Elanie is a wonderful yoga instructor! Yoga is new to me, but she helps me feel comfortable learning the flow and new poses.

I have tried hot yoga once before and it was amazing for me. I have debated trying this studio out…read morefor a few months but then I started going through some personal and work related stresses and was in need of a healthy release so I decided to go for it. They have a $99 first time student intro offer so this was perfect for me. My first class here was the Wednesday 60 min hot yoga candlelight and it was just what I needed at the first time. I'm not a huge sweater but with all the stresses I was dealing with and the amazing teacher I was covered in sweat and felt so relieved after my first class. I immediately enrolled in the Saturday 90 min class. Now that I've been coming for about 3 weeks I have seen improvement in my flexibility and have been managing my stress level tremendously. I have been doing the weekly candlelight and 90 day Saturday classes. I will update once I am able to attend the Monday yin and Saturday Pilates classes but I've been told both classes are great as well. I have attended classes from all 3 teachers and though their styles vary slightly I have felt amazing after classes with each 3. There are locker rooms to leave your personal belongings while in classes and clean showers and restrooms. Which is a huge plus. The owner is amazingly supportive and encouraging as well.

An exceptional and uniquely immersive hot yoga experience!…read more As a regular Bikram-style hot yoga practitioner who frequently drops into studios around the country while traveling, I can honestly say that H*Y*P*E Ewa Beach offers something truly unique. Owner Catherine has developed a remarkably innovative approach to delivering hot yoga, combining infrared heating panels for beautifully even heat with a state-of-the-art digital setup that allows an experienced instructor to lead class remotely via Zoom, with multiple camera angles to observe students. The studio is small and intimate, yet perfectly designed for an immersive practice. The exceptional sound system makes the instructor's voice feel as though it surrounds you, while the relaxing background music creates a meditative atmosphere that helped me deepen my concentration, even in the more challenging postures. Catherine is knowledgeable, welcoming, and passionate about what she does. She took the time to show me around and ensure I had everything I needed before class. H*Y*P*E Ewa Beach is a must-visit for hot yoga enthusiasts visiting Oahu. Highly recommended, and I'll absolutely be back on my next visit to the island!

I decided to hold myself accountable for getting back into my practice and Yelp led me to Yoga4Ewa…read moreand Tasha. I took advantage of the generous Kamaaina introductory rate ($80 for a month of unlimited classes) and have waited three weeks to write this review as I wanted to be able to try each class offered. First, let me start out by saying Tasha is an extraordinary instructor. She is well-versed in a variety of yoga styles and has a welcoming, kind, open way of guiding you through the poses while considering your personal space, preferences, and flexiblity. With each class, I feel challenged yet respected. Also, the studio is lovely. Tucked away in the back of her home, Tasha has created a clean, airy, and bright space with all of the yoga props you'll need for a great experience (although I quickly ordered my own mat and strap so I could continue my practice at home!). I have NO concerns regarding COVID or any other issues that may come our way. The studio is well ventilated with plenty of open windows, doors, and sliders on the green space in the backyard and all props and surfaces are dust-free and sanitized after each class. I love a good meditative stretch, so my favorite class has been the Friday morning gentle yoga and I know I'll continue to go to this class as my schedule allows. The Ashtanga classes are where I push my limits of strength, balance, and flexibility and learn to let go and trust my body and my instructor - neither has let me down yet! I've also attended the Hatha class taught by Margaret, chair yoga, and the Vinyasa Fusion class. They've all challenged me in different ways and I enjoyed getting to learn a bit more about each practice. After class, it's nice to take a few moments to look out at the Pacific and give thanks for your practice and the time that you've created for YOU.

Just a shout out for the Gentle Yoga class on Fridays at 10:30 am. It's WAY better than any massage…read moreyou could get. It's a beautiful way to slow down the mind and stretch out the body in a relaxed, gentle way. Everyone should give themselves this wonderful gift. Been working out here for quite sometime now and finally decided to leave a review after my All…read moreAccess Membership ended! Price: First...yes, classes are expensive! However, they do have a few discount options for memberships and class packs. I enjoyed my All Access Membership because it allowed me to take unlimited classes and to reserve my spot for class up to 2 weeks in advance. I started out with the 1 week trial (no credit card needed) and fell in love with this studio. With my membership I was able to frequent different locations as well and take classes in other studios besides Kapolei. Classes: As someone who used to weight lift and run, I naturally gravitated to Yoga Sculpt and Strength X. Yoga Sculpt is a mix of classic yoga poses with compound-complex patterns using low resistance and high repetition sets. All of the sculpt instructors I have taken are amazing. I like Strength X as well for circuit training: lifting heavier weights with less repetitions. Some weeks I like to do the Core Restore classes which include breath work and holding a stretch position for 3-5 minutes. I have yet to try actual yoga classes here but all in all, I feel like there's a class for everyone. Ambiance: The energy is amazing, especially here at Kapolei. Instructors are extremely friendly and welcoming. You grow to be a part of their family and community the more you come in to take classes. Parking can sometimes be a hassle but it's in a shopping center with lots of stalls but limited ones directly adjacent to CPY. Verdict: If you are looking for some structure with working out and getting moving, I highly recommend CPY! It is worth the price when you break the cost of everything down. Plus, health is wealth!

The location is great and all the teachers are really helpful in providing modifications whenever I need. I have taken the yoga sculpt and the strength x as well as the core restore.
