I was recommended this place from a doctor friend of mine and I absolutely think their services are great! With that being said, I wouldn't go in there thinking it's a fancy doctor's office...because it's not. The rooms are more like the curtained off type rooms you'd find at massage schools. But does it get the job done and is it sanitized? Yes! I absolutely love that they take my insurance and my copay is minimal. I also love their cupping services and swear by it. I have never been one to swear by Eastern medicine over Western medicine, but when I hurt my hip, the acupuncture was the only thing that helped the pain. I went to physical therapy and a chiropractor for a couple months after hurting my hip and nothing alleviated the pain in my hip like one session of acupuncture here. I don't know if it works for everyone, but it sure did for me. I'd recommend checking them out if you're looking for acupuncture, cupping or hot stone therapy. I believe they do massages as well but haven't used them for that service.

Prices are comparable for massage rates around the area but if you are looking for cleanliness, convenience, and a good massage, seven senses spa is the place to go. I stick to the same massage therapist who doesn't have a lot of hours that work well with my work schedule so I have to book in advance but if you are willing to try any massage therapist you could probably get a massage almost anytime. The monthly subscription makes the price of the massage less by $10 and is an excuse to get a massage at least once a month. There is also a Waikiki location at the ilikai where I tried their facials. The parking is validated which is great for Waikiki. It is however a little more expensive than the kahala location but they do occasionally have more specials at the Waikiki location...although I haven't seen it for a while.

Shannyn's expertise, experience, knowledge, and genuine caring for my health and well-being was pivotal in my recovery from Covid and a partially torn LCL (Lateral Collateral Ligament). I caught Covid in June (2022) and my recovery was very slow. For weeks I had very low energy, dizziness, followed by anxiety and depression. My body was all out of whack trying to recover. Being a very active person I was really struggling with feeling so off and needed to get back on my feet asap. Having never tried acupuncture, I was a bit nervous and was pleasantly surprised at how gentle the process is. After my first treatment I could tell a noticeable positive difference in all of my symptoms- increased energy level, less dizziness, less anxiety etc. It was the first time in weeks I actually started to feel like myself again. My scar has flattened some, and my skin is glowing! I used to have poking/needle like pain on my scar also when I touched it but that has completely disappeared for some reason. After having surgery for a torn labrum, I was initially skeptical about physical therapy. This was my first time dealing with this type of injury, and I underestimated both the treatment process and the benefits it could provide. I was definitely mistaken. Jin and Jason, in particular, have been very effective, helpful, and great to work with. They make the sessions productive while also keeping the environment comfortable and enjoyable. Hahn at reception is also easygoing, efficient, and quick to assist. The location is convenient, and parking is ample, which is a big plus. Overall, I highly recommend Pacific Therapy.
