The lady on the phone was very nice and explained the process their company and workers went through to help in a situation like ours and answered more questions the second time we called to confirm an appointment. A man by the name of Mark showed up right on time at our house two days later for a free inspection. He was very jovial and informative. He quickly diagnosed which kind of ants we were dealing with and quoted us a very fair price and was able to treat the interior and exterior at the same appointment. He went out of his way to show us where he believed the ants were coming in from and some preventative measures we could take to not have this issue again. Overall, my experience with this company was excellent and I'd highly recommend any friends or any of you to give this company a try if you have any pest control needs!

Braden, Eric, Jason and all, have always been so accommodating for our schedule and happy to answer our questions when we have them. We care about them individually, the same as they've shown us that same kindness and care. When we've had family emergencies - it's easy to say a kind thought, but when they do it, it's felt. A serious moth problem where those little demons munched their way through half my closet and devoured one 9X12 Wool rug. I hate using pesticides because I have parrots as pets, but Dale, my vet, and I worked out a program to kill one variety of winged pests (and not the other). Dale and I spoke at length and he insisted I check with my vet before scheduling, giving me the evil chemical's name. I did check with the vet, and had to board my critters for a week to avoid certain death with the chemical needed to wipe out the moths. Dale came, assessed my infestation (OMG, I had an INFESTATION!), and gave it a 5 on a scale of 1-20. So he sprayed, I waited a week, the birds came back and they are fine and happy and the moths are DEAD DEAD DEAD. I spoke to about 5 exterminators and NO ONE even mentioned that the chemical could hurt my pets, and several local companies HAD NEVER HEARD OF CLOTHES MOTHS!! Red Flag. Stewart at Animal Control Specialist came to our rescue not once, but twice. The first time was in…read more2021, and we just engaged his services again last month to rehome some squirrels that were adamant about chewing their way into our house. Stewart was extremely responsive and came out within a couple of days to set up the traps. He made sure the traps were in a shaded area so that any captured squirrels weren't roasting in the sun, and came out daily to check/reset the traps and to escort the squirrels to a new area. Both times, he also examined our home for potential entry points and gave us the option to have him seal them or have another contractor seal them for us. Of course, we opted to have him do it, but I liked that he wasn't pushy and gave us enough information to make an informed choice. Hopefully we won't have guests trying to chew their way into our house for a while, but Stewart will once again be our first call if that happens again. Highly recommend!
