The AC always seems to be broken whether it's the room or the outside workout area. I'm so tired of working out when the air is too thick to breathe. The cycling instructor AJ is the best and I now understand why it's so hard to get into her class every week!

EVERYONE that works there is so freindly, inviting and helpful. I met with a female, can't remeber her name but it was for personal trainging and she was the sweetest. The owner was extremely pleasent and the environment in general was so welcoming and calm. I wish I lived closer so that I could be an actual memeber here and if my location ever changes, I'd be back in a heart beat. The facilities are also super nice, very clean and everything you could ask for in a gym. THIS is the place to be!

I'm a bodybuilder and have never heard of a gym without water let alone one that costs $1320/year for their cheapest plan. On top of this it's a nice gym but nothing special. It's small, not a lot of machines. No dumbells over 100. They are trying to be a bodybuilder gym but are lacking the features. Front desk lady didn't really seem knowledgeable about anything. Everyone was nice though. I wish I knew they didn't have any water before signing up.

There is a time frame for adults but is not the same time as the kids. Good self instructed workouts followed up by check ins by the owner to ensure they are on task. There have been a couple of events that had happened like Paint Pa'ina night which was so fun! Hopeful that there were be more events in the future to spend more time with everyone. Everyone here from coaches and members have been so friendly and encouraging. The workouts have been challenging, but always there are modifications for everything so you keep on moving. I have seen the difference in my body and strength. So far I have lost a total of 17lbs and still going strong. Overall love the atmosphere here and what a great way to keep a healthy lifestyle.

I emailed a couple places and Rey quickly responded to my inquiry and I scheduled an initial visit. Feeling very inadequate like someone who forgot their lightsaber at a Star Wars convention, I walked into his gym. Rey is so friendly and mellow it's was like talking to a long time friend. He listened to my concerns and set up a program customized for me. As I continued going, I got very comfortable at his gym, where folks are nice and only focused on their individual fitness. I originally went only to lose more weight but Rey taught me so much more. He customizes your regime according to you. I have a significant slouch and Rey has helped me with corrective posturing. He has taught me about safe weight lifting (to prevent injuries), nutrition (how to eat) and techniques to use at home. Rey is truly a master in all aspects of health and fitness. I feel better, have more energy and my posture has vastly improved. I find exercising a huge part of my routine now.
