I visited the Livermore Outlets yesterday morning and was disappointed to find that I wasn't acknowledged once, despite there being multiple employees on the floor. While I could have sought someone out, the lack of a simple greeting made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I headed to the Stoneridge Mall location instead, and I am so glad I did. ANDREA deserves 5 stars for her exceptional customer service. Her proactive attitude and genuine attention to the customer are what keep physical stores relevant in an era dominated by online shopping. I really wanted to like this brand but I'm disappointed. I bought six matching sets, and the quality was inconsistent across almost all of them. After just one wash and dry, one pair of leggings stretched at the bottom, another top stretched near the armpits, and another set stretched in the seat area. The other three sets held up a bit better, but still didn't keep their shape the way I'd expect. I have workout clothes from other brands that have lasted for years without this kind of wear. I can see how the membership pricing makes it feel like a good deal, but in my experience, the materials and construction don't hold up. You may be better off investing in higher-quality brands that last longer. read more

Avoid the Fabletics VIP membership. I unknowingly lost over $210 in credits because they expired before I used them. Since the notifications went to an email I don't check regularly, I had no idea my credits were disappearing. When I contacted customer service, they refused to restore any of the credits and simply pointed to the terms and conditions. No flexibility, no goodwill, and no attempt to help a paying customer. A company that profits from customers forgetting to use what they've already paid for isn't one I'll do business with again. Read the fine print carefully before signing up. read more

Wish I could give a negative rating considering the complete disregard for customer service I experienced. Two ladies and one man are standing in front of the door, conversing with each other instead of greeting customers and asking if assistance is needed. After waiting a while, I requested assistance in canceling my membership and was treated as an inconvenience. They don't even let you finish your sentence before interrupting several times with their preconceived notions. The two ladies were rude, condescending & unprofessional while telling me that they cannot assist me canceling my fabletics membership. I always go to this location since it is easy to get in and out of. I went here the day before Thanksgiving around 3 pm, and there was no rush at all in the store, and I was the ONLY one in the store. There were like 4 associates in the store talking among themselves, and they all saw me! One associate saw me walking around in his area where he was folding clothes and didn't even bother to say hi. This past weekend I was able to attend a workout event at this location and the workout itself was amazing. It was great to experience an event like, that that brings a fitness community to Fabletics. However my experience quickly became negative when I had my transaction with ANDREA. Her customer service is horrible. When I was checking out I asked about pricing because throughout the store there were different deals like 2 for 24. Given that I was just signing up as a member I thought that deal would be for all my leggings but she said it would only apply to my first set and all other items would be 50% off. I said okay because I heard good things about the leggings so I then asked her how much is the pricing individually. She replied back so rude... it wasn't that I wasn't going to buy it I just wanted to see if online would give me a better deal. Then after I finished my transaction which I did ended up buying all the items in my shopping bag, I asked if I could get the little gift everyone was receiving and she said I can only get either the bag that the items came in or the gift they were giving everyone but not both. Yet my little sister was checking out at the same time and received the gift plus the bag and she spent significantly less than I did. At this point I felt targeted as if spending my money here didn't matter. The purpose of this review isn't much about the products but the customer service given at this place by this employee. Fabletics, once exclusively online, has now made its way into the everyday strip mall, tempting shoppers with their attractive subscription deals. Intrigued by their promo offering of 2 leggings for $24.99, I eagerly signed up for their subscription. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned to frustration when I learned they wouldn't honor this price for our new subscription because we were previous members. This was confusing, especially since the first associate I spoke with had indicated otherwise before going on lunch break. Upon her return, she showed the new associate we were working with how to ring up the order but failed to correct the pricing discrepancy. Feeling annoyed but choosing not to make a scene, I left with just one pair of leggings instead of the two I had anticipated. Despite this hiccup, I must admit they successfully hooked us on their monthly subscription. It seems like that's the game they're playing, and they won this round. I stopped in with my mom to process a return of something she purchased, I didn't have any intention of becoming a member initially. My mom had nothing but amazing things to say about the quality and convenience, so when i arrived in the store I was a bit open minded. Not only were the new member promotion amazing, but what really sold me on at least trying some items on was that there were about 8 female employee walking around in cropped tops/ sports bras and leggings with completely different body shapes and sizes, TOTALLY ROCKIN the clothes ! Everyone looked SO good and I figured , why not , let's try some stuff on!! The dressing rooms are a bit higher tech, each item the staff member scans in, shows up on the outside and inside iPad of the room so you can see what you have, tap the screen to request prices and call An attendant . The fitting room mirrors are lit and flattering but there is the common area wall of mirrors with back light that make everything look extra amazing. After trying on a bunch of styles, I went with the new Member sign up promo of 2 bottoms for $24, plus all items are member priced PLUS an additional 30% off. In addition to that, If you spend $119 total, you get $30 off. So I would say it's a generous promotion and i just couldn't pass it up. I read a lot of reviews about the membership being a scam but I would assume those folks are just uninformed, this is a subscription membership that you can cancel at anytime. They email notify you 5 days before that your $49.95 will be charged and credited to your account for spending, you have an option to SKIP and not be charged. I walked out with 2 pair of leggings and one super flattering sports bra, I can't wait to try them out in real life ! I would highly recommend at least trying out a few pairs or leggings and compare to your fav brand, i think you will be surprised ! read more

