My eyesight completely changed right after surgery and never got back to where it was. I am six months out from surgery. I have ended up with chronic dry eyes and unable to read small print without my husband's help even with a stronger change in my prescription glasses. The shape of my lids have changed and my brows are straight out like Dr. Spock. I wear glasses which I never had a problem with my glasses until right after surgery. For months I kept telling her that my vision is messed up. She said 'thats not possible". Well, it is and it happened to another patient of hers which you can see her review here on yelp. Her nurse called and asked if they could contact my eye doctor and I said no. I wanted to give it 6 months. Well she called him anyway which is a hipaa violation which I have reported. Also, one eyelid is still very droopy with a deep fold. Let's move to the lip lift. Instead of my lips lifting, she pulled my nostrils down on my nose completely exposing them and to make matters worse the Nostrils are different sizes and have a lifted scar under my nose. i had to change my Face ID on my phone because it didn't recogniz me. I look in the mirror and I don't recognize myself and my friends say that I am unrecognizable. My lip is not lifted at all. At my last doctor visit, she got very nasty and said some very not nice things. She is rude and so unkind. Her reviews fooled me. This is the most unprofessional person, I have ever meant. My life has changed. I hope you move on and don't make the same huge mistake I did. Be aware that they charge you half of your surgery should you decide to cancel and $1200 should you need to reschedule. They do not tell you that when your signing the contract that they never put in my packet. I requested my contract over 30 days ago and they just say they are putting it together.

Truly they almost look fake and I still can't believe these are what I get to have now. I have spent my entire life hating my large chest and am finally free. Every post-op everyone again was so kind and Erika is the sweetest person in the world and would talk me through every little detail and every question I had. Her PA Whitney and Bernaise are knowledgeable and fast to respond. Mary at her front desk was a patient so she give great encouragement understanding and support. I love the nurses!! Kathy! Samantha! About me- I am 64, 6 feet tall and weigh 160 lbs. My concern was that, even though I was fairly thin, I was kind of cylinder shaped and had a protruding stomach. At that time they recommended liposuction and tummy tuck because liposuction alone would not address my protruding stomach (2 children, a surgery scar.) Matter of fact, without tummy tuck, my stomach might stick out more and I'd have loose skin which could cause a flap Ugh! So I was considered this new information seriously . Corona came up so I followed through 7 months later. This time I brought my husband of 41 years with me to the consultation. With great patience, Dr Sharma once again explained the situation. I've been seeing Dr Naglieri for 20 years, I've followed her from ARC to here. I now live an hour from the clinic and make the drive because she's so wonderful. She's wise, caring, and looks at the whole picture. She doesn't just shove medicine at you to "fix" things... I've also seen both the PAs and they are both great. When she suggested testosterone replacement I spend 2 years trying everything else for my fatigue(despite the labs agreeing with her) finally tried it and wished I had of listened sooner. Thanks to her and the specialist she sent me to I was diagnosed with hashimotos within 6 months, most people it takes years to get a diagnosis. I do think the office itself could be better, I also know of a couple billing things that I don't agree with as a former clinic manager. Boy, was she right (we love her style and requested recommendations on healthcare before)!! Dr. Naglieri is the PCP you wish you had, but didn't know real doctors still existed! She is a consummate professional, (punctual, efficient, explained things easy); and asked great questions to formulate solutions and strategies for our optimal health. I normally felt like I was getting sick just walking inside our old doctor's office. Every time we went to our old doctor it was crowded with sick people. This place is totally different. It is nice, clean and has plenty of seating (but you rarely see people in the lobby waiting). The staff are always friendly and willing to help. I really like the fact that they get you into the examination room right on time (or early if you get there before your appointment). We have never had to wait for extended periods of time like at other doctor offices. My husband called and got our new patient appointment set up months ahead (they're booked up so make sure to set up your appointment beforehand). Our first appointment was with Dr. Naglieri's assistant (you have to be an established patient to be seen by Dr. Naglieri herself). We had bloodwork done and the results were available through the patient portal (before the follow-up appointment) which is convenient. We are grateful to have finally found a PCP who knows what she's doing and cares ("you know healthCARE people??"). All in all, we highly recommend this place!
