that they were in dire need of funds to support these extravagant endeavors. Needless to say I will be shopping elsewhere. read more

My wife and I moved from our home (small) town in Washington state to Fernley, NV in 2007. We had purchased a few new cars by then (we are 50 yrs old), always from basically the same Ford dealer in Wenatchee, Washington. A small town dealer generally needs to take care of customers "first" as any bad news will travel fast.....sometimes even false bad news. I started using Fallon for service in 2007-2008. The service department has always been fantastic for us. They maintain our old F-150 (2006) the truck has 170,000 miles on it, and is still going strong. So much so that we have purchased a Super Duty from Fallon; and are giving the F-150 to our daughter. I have great confidence in the Fallon service department. We just purchased the Super Duty last week. This is a major expenditure, so I did some shopping around. Fallon is family owned and in a small town they are very customer oriented. We also purchased a new 2012 Fusion from them in 2012. Other dealers in the area did not give me the same feeling of "integrity" that I get at Fallon. When I spend as much money as we did on the Super Duty, I would rather spend it to support an honest business, and honest people. They want you to be happy with the purchase, there is no pressure at all. We are ALWAYS treated with a great deal of respect at Fallon. The price paid for both new vehicles purchased there was fair. After shopping around Northern Nevada for the Super Duty we went back to Fallon and indeed received a very good deal from some very good people. Without making this a long and boring read covered in details and supporting objective evidence of honesty, you just have to take my word for it, there is a great deal of integrity at Fallon Auto Mall. There is high level of integrity and an honest culture at Fallon Auto Mall. Ted K. -Happy customer purchased two new vehicles at Fallon -Use the service department exclusively since 2007 read more

Been working with Andrew for about a week or so on trading in my 2011 Ford F350 King Ranch for a 2011 Dodge Lariat dually, straight across the board seem to be in place. I asked for 30,000 trade in value and was hoping the Dodge could be dropped to about 32,000, they were asking 38,000. I sent pictures, gave Andrew my Vin # so he could pull the Carfax on July 29th and was told they could definetly do a 30,000 trade in and maybe more, this would have given us about 5,000 cash to put towards the Dodge. Come today 8/8 we make an appt to go to Fallon from Carson City to test drive the Dodge. While we are there they proceed to tell us that our truck the Ford had numerous issues right out the gate back in 2011 via the Carfax (we had never seen a carfax on the Ford when we bought it) and of course they are not going to give us anywhere near the value we wanted. We then ask when the carfax was pulled and we are told last night when it clearly shows they ran it 7/30. So why didn't they communicate that we probably won't get what we are wanting for our truck and save us a trip to Fallon. Andrew even went so far to say that if we don't make a deal they will give us a gas credit to get home. All they wanted was to get us in the door to try to make a sale and sell us a truck 20,000 over value by the time we were done. When the sale didn't go thru we asked for our gas credit and they said "no can do". I am deeply disappointed in how this process went down. We had been communicating with Andrew for over a week and we were promised an outcome that was never going to happen. I will NEVER attempt to do business with this outfit again. Buyer Beware when attempting to do business with Fallon Ford Toyota. Our wasted trip could have totally been avoided! read more

I bought a car from The Fallon Auto Mall in 2012 and at first, They did not have the car that I wanted. So, they searched and found the car that I was looking for 2 days later and called me promptly to let me know. I went down and absolutely fell in love with the car. It was a used car, But had great mileage and passed the 21 point inspection and drove like a brand new car. Not only was I satisfied with a GREAT deal and a GREAT car I bought. Also, They gave me a GREAT price on my trade in. The customer service went ABOVE and BEYOND what I could have ever hoped for. I did not feel like I was at a car dealership, but more like I was at a Ma and Pa kind of place. You can tell that they are a great locally owned business and take pride in there car lot and in their employees and business. Almost like the kind of place where a hand shake meant something, not just the paperwork. I will always refer anyone that I know to do business there. And when I do they always thank me. And they refer other people they know to the Auto Mall. The Auto mall has a referral program that if you refer someone and they buy a car from them you get a $100.00 dollars!!!! How cool is that? It must be one of the reasons why they have been is business so long, They take care of there customers like a Family should. read more

