Molotov Margarita
Jared E.

It's a very artsy vibe. A nice setting to take a special someone or to do a nice dinner with family and friends. This place is not kid friendly and doesn't allow anyone who is not 21+. At least for the dinner that I am at. The server is attentive and very polite. The ambiance gives sexy and vibrant. We went on a Saturday and it is a variety show. What does variety mean... You are going to get performers from all spectrums of sexuality. So you need to ask yourself what you are and are not comfortable with. Molotov Margarita 10/10 - perfectly balanced. It is sweet and tart at the same time. Flank steak 8/10 - Mash potatoes and asparagus was seasoned on point. Unfortunately the steak itself, not so much. It could have used a hit of salt. Overall, this was a good experience and entertaining. My family and I enjoyed ourselves.

Amazing event space! Can not recommend the Cirq Friday nights more. Amazing performers, drinks are stunning and staff are incredible. We did not partake in dinner but the food looked and smelled delicious. Great night out!

Such a fun night out! I have been a few time and seen a couple of their shows - most recently I went with some friends for the Saturday night Opus Variety show and had a great time. We had gone to dinner before so we just got cocktails there but we all really enjoyed our drinks! The show was so fun, the performers were talented and engaging. The space is so cool and the vibes are immaculate! I have also found Fabrika to be super LGBTQ+ friendly which I really love and appreciate. Makes for a great night out with friends, date night, place to celebrate!

The show was espectacular. One of the best dinner and shows I have gone to. The food took a while to come out but it was still good and hot. The drinks were so good. The music was amazing. I will definitely be coming here again.

After my recent experience here at Fabrika I had to update my review as soon as possible, so here we are! While this wasn't a place I thought to revisit for a dining experience we decided to check out the evening show and I was absolutely jaw dropped! Why didn't I come to the actual show the first time instead of just having a dinner here...the highlight is THE SHOW, so now I understand all the 5 star reviews after two years of missing out by refusing to return! So we booked the 7:30 show a few days in advance. When we arrived, we ordered our drinks which were really tasty, and they had a decent selection of wines too. As my previous dining experience was meh, I wasn't excited about the food part, we shared the buffalo wings and the truffle potatoes while there were other food options but I kept it safe. The wings were surprisingly good but not enough. While the food is tapas styled the portions are small. But again, the food is not the highlight. The scene is beautiful, detailed, and extravagant. Add to that the amazing burlesque talents kept us hooked. Glad this place is in the area!

Shakshuka
Andrew K.

Overall the experience for drag brunch was pretty good. I never expect much from the food at a drag brunch, and certainly this was no exception. The shakshuka was pretty subpar- I wish it had a bit more flavor and that they used a different bread (maybe something toasted would have been better). The chicken and waffles were also just fine-met expectation. The shrimp roll was aesthetically pleasing and a nice portion. Overall, everything was super expensive with almost all dishes ~$19. The drinks were also super expensive with most cocktails/wines in the upper teens/lower twenty range for price. The table setup for the show itself wasn't ideal. Rows of tables that the queens had to walk up and down with limited movement and when they performed in the center stage, we couldn't see from our table all the way in the back. I did like the steampunk decor. The crowd itself was mostly women: bachelorette parties and birthdays for mid-20 something females. The queens were super nice and while their routines ran on the longer end, they did a nice job. What was a bit frustrating was the dollar bill situation. Typically, places have pre-made packs of 1 $ bills or at least have plenty available. That wasn't true here so it was really difficult to change money out and took most people a few tries of asking the girl in charge of it.

Came here for drag brunch. Fun experience! Would come again. Best part is the food was also good. Which is a fear when going to places, mainly for a show I got the French toast. It was good but very sweet. I would recommend sharing this. My friend got the eggs Benedict, which she enjoyed

I went to Fabrika for my birthday with my friends. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect; I just knew it was for dinner and a show. I think there are different performances on different days and times. This place is definitely fun and lively, great for celebrating special occasions such as birthdays, bachelorette parties, or a fun date. It gives off dance party vibes but with a unique twist of live entertainment. However, this place may not be your style if you are a very reserved person, as it can get quite loud and crowded, and performers do interact with the audience. At least the show I went to, but honestly, it was all fun and entertaining; some scenes made you laugh, others made you say "aww," and overall it was a memorable experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a lively night out. I believe we paid around $53 per person for the show, which lasted about an hour. It might have been on sale, so consider whether you find that expensive or not. Be prepared for the energetic atmosphere and keep an open mind to enjoy the unique entertainment that this place has to offer. We didn't get a lot of food, but we did have appetizers and drinks, which were good; the drinks definitely had a good kick to them. The sage popcorn, crème brûlée, and tiramisu were also great - definitely worth trying if you have a sweet tooth. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, allowing us to enjoy the show without any interruptions. The atmosphere itself was vibrant and engaging, with lively music and colorful decorations that added to the overall experience. Overall, it was a fun and entertaining night out.

