They can only knock off a bit and aren't allowed to actually clean the wall and do not spray deterrent either. Was then quoted $2500 if I wanted them to put snap traps inside the house. Not included as they initially confirmed. And the fire ants are so much worse since DANCAN. I was also told I could cancel whenever, no mention of a 12 month contract from the extremely misleading door to door rep. I went to buy more of what I had that was working from Lowe's instead and requested to cancel. No one calls back. Text support says they will cancel it and have a manager call me. It's been weeks of this and I'm now getting emails that they are trying to come service the address and bill me again. This is absurd.