The service center is a total clip joint, and the service receptionist named Jacqueline Herzig I believe is unprofessional and a liar. Over the phone she said putting in a new starter for my Toyota MR2 would cost 250, and be done in a few days. She had my husband sign for a diagnostic, which was totally unnecessary, and cost us $133. Then on the phone she said the work wouldn't be done until two or three weeks, and said the price and work on the starter would cost $850, which we decide that was way to much for a starter. So in the long run we had to tow are MR2 twice costing us over $140 dollars and $133 for the diagnostic we didn't need. She also gave us attitude for not letting them do the work on our car. I called Mr. Tim Mitchell, and he said he met my husband, and that my husband acted like everything was fine. My husband didn't know who he was and was just being polite. I found that statement of Mr. Mitchell to be misogynist, since the MR2 belongs to me and it was my credit card used to pay for the diagnostic. Mr. Mitchell said he would call back, but I doubt it. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR AUTOMOBILE SOME WHERE ELSE TO BE FIXED! I BELIEVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS SOME KIND OF MONEY LAUNDERING OPERATION, BECAUSE NO BUSINESS THAT IS A REAL BUSINESS IS THIS UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

I went in today for a recall on my Ford Mustang. I had an appointment at 9:15am and was told the inspection for the recall should take around 45 minutes, and then they could order parts. I was then surprised when I was offered a complementary car wash if I was okay waiting an extra 15 minutes. I happily agreed. Keep in mind- I was there for a FREE Ford recall fix so I wasn't paying anything, and I still got the complementary car wash. I walked in back to the customer lounge to wait, and was greeted with a nice assortment of coffee, hot chocolate, and tea and a large home-theater-like seating area with a television. At 11:15am I walked into the front office to ask what was taking so long. It turns out they had the parts already in stock and installed them so I wouldn't have to make the return trip. As I live in Fernley, I'm ecstatic that I won't have to make the extra drive. Yeah, a little communication about the longer wait would've been nice, but when I found out it was because they were doing something for me, it was a bonus rather than a problem. They also gave me two gourmet chocolates with my receipt forms, and I drove home with a sparkling and clean car. If I have any other issues with my car or need routine maintenance done, I will definitely be back. read more

We could not be more pleased with your attentive service and quality product at this dealership offers. We have to drive over two hours round-trip to obtain Toyota factory service. The service staff made sure that we had transportation in the local area, we were introduced to the well appointed service lounge, given preferential appointment because of the long drive and we were even given local homemade chocolate treats. Additionally the vehicle was washed after servicing and our car was delivered a half an hour ahead of schedule. WOW! Who does this! Fallon Toyota! My wife made the no charge warranty service appointment and was treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately this is not always the case in the auto industry. Too frequently she is treated very poorly simply because she's a woman. As her husband, I am very confident that in the future this dealer will take care of her honestly, fairly and professionally. When we need a new vehicle Fallon Toyota will be contacted. read more

Since 2006 I have purchased 4 vehicles from Fallon Auto Mall, I also purchased a 2007 Prius from a dealership in California. I normally keep a vehicle 2 to 4 years then trade them in. You could say I have a lot of automobile purchasing experience. In the past I've been treated poorly and other times extremely well. I will say with the fifth vehicle that was delivered this week, I was treated with kindness, professionalism and the experience was top of the line. Sharon has been working with me for almost a year to get what I wanted, she made certain the numbers were right and the dealership worked hard to get the right deal for me. I appreciate the extra effort Sharon and Ryan took to make certain I got what I wanted, at a lower monthly payment than my previous vehicle. My new Ford Escape is two years newer, with every bell and whistle ever invented! I am very happy with the vehicle, my treatment and the deal. Needless to say, I will purchase my next new car from Fallon Auto Mall. read more

I recently purchased a Ford truck from the Fallon Auto Mall. I drove to Fallon because of the commercials the dealership runs in the Reno Market - "Drive to the Country and save allot". I figured lets see what Fallon Auto Mall has to offer. Not only did I get a fair price but more importantly the customer service from the Sales Department, Finance and the Service Shop was top shelf. I have purchased many cars in my lifefitme and the service I received from the entire group sets a new standard. If you are shopping for a vehicle, you owe it to yourself to make the trip and get treated the "Old Fashioned" way where the dealership values the customer and is not simply trying to sell a car. I will be referring all my family and friends to Fallon Auto Mall for future purchases. Thank you for making the experience so pleasant. read more

I had an awesome experience at Fallon Auto Mall. I had shopped around in Reno for a week or so and almost bought a car from another dealer. I heard a commercial and decided to check out their site. I found the same year make and model of the car I almost bought for less money. I called up the dealership and spoke with Greg about the vehicle, and about my trade in. I even worked direct with Ronny the GM! We talked about the different options I had for a few days. Ronny and Greg helped me get the financing I needed for the car that I wanted. I was offered a very fair amount for my trade in as well. I am very please with my purchase and all the staff at Fallon Auto Mall. I would rate this dealership 10/10!!! All of my friends and family will be hearing about my experience! Thank you Greg, Ronny, MIlt and Tim! read more