Worst company. I do not recommend. Their customer service is useless. They messed up on 3 orders in a row. They did not respond when I wrote them because my package was delivered to the wrong address. They did not respond when another package was MIA. They eventually tried to issue a second package and sent the WRONG ITEMS. They would not provide another member credit for the major issues I encountered. They would not transfer me to a supervisor to discuss additional options even after I requested multiple times. They told me they would get back to me and answer my questions and never did. They force you into monthly sales and won't issue any refunds unless its the most recent month. They are not clear on their 'membership' when the initial purchase is made with their company. And they make the tags on the clothes super delicate so if they get caught when trying something on, you CANNOT return the items. I received a jacket with the stitching all messed up, and the sizes of the clothing are not consistent. Absolute trash company. Don't bother wasting your money. read more

The difficulties I face with Fabletics have nothing to do with their products. I had signed up online for the "VIP" program. Trying to cancel is the problem. I can see why Fabletics is successful. It is easy to sign up, you are automatically charged each month and it is difficult to cancel. You can't cancel online. You have to call a call centre where they go through a script that tries to convince you to stay. I had to say "No, I want to cancel". over 5x before they finally put my cancellation through. read more

This is a review for my in store experience, I've noticed that some others refer to the website. I did buy 2 cute outfits online, and I came to exchange the items that did not fit correctly. (If you're large chested get a panache bra or something and save time) Anyway, the staff here is super helpful and they really want customers to be happy. I must have tried on 6 or 7 different pairs of leggings before deciding on the three that I wanted and the person working with me was absolutely awesome. I was given plenty of individual attention and they looked for colors I wanted and had seen online, and they had some of them which was great. I walked in to the store late in the summer when fabletics first opened and asked if they were working on a men's line they said yes, it would be out later this fall, fast forward and boom its here! I been to this location multiple times since the men's line has dropped and the service at this location has been superb. Even though they have small selection I been totally satisfied with all my purchases, super comfortable, fits and feels perfect. The entire men's line is set to drop sometime this March and looking forward to the new gear. I also want to give a shout out to the entire staff and Jessi, thanks for the amazing service and helping me with my selection during my last two visits. We came here when I had to do some returns/exchanges from online ordering. We had Two different transactions ( I left some merchandise at home accidentally and brought it the next day) that needed to be handled so I ended up coming in twice. Let me tell you. The sales people here are so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Best customer service ever!Both times were excellent. So The great service was not a fluke. Called to cancel my subscription because Fabletics does not offer email service (red flag). Had to wait 15min to get someone on the phone and as expected they tried relentlessly to get me to keep my subscription. I explained that I did not realize I would be charged $49 every month weather I purchased something or not, and I just wanted to purchase something nice for my wife. I was told the plus sizes were integrated with the store, which sounds cool but the reality is that I had to squat allllllll the way down to the floor level to see if any plus sizes were mixed in to the folded XLs. Spoiler alert, there weren't. So I had driven 30 miles to the nearest Fabletics to try things on before I committed to the subscription leggings nonsense only to discover, after getting on my hands and knees to check every pile, that there was nothing in my size after all. I was helped by Natalie (who by the way was amazingggg). She was there for me beginning to end. Styles, sizing, how the vip membership worked, etc. I purchased the 2 for $24 after Natalie helped me find 2 pairs that I loved. My one star rating is based purely off of my experience at this particular location. I love the quality, the fit, and the style of Fabletics apparel. I have been a VIP for quite some time ordering online. I recently received an email stating that the first 100 people to purchase something at the Pleasanton Mall Fabletics location would receive a free pair of leggings and 30% off of everything and anything in the store (which is the same as online). I figured why not and left my house around 10:30am with my family. The offer seemed to be for VIP members but when I arrived there was a sign in the window saying "the first 100 customers to purchase something received a free pair of leggings". When I arrived there were about 15 people in line. I had my mother in law stand at the back of the line while I picked out 2 pairs of pants and a shirt. Maybe took me 5-10 min to find what I wanted. I also had my toddler and my 7 month old with me. We were in line around 11:10am so an hour and ten min after the store had opened. Around a quarter to 12:00 the line had barely moved, I'd say about 3 or 4 transactions had taken place. I asked one of the employees if they still had the free leggings and she said "no". I restated the question, "you already gave out 100 leggings?" She answered, "yes, they are all gone." A few minutes later someone behind me asked the same lady if they still had any leggings left, she answered, "no". I saw him and his daughter get out of line and leave. That didn't seem right that as slow as they were processing transactions that they had gone through 100 people already. My children were getting fussy and I realized I could just order the clothes online and receive the same VIP discount so there was no reason to stand in line for another hour... so I decided to leave. On our way out my mother in law couldn't believe they had already given out 100 leggings, so she asked an employee at the front register and that women said, "no we have a ton left and pointed to these bins full of leggings. For me, it was too late, I had already gotten out of line. I wasn't about to stand back in line. I feel like I wasted my Saturday morning as well as my family's morning. After couple of wash in two months it's been already ripped off. Their customer service call center is waste of your time as well. I ordered the 2 for $24 leggings from Fabletics precisely 6 months ago. Got them, they were eh. I decided I wasn't interested in keeping my membership. Cancelled it. A charge went through a month later from them. I called customer service and was on hold for god knows how long. Chatted with one of those agent things, said it was cancelled. Got my refund. Then two days ago, I get charged AGAIN. For a membership that I cancelled 5 months ago. Called and then it hung up on me. Tried the live agent thing, was in "queque" for over an hour waiting for someone to give me refund. Don't fall for it. The leggings are too average for all this trouble half a year down the road. read more
