We've been using Falkin for 2 years now and I gotta say that we have never had a problem. Anytime I call they answer the phone and help with what I need. Their service techs are always friendly and explain each step of their process and what they are doing. Their plan comes with unlimited visits if you see any bug problems and luckily I only had to call for re-service twice throughout the 2 years. I read the prior reviews about the receptionist and I don't know what people are expecting of her but she is always friendly to me. I guess it really depends on the call and the other person calling in and their attitude. She's not as chipper as other agents but at the same time she's efficient and gets the job done. I recommend this place for general upkeep of your property. I cannot speak to their targeted services but their quarterly plan is worth it to me. read more

Read some great reviews on google so I hired these guys. Unfortunately not happy with the service despite how kind they were. I requested to get treated for spiders and ants when I moved into my first house ever. I especially didn't want me kids or cats to get harmed by the spiders. The technicians sprayed my whole place. Also told me that I would be signing a year contract for this service. Apprehensively agreed to the contract. Bad move on my part. After a couple of weeks every single spider was still alive and thriving. I told the owner about this and he simply told me to wait longer for the treatment to work. I thought that was weird... does it really take longer than 2 weeks to kill a spider with toxic chemicals? Gave them the benefit of the doubt, waited longer, and the spiders were still alive. Ants came back after a while too. The owner said that he wouldn't charge me anything until I was happy, but of course I was charged a few days later. Finally just got rid of the spiders myself and tried to forget about it so I wouldn't stress myself about being locked into a contract with this company. Now I just got an automatic email from them that I'm getting another quarterly treatment next week. All that did was remind that I needed to post this review. And how disappointed i am with this service. And that I'm locked into a long contract with this company and still paying for the service despite its failure to deliver. read more

We were visited by Jonathan and Manny today to treat our home for roaches left by the previous owner. I'm a little upset because we didn't expect to be paying 650 dollars BUT Jonathan and Manny were absolutely WONDERFUL! I see previous reviews talking about being signed up for a 12 month contract so I'm a little weary since that was never discussed with us and I'm not sure if that has happened. But they will be returning for further treatment in the next few weeks so I'm sure we'll get our moneys worth. I refuse to have anyone else but those two! read more

Justin came and completed our service today and as always very happy with it. They send email and text reminders encouraging you to contact the office if you have any special or needed requests. Also they come to the door to announce themselves and again Justin asks if there are concerns or anything that we've noticed as well as the reminder to not let our dogs out for at least 30 minutes after service is completed. Worst customer service experience ever bar none!!! I'm a "current" customer whose been trying to reach them for the last 3 months to discuss questions, concerns, scheduling, contact, etc. to no avail. Several calls, emails and texts have all been blatantly ignored. All I want at this point is for them to complete the service contract agreement and be done with them for good. first time using a pest control service i was told at first they would help eliminate mosquitoes and other pests around my house. Told me about a discount they are running and giving a military discount on top of that. I figured this sounds like a great deal. got the service done in 5 mins. i didn't see any powder around the weep holes which was what was suppose to happen. I decided i want to cancel their service. called them up and was told i have to pay the discount that was given to me for the 1st day they came out to cancel. I contacted this company to do a one time service on a rental house that I just moved in. The initial visit was $59...never was I told that if I accept this pricing I would be signing a 12month contract. When the guy came for the visit everything was fine. Before he left he asked me to sign for the services. I was under the impression that I was signing the receipt for the $59. Discussed when the funds would be taken from my account & thanked for services & he left. Fast forward to a few weeks later I receive an email confirming a service that I never scheduled so I contacted the company & they informed me that I had signed up for 12months of service....which turns out that is what the signature that he requested was for. I DO NOT appreciate being tricked into signing up for services that were never discussed with me. If i could give this SCAM of a company negative starts I would. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Ps: The services did not work! I had to use other means to get rid of the pest that I originally called for. read more

Also the indoor treatment leaves white stains on your hard wood floor and it smells like a sweaty gym after the treatment. When I was calling Heather the customer service agent she didn't answer for a whole day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Brigham Memmott came to our home on 7/3/2021 offering pest control services. Brigham stated they have a mosquito service that was from Apr-Oct $89/mo. and the billing would be on the 3rd each mo. Also, I asked numerous times would there a contract or cancel fee. He stated no, I could opt-out at anytime, but to allow at least 2 weeks for the product to work before cancelling. I called cust srvc on 7/20 because I did not see a decline in mosquito traffic. I stated not satisfied. They offered a complimentary fogging and a tech came out on the 7/22. Another tech came out on 7/23 and said he was completing the other 1/2 of the job. I had a charge on my account for $89 on 7/27. I was told I was being billed for the 7/22 job that should be free. Then on 8/2 I was told the tech that came out on 7/23 was doing the mo. spray. I expressed I wanted to cancel and was told I had to pay $200 (which is not stated & misleading). Justin stated he was going to cancel and refund. I need confirmation. read more

We hired Falkin to address our rats in the attic. They placed a few rat traps with peanut butter bait, and placed bait boxes on the exterior of our house. After 2 months, not one rat has been caught, the peanut butter is still in the traps, and we still have the rat problem. Unsatisfied. Looking for a new company to help us. read more

Falkin Pest has serviced our home for the last few years and we haven't had ANY issues with ants, spiders or the gross alley rats like we had before hiring them to service our home. Kevin has been the service tech nearly every time and does a very thorough job. Our dog, who doesn't like strangers, has even warmed up to him. They even will come out between quarterly services for free if you have any problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely horrible customer service. I had Austin, who was a door to door sales come by and signed me up for a reduced monthly fee for mosquito treatment. He told me that I could sign up and cancel anytime if I was not seeing a difference or call and have them come multiple times in a month to spray. Well when I called to have them come spray and fog, I was told the fogger/spray was out of order. So on the next treatment cycle I again was told again that the fogger is still out of order. Due to poor follow up, I called this morning to cancel my contract and come to my surprise had to pay a cancellation fee of $179. UNREAL! Justin had told me that I could cancel anytime if I was not happy with the service. According to customer service, I cannot cancel without a fee until October 2022. This is a terrible pest control company that flat out does not care about their customers or the experience they create. They are solely in it for themselves and making money. You can see others have had similar poor customer experiences dating back to 2018. Save yourself the headache and do not use this company. They "new mosquito technology" does not work, they have poor follow up and only care about making their business profitable. There are so many other pest control companies out there that probably care about their customers. I ended up paying the $179 cancellation fee and will never use them again - Absolutely terrible. read more