My husband's jeep was totaled in an accident a week ago. We spent the better part of three days looking at new and used cars in Reno and couldn't find anything we wanted. On a whim we drive out to Fallon and stopped at the Auto Mall we we spotted a car we were interested in. Greg helped us. He was nice, friendly and knowledgable. There was no pressure. We went back the next day and bought the car. Because it was an older car (2001 Cherokee) it needed to have the garage give it a once over. They popped in a new battery, changed the oil and gave it new windshield wipers before the DELIVERED the car to us at no extra charge! Super impressed with the service of everyone at Fallon Auto Mall. It goes without saying we will be back when it's time to get our next car. read more

A few months ago I got a used car here that was experiencing some issues. After attempting to solve the problem myself I got back in touch with the people at Fallon auto mall and they went above and beyond to help me get my car in safe driving order. They picked up and towed my car multiple times from reno out to the dealership in Fallon and dropped it back off to me. It took several attempts to get it fixed but they didn't give up until the problem was solved and my car was safe to drive and problem free. I can't say enough how grateful I am for the people at Fallon auto mall for how much effort they put into ensuring my car was the best it could be. If your looking for a car at a good deal this is the place to go. They will take excellent care of you. read more

I had the best customer service experience at the Fallon Auto Mall. Not only did the sales manage, Milton, give me a great deal over the phone, but he honored the price once I was at the location in person. The sales person I dealt with, Jessalin, was very friendly and not at all pushy. This did not feel like your typical car dealership experience, it felt more personal and less stressful than all experiences I have had in looking for the perfect car. The icing on the cake was that the dealership drove my old car back to Reno for me so that I would not have to come back for it later in the week! I didn't even ask them to do so, they went the extra mile and offered. I am so impressed and would absolutely recommend purchasing a car at Fallon Auto Mall! read more

My husband and I went to Fallon Auto Mall to trade our car in on a new version. We were helped by Manny Haase. He was down to earth and a great pleasure to do business with. He was friendly and carried on great conversation as we waited for the final details to be finished on our new car. When all was finished we walked away as satisfied customers and even felt as if we were saying goodbye to a friend not a sales person. Manny worked for us not against us. We highly recommend that you ask for him if you decide to go to Fallon Auto Mall to purchase a vehicle. In future when we decide to trade our car in again we hope he's still working there because we will definitely go through him again. From two very satisfied customers Jim and Sheila Maurer read more

We received wonderful service from Fallon Ford-Toyota from the moment my husband stepped onto the lot and worked with Jessilyn! We shopped Reno, Carson and Fallon during a stressful week (of car research and test drives) as we were forced to buy a replacement for our second car when the transmission went out. Jessilyn came to us with a true and best number right off the bat when asked. We spent the afternoon on Saturday with Manny while awaiting the paperwork and were entertained the entire time. We were super impressed with all the staff ... knowledgeable and personable, absolutely not what we expected at all when we first set out. Will send more customers to Fallon Ford-Toyota for sure! Best family owned and probably very few left family owned dealerships in the USA. Fallon Ford - Toyota is not a business that takes advantage of people, like any auto dealership if your buying used you need to hire a mechanic to look at the car with you! The dealership has no problem allowing this but on the other hand it's your responsibility to check it out because honestly they have no idea if you used your vehicle to race with on Saturday nights etc etc etc! The new vehicles are covered by warranty and they are very glad to make your car get back to the same status as when you bought it new. Buying a car or truck is like anything else that you buy made by man so don't be gullible be smart and buy your next car at Fallon Ford - Toyota! read more

Super duper happy with my experience at Fallon Ford Toyota. Marcos is an awesome salesman. He made our experience fun and painless. The hospitality here is awesome. I especially liked how knowledgeable Marcos was. He knew the ins and out of the vehicle we bought. You would think that this is a common think, but it's not. Prior to visiting Fallon Ford Toyota. We went to many lots. All of which the salesman didnt know much about the vehicle they were selling. Which is surprising. The financial team was great to deal with and I didn't feel pressured in any way!! Entire deal took only a couple of hours!! Highly recommend shipping for you next vehicle here. And their prices are unbeatable. We love our new truck!!!!! read more

Just bought a car from these guys a couple of weeks ago and wow what a great day I had. The entire staff was very polite, courteous, and worked with me on my deal in a way that made it the most positive experience I have had buying a car yet. My sales person was Austin McCall and he out did himself with his customer service skills. Becky in the service department even came out to introduce herself and made my day. This was by far our best and favorite vehicle buying experience of our lives!!! Manny Haase answered questions we asked and did not give us some heavy sales pitch and bs!! We were in the showroom 3 times and never once felt pressured into anything! We were amazed at the ease and actual pleasant surprise of this truck buying experience! Spencer Johnson was also a nice surprise as to a no nonsense closing of the deal so we could drive of in our new 2017 Toyota Tacoma!!!
