We really enjoyed the Yelp Event at Falafel Inc. The falafel sandwich was delicious, and I loved the Zaatar fries. They prepped the food quickly, and it was super fresh! I would definitely recommend.

Always happy to see a Falafel Inc location newly opened. This location is great to target the DC based universities since they are so accessible when it comes to price point. Falafel sandwich we received was super full with falafel and the fries were generously seasoned with za'tar. Took full advantage of their yummy sauce bar, and I love that their selection of drinks are not from a major soda corporation and you get to support Palestinian aid by way of purchase.

With lettering saying "HELLO GW UNIVERSITY" and such low prices, I thought that the low menu item prices were only for college students. I was pleasantly surprised that the low prices were for all customers! We opted for a falafel pack ($3) and a falafel salad bowl ($5). I was in disbelief that a small meal here in DC could be under/around $10 even with tax and tip. The falafels were small but mighty in terms of flavor and heartiness. The salad bowl was fresh and had a good amount of spinach, pickled cabbage, and pickles. They also had pita chips with zaatar seasoning. There's a variety of sauces you can top your food with. We went with the habibi sauce which was a little spicy and the white sauce which adds a nice touch of flavor and smoothness to your meal. We also added invisible sauce - the spiciness will creep up on you! Highly recommend Falafel Inc at Western Market for "cheap eats". Your palate and your wallet will wish you've found this place earlier!

Super dry food no taste, could've been unfrozen or tastier but no, chicken had no flavor whatsoever . but their ordering experience was okay, picking up the other. It seems like everybody's in a rush.

A delicious bargain (surprising for DC); a bit chaotic in the mall environment with electronic-only ordering, but falafels (and more) quickly served with plenty of savory sauces available and tables nearby. It's a GW hangout but also for World Bank/IMF locals, too. Mall is orderly with plenty of watchful security and bathrooms facilities nearby.

Enjoyed this quick bite at the Western market to escape the cold wintery weather! The fries are crisp and goes well with the spicy red sauce or the garlic sauce! Get yours~

Oh wow, all this for $5.50. I had no idea how to order but the person at the counter was so helpful. I just said I wanted a salad with some falafels and she asked about other toppings and showed me what they were. This is so yummy and healthy! I may have lathered this in the garlic sauce but it's so good. I have no regrets for putting all this sauce on. Please open a location in Maryland! Please!

Ever get a falafel sandwich or bowl that's nothing special but hits the spot at a late hour? This is not that!! The falafel bowl was fresh, flavorful, and delicious! The spinach wasn't wilted, even though we ordered near the end of the day. The falafel were bite size with a lovely crunch. The veggies were crisp and the pickled accompaniment brought a nice acidity. Tip: Make it gluten free by omitting the tabouli and stuffed pita chips. This joint is inside of Western Market so ambiance is upscale food court. My only complaint is that they forgot to include the fries we ordered. We're going to see if we can get refunded for the item not provided, but I'd bring them down further if it's an issue.

Great little counter in Western Market (2000 Pennsylvanian Ave NW) for delicious falafel with hummus and amazing fries. The location is awkward with a giant pole in the way of where you'd stand to order. The service was good but slow and the cashier was a low talker and had a communication barrier. I ordered a falafel bowl and fries and for $11 what a great value! I really enjoy how fresh the ingredients were. Sauces are self-serve and aplenty. They don't offer water cups or two water but have sodas and bottled Deer Park water.

I reviewed the original Falafel Inc in 2017. They've expanded globally and much time has passed, but there has barely been any change in my observation, including to their low prices. For what it cost me to get a salad bowl with nine falafels in it and a side of fries smothered in delicious za'atar spices, I could barely get a side dish elsewhere in this neighborhood. One could see them chopping fresh greens to start the day off, and they have this cool-looking automated falafel dispenser that drops standardized balls in for fresh frying. Their menu is small, and you're basically choosing a sandwich or a salad bowl and whether or not you want fries, but they are very good at executing it. Whatever money they send to people in need, as their mission promises, is worth considering as well.

This location is inside Western Market, and service was quick. We only stopped by for a snack of zaatar fries, but they were delicious and affordable. I would visit again for more fries or to get some falafel, as everything we saw looked so good!

This location was much better and their staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a large location and who wouldn't want to grab a bite here and then find a seat at the beautiful waterfront. I ordered the falafel bowl with a side of hummus. Let's just say that for $5 that bowl was extremely generous in quantity and the fresh quality of each item was AMAZING! I thoroughly enjoyed my bowl. The side of hummus was sinfully good! Something I wouldn't mind ordering again to enjoy with their delicious pita chips Overall, I don't think I'll be visiting any other location but this one because they were fantastic!

Appreciate you can try different sauces to dip your fries or add to your sandwich or bowls. Only reason they didn't get a 5 star on this last visit was how long it took to get our order. It was a Saturday night, so we did mobile ordering and pickup. It said it would be ready within 3-15 minutes. I arrived 12 min after our order was placed. They were quite busy - and seemed the two employees working were a bit overwhelmed. There were a few people waiting for food, a line to order, they were out of containers for sauces, and some of the sauces were empty. I ended up waiting for an extra 25 minutes until I asked to check on an order - it was apparent from their reaction, our order got lost in the shuffle. Once they realized, they made it right away, which was appreciated. However, they grabbed a bag of fries that had been sitting on the counter since I walked in - so they were cold. Good thing - they do great in the air fryer! I've never experienced these issues before and it won't stop me from returning, definitely felt like a bit of an off night for them. Solid food, great cause, and one of the best affordable options for a quick bite at the Wharf! Recommend them!

Very creamy and enjoyable There is also a great selection of savory bites, sandwiches, and pastries I decided to try the SFEEHA and that was soooooooo good! First of all, the woman with gray hair and several tattoos was beyond obnoxious to us and she should have a talking to by management. It wasn't busy when we were ordering, and we had a few questions because it was our first time there, and she was just nasty about...everything. Why she works in customer service is beyond us. Let's talk about what we really loved: the hibiscus karkade and mish mish soda nonalcoholic drinks were so delicious. They were refreshing without being too sweet, which was perfect for the swelteringly hot day. The levantine pickles were interesting and a good crunch start to the meal, but the smashed cucumbers were just gross. You could tell that they had been sitting for a while (possibly over a day) because they were slimy and mealy and the whole thing was drowning in liquid. You got zero taste of the scallion oil. The hummus was great, as was the lamb leg "cheesesteak," which was completely unique and special. Finally, the shatta batata were also quite original, and we appreciated the spices and insanely-addictive dipping sauce. Here's what we hated: the hummus, pickles, and cukes were all served in to-go containers. We get that this place is casual, and maybe it makes sense for the veggies, but the hummus container had literally HALF of the dip carved out--and it cost $10! We feel like we got what we paid for with the $22 "cheesesteak," but the tots (served in a bag) were $13. The pricing just seemed way off for what you actually ended up getting... ...which was especially the case with the two soft serves that we tried, the baklawa labne and the tahini oat. They were wonderful and creamy and, again, unique, but with the added surcharge and the (undeserved) tip, they came to over $25. We're kind of a mixed mind about this place. Like, some dishes were really, really good, but the value was not there and the service was beyond off-putting. Not sure if we'll be back again. Maybe.
