I was put on the defensive from my first visit with Dr. Chece. I explained that I tried to reach the nurse pratitioner I had paid an extyra $100 for concieger fees and never got a call back. I felt like it was my fault when I tried to explain the lack of access or follow-up. Then I was told to take some samples to the lab. Had to call for 3 days before getting the results that were in. Then the receptionaist finally gave me the results and asked me if I wanted to be treated for it. No doctor follow-up or call from the nurse practitioner. I then called because I needed a follow-up treatment and didn't get a call back for a week. So now i'm back to driving 40 minutes for my health care provider but at least I know she cares. Dr. Jamie Sullivan is an awesome doctor and now I know exactly what I was taking for granted. She truly cares about her patients and it shows. unlike Dr. Chece. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
