As long as you bring your own towel and lotion, they have body wash, shampoo and conditioner and the hot shower works well! Simple, clean, straightforward just the way I needed it! Whether you sign up for a 15 minute session or a 45 minute session or you use the free weights it's ready for you. Another reason I really enjoy going here is because of all the lovely contest and decorations based on the season you'll see it and don't forget to log into their IG account at this location. They have the cutest little Advertisements and love for Hotworx. I love being called a warrior, and I enjoy seeing the smells when I come into this place. One of my favorite times was coming during Halloween because they had the cutest treats to take home that were actually very useful such as hand sanitizer and little hot works bracelets along with nail files. (Massage Therapist always need to manicure their nails) Not the real reason that I come to Hotworx when I can afford it and place it in my budget is because I understand the significance of the sauna Benefits and the sweating that occurs to help with detoxify my body. I love that there is an option of using the free weights because it allows me the opportunity to do some additional sets without worrying about if it's going to be crowded in the weight area . They have rib vent their platform for an additional workout class called the stretch I believe. I haven't tried it out yet, but one of my favorites is hot buns. The hardest Workout , that I have done here is the Warrior. I hope to be able to complete the Warrior in a couple of months with consistency.

It was nice , it was like being at home for a community WOD. Could easily make this my gym home if lived in this area. Super kid friendly, nice to see reminder of my home gym. Thank you.

I walked into Heroes CrossFit and after watching the last 20 minutes of a workout, I was convinced I would go to the my first class, (not get rich) and die trying to survive that hour. Here I am, almost 2 months after that and I can proudly say I survive on a daily basis and I can't get enough! SO, If you're thinking about joining, do yourself a favor and give it a try! I guarantee you will not regret it and, most probably, you'll be hooked like me. (The ONLY regret I have: not joining earlier!!) COACHES: Hands down, they're some of the most amazing people you'll meet, they've proved me I'm capable of more things than I give myself credit for. Every day I learn something from them and EVERY DAY they make me walk out feeling accomplished and proud of myself. ATMOSPHERE: I honestly felt welcomed since I first stepped in. Everyone is very friendly and wearing a smile on their faces (even at 5 am...). The team spirit between athletes is wonderful and as someone who finishes last on a 99% of the time, I am probably the one who gets most high fives and cheers! -wink- BEGGINERS: Even if you've never worked out in your life, don't let it stop you. They have an "Elements Program" which are three one-hour classes and basically get you through CrossFit movements and methodology. So no matter what, you will be prepared and you will understrand what is going on. Previous experience NOT required!! **FREE** : I bet that cought your eye. Yeah...we all love free stuff. Before you join you get a FREE weekday class. Once you join you get a super cool wrist band. After the Elements Program you get an even cooler WOD book. And every Saturday you get to enjoy a FREE community workout. Trust me: this place is AWESOME!!

In the past year I have HEALED a lifetime of untreated injuries from going there. I'm no longer in constant pain every time I move, use stairs, or even stand up after a period of sitting. I've dramatically increased my range of motion as well, and learned how to do things I'd never thought possible. My overall fitness level is phenomenal. Coaching: I can't emphasize enough the value of the coaching, especially as I have tried out a couple dozen other CrossFit gyms. The coaches here have a well thought out warm-up and cool-down, including mobility and accessory work. They also explain the "why" of it. There is careful instruction and demonstration for each movement of the workout from the best of the best of the best coaches. During workouts there is constant attention and coaching to both increase performance and eliminate the risk of injury. Ownership: The gym transitioned owners about 11 months ago. Every aspect of the gym has improved in that timeframe. Facilities, programs, and culture literally improve daily. The owner actually cares about the outcomes of the members and isn't just there to maximize profits, but instead focuses on the well-being of the members. The members are also really fantastic humans and have become the foundation of my social circle in and out of the gym. This is an incredibly inclusive community that will accept people wherever they are in life. Finding this gym has been the best thing that has happened to me since coming to Austin 6 years ago.

The trainers are great and understanding when I have an injury and a great at offering modifications when needed. I've lost body fat and increased my strength and lean mass. It's not a cheap gym membership but I look at it as an investment in my health. As someone with a heart condition I can tell you that your health and well-being are priceless and F45 helps keep me in n both departments! Monday, Wednesday, Friday are cardio days, Tuesday and Thursdays are resistance days and Saturday is the only hour long workout that is a combo of both. I love that all the workouts are functional meaning they resemble movements you do everyday. Just like an athlete trains for their sport, people should train for activities they do everyday like pushing, pulling, squatting and jumping rather than solely train isolated movements. One thing that really stands out to me about F45 is the individual attention each member receives from the trainers. They pay attention so that they can correct your form, challenge you and encourage you to give 110% every time. There's been countless times when Trainer Jane sees me slowing down and will get down on the ground and do the exercise with me all the way to the end. When I'm getting tired and think I'll just take it easy, Trainer Andrea levels me up and pushes me to my highest potential. I highly recommend getting the heart rate monitor because it really does motivate you during class to see how hard you're working. You also get workout reports at the end of each class emailed to you, so it's nice to see how you performed during class. They also offer the 8 Week Challenge 4 times throughout the year, which I highly recommend trying! Members and nonmembers can participate in the challenge. You will workout at F45, be given a nutrition guide and plenty of support throughout the 8 weeks and will be have your body composition taken every 2 weeks. I have never been able to make a difference in my body composition and after this challenge I was finally able to lose fat while gaining muscle!
