My wife and I are building a pool in the backyard and we needed a tree removed before the…read moreexcavation started. The contractor had his own guy, but he never showed up. So I called Jim Chase from White Rock and asked for a rush service. They did a fantastic job. I've reviewed these guys before, and it's good to find out that they've kept up their good work. They sent a super courteous crew. They knocked down the tree, chopped it up and hauled it away in less than 2 hours. Then they trimmed another tree, all for less than the contractor's guy had budgeted for just one tree. I hope I don't have to knock down any more trees. But f I have to do it, I'm not wasting my time with anybody else.

I jumped on my trusty Yelp app and used the request a quote option. Within MINUTES I had a response, and within the hour he set up a time to come out and check it out the next morning. An aside: the Yelp request a quote app was EASY! I could even upload pics. When the gentleman came out to quote me he was as kind as could be. Mask, distance, the whole bit. Perfect. He gave me a reasonable quote, and told me that he could come out within a couple of days - providing an exact time and stating that he would call me if his job before mine ended sooner. The communication was great the whole time. We spoke mid weekend and the day before he cameout. When I asked him what payment he preferred, I was provided viable options (including Zele). He came in the morning in the timeframe stated (between 9:30 and 10:30 AM) and the job took about 4 hours. When they arrived my partner asked for them to remove 2 more bushes, and they agreed for just a little more (and not a complaint!). I am very pleased with the outcome. They were careful around the infrastructure, sprinkler lines and the plants that I did want to keep. I cannot say enough for the kindness they exhibited, and how happy I am with the excavation job. My new place has many a tree, so I know that I will be giving them a call again in the near future! Did I mention - they more responsive than any others within my area! A BIG plus!
