Personally I've only gone to Antonella for massage because she has the BEST hands in town. I believe in massage for complete body maintenance and health and so I get massages regularly --and I'm picky about who touches me! Aren't you? Antonella sometimes gets parts of my body that I didnt even know were there! LOL! She believes in overall health and wellness and so if you have a body concern, she will help you to figure out what you are doing so you can address it outside of her studio. It might be the way you walk, or the way you sit, or what you're eating.....Having that honest conversation can really help to alleviate whatever ails you. In this Coronapocalypse World, it still boggles my mind how some places choose and manage their social distancing procedures, but Dr M was extremely thorough with her temp checks while donning on a full suit of infiltrating "bio medical" armor. I appreciate the extra mile she goes for clients while sacrificing her own time and comfort. I cannot imagine having to take off and put back the suit when needed. I was fortunate to be introduced to multiple procedures in addition to the apparently not so scary needles such as cupping and graftng. The whole session was surprisingly relaxing and even the finishing touches with the Capsacian Lotion (Thank You Dr for enriching my vocab lol) put my stress at ease. The office was very clean and sanitized and the procedure took about 30 minutes. Dr M was very accommodating, pleasantly conversational, and professional. I was even humbled when I discovered she had changed her own personal health schedule so it wouldnt conflict with mine. I booked the 75 minute session and I received a confirmation email the same day with instructions, including a reminder to drink plenty of water before the session. I also received an appointment reminder the day of, which was helpful. The studio is in a residential area. I was able to park right out front on the street and followed the side path to the studio. Tish was there to greet me and invited me in to talk about the session and my goals. She was friendly and warm and made me feel at ease while explaining how everything would go. She then got me comfortable inside the Egg in a zero gravity chair, and the session began. My main goal was to relax, and I shared that I was open to the experience. I was in the Egg for 50 minutes, and the time flew by. The sound was immersive, the light was soothing, and I was able to quiet my thoughts and allow myself to just be. The experience was so peaceful and transformative. When the session was over, Tish rang a soothing bell and opened the Egg. She had a delicious homemade electrolyte drink ready for me. I chose the lemon, and we talked about my experience afterward. I got so much more than relaxation from the session. I felt recentered in a deeply peaceful way. It has been three days, and I still feel like my nervous system is more regulated, which is helping me reframe the craziness of life. On session day, Tish greeted me warmly and asked me a few questions to understand what I needed, which made the whole session feel personalized from the start. Once inside the egg, everything came together beautifully. The lighting, temperature, scent, and sound were all perfectly tuned to create a cozy, safe space. While keeping my senses aware and muscles relaxed (as if I were boneless), I found myself filled with a deep sense of gratitude -- for life, love, friendships, good health, and resilience. I was open to trying a new experience, and it left me feeling genuinely joyful and restored. I know everyone's experience is different depending on what they need that day. I felt equanimity. Both Tish and the Harmonic Egg exude calm, caring energy. Highly recommend if you're looking for a unique way to reset and reconnect with yourself.