Cheers!

What a great place! Went with two friends to a Thursday night burlesque show here a few weeks ago. We were seated in a great spot: the first table along the wall closest to the "stage". Service was great. Everything we had to eat and drink was really good! The show was fantastic!! The MC was hysterical! Cannot wait to go back again for a burlesque show and always love to go to a drag show!

Such a fun place! Love the idea of dinner and a show! We had an opportunity of coming here for my friends birthday party. We came to this place with the expectation of the food being not great and we were wrong. The food was AMAZING. The service was as AMAZING. Even the number of bathroom was amazing! Never had to wait in line :) definitely check this place out and make sure you bring cash to tip the performers!

Donna B.

The food was amazing! The calculation of the bill was a bit confusing. The show was good. Enjoyed the dancers and tge authentic Cabaret style. The host was awesome and funny. But did I mention the food? Nice surprise. The food was the best! Had a great time!

Please note: I did not eat during my most recent experience at Fabrika so this is based solely on cocktails, ambiance, service, and vibes - all of which are five bawdy stars without question. Bachelorette party or GNO planning? Fabrika should ABSOLUTELY be on your list. Great cocktail selection, some of Philly's top talent in the burlesque and drag realm, location near Fishtown favorites, and truly gorgeous two story seating. The stage is on hydraulics and moves up and down which makes for interesting vantage points. We saw drag, fire, cabaret style singing, acro, and much more during the 1 hour show we took in. You can get dressed up and really do it up big, the bolder the better it seems. I will absolutely be adding this to my regular rotation of places I take girlfriends and can't wait until the next time I can return! Bathrooms are over on the right side as you face the stage and the upstairs lounge area shouldn't be missed.

Phil M.

Fabrika is a very cool place! Essentially a modern day cabaret show, very well done and entertaining. Surprisingly the food is excellent, but the portions are small and very expensive. If you order some wings, you only get 4 wings and some fries for $20, which is ridiculous. But I have to say, those 4 wings tasted great, along with the dipping sauce they provided for the fries. Anyway, we had a great time, definitely worth a visit.

Ask the Community - Fabrika Fishtown

I'm confused on pricing - the website says 75$ a ticket for the show, is the $50 pp spending minimum on top of the $75 ticket?

Ticket is $75 then a $50 per person minimum for food beverages at the table

Are there vegan options available here? And what are the shows days?

Definitely vegetarian but I'm not sure if they can accommodate vegan requests!

We have a reservation for Saturday at 7. The site says the performance is at 9. Is there anything going on at 7 during dinner time?

Dinner and drinks!

Our daughter is 14y/o is she allowed to join us for dinner?

I was at Fabrika last night, the show was great but there's a lot of nudity so I would not recommend bringing a child there, it's entertainment for adults only I suppose. Hope this helps!

They walked us through how the night would go, and everything felt super organized. For appetizers, we had mac and cheese and bruschetta -- both solid choices. The mac and cheese was simple but tasty, and the bruschetta was fresh and flavorful. For entrées, we went with the salmon (roasted potatoes & string beans) and the filet mignon (same sides). The salmon was a little overcooked, and I do wish we could have picked our own sides, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Everything was still good. Dessert was hands down the highlight. We booked a table weeks in advance for a fun family meal, but upon arrival the maitre d' informed us that the inside restaurant had been closed for a mariachi musical evening and they were going to seat us on a picnic table outside. Putting aside the fact that it was 90 degrees and muggy, and that one of our guests was 85 years old, we said "ok." The appetizers and drinks came promptly and then suddenly, we were blasted with mariachi music out of a speaker next to our picnic table. We asked the manager to turn the music down and it was ok for a little while, but then someone came outside and turned it back up. It was so loud, you couldn't speak. And remember: this was the Fringe Bar - blasting Mexican music was not what we signed up for. We politey but firmly told the waiter that if he wanted a good tip, he would turn the music down, and he said that since we were a party of five, our tip was automatically charged. WTF! Fortunately, the manager got it, and she turned the volume down again. And it stayed down for the rest of the meal. The food was not as good as previously -- the chicken sandwich was overcooked and dried out, the rice bowl as underseasoned and the rice was overcooked, and the french fries soggy, not crisp. The caesar salad lettuce was crisp. Thankfully! When the check came, it totaled $310 with the 20% automatic tip. I had ordered a Tito's on the rocks and they charged an extra dollar for Tito's and an extra $5 for the "rocks". I wish I had kept the receipt because I would posted it.
