He never really examined me. never looked at my joints looked at my range of motion took my pluse blood pressure weighed me or anything else that I was usually used to with my previous doctors. He would have me sit in the chair while he used the exam table as his desk. He did not have a plan for pain management. Did not Believe in it. Well believe me when you are in a lot of pain you need Pain management. All he did was look at my hand listen to me moan and groan about my pain and then sent me for bloodwork. Last of November he took me off all my meds because my blood work was not to his liking I was visiting my son in Washington ,,believe me it was a horrible holiday. My psoriasis exploded as well as my joint pains. It took me months to get over that. Long story short, a month ago he started again with he didn't like my blood count he was taking me off my meds and wanted me to go for more bloodwork no problem however I was not going to be in the same situation I was a year ago. I as of today have found a new Doctor Who is wonderful takes my blood pressure wait exam is my joint movement my range of motion listens to my heart and everything else you would expect to be done thank God I found a good doctor. I would not recommend Dr. Toder tanyone that I care about. Please note his office staff in the front and the back are wonderful people.

THEY AREN'T HERE! I got to my appt 25mins early, waited til a more appropriate time. Went to the door, locked. Called, no answer. Went to the door at my appt time, locked. Called again, no answer. Ended up leaving a note shoved into the door stating to remove my CC info from my file with them. To say I'm upset is an understatement. It's now 15mins past my appt time and there's still no one there. What a waste of time and energy.

Das was out the door and stopped a few times when he saw my dad In the hall to ask how he's feeling. The last time he dropped his bags in the hallway and took my dad in for an injection to help relieve his pain. Allie and Ashley are amazing, warm and empathetic to my father. Billy who takes care of billing stopped in the hall on his way out and asked if his number was given to me for help with the billing. Dr Mohini personally called me when my father was pre-op and in excruciating pain and told us she made arrangements for him to get an earlier injection for his pain within only 1-2 days. Overall great experience and wonderful team of staff. My dad feels seen and heard, I feel confident in his care here and we are both so happy. I would recommend anyone to this location. Truly made me feel so supported as I've been stressed trying to navigate my dad's care with my work schedule.

I had a three and a half minute talk with the doctor about him wanting to give me an injection about pain in my leg I told him I don't have pain in my leg then it turned to pain in my back I told him I don't have pain in my back he left the room comes back in it says pain in your groin area. I was overwhelmed and confused thought he was going to give me an injection even though I didn't want to go this past and at this moment I wasn't thinking clearly you need us to say after two and a half minutes I was back in front of the secretary schedule and a follow-up appointment for the 29th of July, I get home I called the office told Ashley I didn't want to have injections, I'm not sure if she was she told me the appointment wasn't just for an injection it was to talk about surgery, I told her the doctor never mentioned was talking about surgery so I didn't believe her but I rescheduled the appointment anyways. So on the 29th I was going to my appointment and to him was running late I called Ashley told me I didn't have an appointment have to go and back and forth her telling me I canceled it me telling her right didn't I'm not sure what happened but she told the doctor I swore at her so I was discharged. I wasn't asked any quest after arriving I was told the doctor would talk with me. Thought that he was going to ask me what happened and try to explain my MRI to me what he said was we don't tolerate any swearing at our stuff so I am discharging you. Never asked me what happened. Hope that made you feel good. Maybe all of this could have been avoided if you would have told me the results of my MRI I would have understood instead of blindly walking into an appointment and you wanted to give me an injection. Also you should get an office manager I was told you don't have one when I tried to get transparency about my situation instead of having to talk with your secretary who is telling me I was coming to talk about surgery when you said no such thing. By the way this is not the first appointment that was canceled is at least two. Finding this medical building and correct entrance was a nightmare. Very poorly labeled, more…read moresignage and a more user friendly parking lot is desperately needed. Once I finally found the correct building and entrance, the front desk receptionist, Heather, was such a kind, caring and patient human. I cannot stress enough how wonderful and helpful Heather was! All reception area staff were wearing masks, and hand sanitizer is available everywhere. Social distancing is encouraged but not enforced. There is signage stating "all patients must wear a mask" but no one is enforcing this, as several elderly patients without masks were wandering about. I filled out standard paperwork and waited very briefly, then a tech took me into an x Ray room. After that, I waited about 10-15 minutes in a stuffy exam room to see Dr. Belanger. Dr. B was personable and professional. Excellent bedside manner. Took time and explained things to me, I didn't feel rushed or spoken down to. Would absolutely recommend Dr. B.

My referral didn't specify for a specific surgeon, but said whomever was available. Every time I called the receptionist would state, "I can't find a referral for someone who doesn't have a dr specified." I waited three weeks for a call. The next time I called someone finally took my info down and promised to call me back no matter what by the end of the day. I waited two days, still no call. I called on that second day and re explained my situation. This reception was rude and said, "She might call me back.." It has been four weeks.. still no call. I have sent a total of 7 referrals. If you want time wasted and no one to care about what your situation is, this is your place!
