When you think of a gym you picture lots of machines, crowds and not much personalization. We'll that's the total opposite of what you get at Unkoz Garage! As my brother summed it up It's like old school workout but definitely gets the job done. Unkoz Garage is located in the Hawaii Self Storage off of Kalaeloa Boulevard the first left on Lauwiliwili. Ok you are probably thinking where could they even have a gym in that area. Unkoz is situated in the bigger storage units that accommodates the weights and equipment to assist you in your personal training and open gym sessions. The layout is simple and Unkoz makes do with the equipment they have to offer a complete strength and conditioning program that not many have to offer. I've been through a couple of personal training sessions from other gyms the difference is Unkoz is personable and they work at your level but all challenge to where you can be. Owners Kela and Angel take pride in all that they do and care that you make your fitness goals. I'm not near where I want to be but in time and with their help and encouragement I will get there. Did I mention they have group classes also for those who need different types of workout. Currently there is Dance Fitness, Hot Hula and in the works Zumba, Zumba Toning, R.I.P.P.E.D. and Pound. Unkoz Garage also gives back to the community where they sponsored School supplies drive, Can Food drive and Toys 4 Tots.
