The owner, Catherine, is incredibly sweet, welcoming, and informative, which made me feel comfortable right away as a first-timer. I love that registration is via text--so easy--and she makes sure you're fully prepared before your first class. The class is challenging (in the best way!), and the instructors really focus on proper form, which I appreciate. The vibe is also amazing--everyone is so kind and welcoming. I've practiced Vinyasa primarily, but she has introduced Yin Yoga to my practice which has been a great addition. It's been a real joy and privilege to be able to have daily yoga with her over the last month and we'll definitely take classes with her again. Her lesson planning is very thoughtful and fun. She also doesn't take herself too seriously which I think is an important trait for yoga teachers. :) I highly recommend Paige for yoga - whether at your home or on the beach!

There have been a couple of events that had happened like Paint Pa'ina night which was so fun! Hopeful that there were be more events in the future to spend more time with everyone. Everyone here from coaches and members have been so friendly and encouraging. The workouts have been challenging, but always there are modifications for everything so you keep on moving. I have seen the difference in my body and strength. So far I have lost a total of 17lbs and still going strong. Overall love the atmosphere here and what a great way to keep a healthy lifestyle.

The AC always seems to be broken whether it's the room or the outside workout area. I'm so tired of working out when the air is too thick to breathe. We have to open the doors to get some air circulation in the room and that's not enough! We all pay a lot for the gym membership and deserve better! Other than that, the coaches and staff are bomb! The cycling instructor AJ is the best and I now understand why it's so hard to get into her class every week!

We love the food area, I personally love using the gym, and my husband, kids, and I all really enjoy the pool and water area. The kids have also had such a great experience with the sports clinics. It's just such a positive, family-friendly environment overall, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the facility and programs. We're very grateful to have such a great family facility here on Oahu!

They always have a few lifeguards on duty, and the pool even has a rock climbing area. How unique! They have a lot of other programs you can sign up for and even do plays sometimes throughout the year. This is in my opinion one of the best recreational centers on Oahu! The staff is awesome here. They are helpful and friendly! There is also a place where they serve coffee and food. Affordability wise, considering the variety of amenities they have including pickleball tournaments and the option for family plans, you get a lot of value much more than you would get with a typical gym membership. We pay roughly $100 a month for a small family and so that's a great value in my opinion!
