After being a member for a year, I have to say that joining F45 Kapolei West has been one of the best decisions of my life. Once you walk inside the gym, you can feel the positive energy and know that you're going to get a great workout. F45-KW is very community-based. Everyone, coaches and members, are friendly and supportive. Absolutely NO JUDGEMENT here (that's what I hated the most at the other gyms). As a new member on your trial (just come and try it, it's FREE!) or regular member, you will see familiar faces and end up building an amazing relationship with one another. I worked out in both the morning and evening classes, and the vibe is always the same... positive, fun, and energizing. I absolutely love the coaches. They are all so knowledgeable and they are there to help you, encourage you to push harder, because you never know how strong you actually are. 45 minutes of work, no need to wait for weights, deal with rude people... just sign up.for the trial and see for yourself. It's totally worth joining! read more

I'm from the mainland and dropped in for a class today. This was amazing! I've been doing CrossFit for many, many years, and honestly prefer this over CrossFit. In addition, the staff were super nice and helpful, and I would highly suggest this type of workout, no matter what level you're at. Thanks so much Justin and to the entire team! read more

Ok, this is a serious addiction. I started at F45 in late June 2021 after being a COVID couch potato looking online for gym workouts, but never really had the motivation to actually workout. I decided it was finally time to get up and do something, so I signed up for the week FREE trial with two friends and I've been addicted ever since. I was always hesitant to try a workout class like this-for the feeling of being judged for being out of shape...but seriously, it's a judgement free zone. Everyone encourages everyone and the coaches are the best with knowing your limits. They are truly there to help you and they will modify the workouts for you if needed due to injury, etc. I wanted to make a lifestyle change and F45 Kapolei West has definitely helped me to achieve that. I feel stronger than ever before...even more than when I played sports growing up. Everything at this gym, from the coaches to members and the workout itself, keep me motivated to continue this lifestyle everyday. Honestly, it's changed my life and how I view health and fitness! I even get FOMO (fear of missing out) when I miss a day of classes. If you're reading this review, you are probably looking to get into shape or find a workout that you enjoy. So do yourself a favor and at least try the week trial-it is FREE so why not? You won't be disapointed. read more

I was planning to just give F45 a try for 2 weeks. I was wrong! After my first class, i was hooked! I even convinced my husband to do it with me.... and he loves it! I love that the exercises are not the same everyday. With a background of exercise physiology, kinesiology, and human anatomy, i am a believer of HIIT style training. Exercises range from cardio and strength-and-resistance-based classes to burn fat, tone and build muscle. Additionally, the coaches are awesome. They are all sweet but they will definitely call you out when they see you slacking. That's how i lost 7lbs in just 8 weeks!!! To top it off, i love the energy and the vibe. Everyone, old or new members, feel like family. You guys have to check this gym out. It's worth it! read more

So happy that F45 opened up down our side of the Island!! I've had family and friends that are members of the Kahala location, and they would always tell me how great the workouts were. I'm visiting Hawaii and I decided to get a week pass for F45. Each instructor greeted me with the biggest smile every day. Throughout the work out they would encourage you as well as show you the proper technique if and when needed. This was encouraging because they wanted to make sure you were getting the most out of your exercise as well as not hurting yourself. The vibe here is so positive from the coaches to the athletes. Would definitely recommend this place to people at all levels of fitness. read more

F45 seriously embodies the "Aloha spirit". I took a chance at a trial and I was immediately hooked. The coaches as soon as I arrived, made it a point to get to know you, even if you're testing the waters. You aren't just a paying member in a crowd. They get to know you, are friendly and introduce you by your name. Idk but that meant a lot to me cause I've been to several gyms and unless you were a member paying big bucks for personal trainer most times you'd get lost in a crowd and get intimidated by the vibes at other gyms. But surprisingly I wasn't intimidated at all. I mean the workouts can be intimidating but the way the coaches are supporting and hyping you up, you get motivated to go harder. The intense workouts is the best and tiring 45 minutes of your life. Also workouts are constantly changing so it's never boring or stagnant. Joining F45 has been the best investment I ever made. I would not have succeeded as quickly as I did with my weight loss journey, if it weren't for the Coaches and the members always supporting me and helping me stay accountable. read more

I followed some of our good friends over to F45 kapolei west for the early morning session and I am so glad I did. I started crossfit about 3 yrs ago and loved working out since. I needed something more quick' safe and functional for my aging body. What I love is the 45 min in out sessions for a very busy working single mom of 4. When you want to say no excuses just ask me. F45 kapolei west has helped give me another boost into keeping active and fit & making my heart stronger. As a nurse I work with alot of heart' kidney failure, obesity, and chronic conditions etc. I feel the brunt of people health problems. I want to be an example to my children and community that we have the will power to change. We can choose better health . F45 is the perfect environment for building confidence and pushing us to limits to gain better health with its elite coaching staff. When you look at price dont let that stop you...I did for years when I would say no to crossfit prices but instead change your mindset to what will it cost me medically if I don't get motivated to change. I just cut out fast food once per week to invest in my health.Let f45 kapolei west transition you to a new phase of health and fitness. I absolutely love working out here and cant believe the workouts are so functionally my body can handle 5-6 days per week. Great people to work out with and coaches at F45 kapolei west is the best!!! read more

I've tried all the things...I am a past CrossFit junkie. But injury, time constraints, and a want for something new led me to try the F45 craze. Stoked I did. I get a full body workout in 45min. Quick and efficient. The coaches are awesome...energetic, motivating, and always helpful. The workouts vary so I haven't found myself bored which is important. The facilities are clean and offer showers, filtered water, and parking is plenty. I highly recommend jumping on the bandwagon!! So glad to have F45 in Kapolei. read more

F45 has helped me so much to stay on top of my health & fitness goals. It has been a rocky road for my fitness journey and I'm glad I found remedy and that is here at F45. I've tried 24 Hour Fitness Gym as well the Anytime Fitness Gym (both in Kapolei) but didn't work because it was either crowded inside & outside (parking awful) and just doesn't have that motivational spirit & vibe that I found here at F45. At first I was skeptical because I found the ad on Facebook (just like I found 24 Hour & Anytime Fitness) so I tried their complimentary 7 days trial. TBH F45 did not disappoint me, Coach Rico who I first met super awesome gentleman shared the knowledge about the F45 fitness program and so I began. Guess what I was hooked after my very first try; it was the total opposite of 24 Hour and Anytime Fitness. F45 IMHO is top notch - Coaches (Rico, Derek, Jules, Ikaika, Sophia & Shane who were there on my first day) were on the floor with all of us pushing us to the finish line. I have never seen anything like this and I was motivated and dedicated to get to the finish line. I completed my 7 days trial just in time for the Grand Opening of the facility last week Saturday 6/29/19 and became one of the T3 Founding Member! Now I look forward to attend my classes every morning and evening. I highly recommend F45. read more
