Look I love Hotworx's. I have been a member on and off since Covid life. The reason for the 5 stars? The staff, top customer care and bonding. Facility, it is always clean and ready to go. Whether you sign up for a 15 minute session or a 45 minute session or you use the free weights it's ready for you. Another reason I really enjoy going here is because of all the lovely contest and decorations based on the season you'll see it and don't forget to log into their IG account at this location. They have the cutest little Advertisements and love for Hotworx. I love being called a warrior, and I enjoy seeing the smells when I come into this place. One of my favorite times was coming during Halloween because they had the cutest treats to take home that were actually very useful such as hand sanitizer and little hot works bracelets along with nail files. (Massage Therapist always need to manicure their nails) Not the real reason that I come to Hotworx when I can afford it and place it in my budget is because I understand the significance of the sauna Benefits and the sweating that occurs to help with detoxify my body. I love that there is an option of using the free weights because it allows me the opportunity to do some additional sets without worrying about if it's going to be crowded in the weight area . They have rib vent their platform for an additional workout class called the stretch I believe. I haven't tried it out yet, but one of my favorites is hot buns. The hardest Workout , that I have done here is the Warrior. I hope to be able to complete the Warrior in a couple of months with consistency. read more

As a college athlete, I love HOTWORX! I have to train for my tennis season and I honestly wouldn't do it anywhere else. They have a very clean environment and the staff is always super friendly. I can tell a difference in my recovery time after being in the red light saunas. Definitely recommend!!! read more

My friends had been telling me to try hotworx for the longest time, but it didn't sound so appealing in this Texas heat. I finally decided to try it while spending the summer in Austin with my family. Omg! It's my new favorite to thing to do. They have the sweetest team to guide you through the process. I hate running & going to a public gym because I feel like people are so judgmental and at Hotworx you get to book a time, only up to 3 people per sauna, personal trainers on every video motivating you.. what more could you ask for?! Hotworx Lakeline location is wonderful. The staff treat you with genuine care and make this place an atmosphere where you know you are welcome. In a time where customer service has taken a nose dive the team at Lakeline Hotworx holds high standards in making sure their guests are appreciated and comfortable. My achey body craves these infrared workouts now, it is the only thing that relieves the chronic hip pain (piriformis syndrome) I have been struggling with for over a year now. I actually crave these workouts! Also, if that isn't enough.. I feel like I spent a really good day at the beach afterwards.. As a professional massage therapist of over 20 years I HIGHLY recommend Hotworx for pain relief and management, detoxification, skin purification, weight loss, increased range of motion, and so much more. This place has had so many GOOD changes over the pass month. It is cleaner and smells amazing. The shower was fully stocked and the bathroom had new towels. The studio is clutter free. Each sauna was cleaned and bikes were repaired. The merchandise area looks refreshed. The vending machine in not only full but has new items. The workouts are amazing! The new General Manager Morgan is so friendly, happy and personable. It is a joy to workout at this location! read more

While the app could use some improvements- I am still a big fan. If you struggle with chronic pain/fatigue/autoimmune stuff, this is the gym for you. In moments where I would have typically skipped the gym- I now find motivation to go because I know the infrared sauna will help me feel better. I love the efficiency of the workouts and the staff is kind and friendly. Shoutout to Brandy who has such an uplifting energy when interacting with customers. She's awesome! read more

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I canceled my membership or so I thought back in August of this year. Somehow I kept getting charges on my bank account in the beginning of the month every month since then. I've caught it every single time and I have called every time I've been charged and every time someone that works there tells me that my membership is canceled and that they will refund my money. I've had three separate charges since the cancellation of my membership of $58. Today I spoke with one of the representatives on the phone and he said that he would talk to the owner and the owner would email me. It's almost 530 and I haven't received any sort of email or confirmation that I will in fact be reimbursed for their negligence. It's highly illegal to continue to charge a credit card when paperwork has already been filled out that states that I am out of my membership. This place is trash. read more

As pole instructors, we are constantly putting our bodies through difficult workouts and training, however this was different for us! It hurt so good haha. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Hotworx staff are full of energy and ready to help. They go above and beyond for their guest. Working out can be a little difficult to start, but the staff has made my experience enjoyable and I can go at my own pace without the feeling of a traditional gym. I love the idea of infrared sauna, it has blown my mind! I especially enjoy the clean rooms. Also the workouts are challenging but enjoyable. There's an additional plus of having a gym with weights along with a bathroom to shower. This place is ideal and I look forward to my workouts! This location is FLAWLESS!!! Everything was incredibly clean and fresh. It's been a minute since I've felt comfortable working out in a public setting. I met Morgan upon arrival and shared my concerns and hesitations. She took time to listen, validate and reassure me. Most people that start new year resolutions go and spend so much money in membership to gyms that have absolutely no originality, expensive trainers and horrible front desk staff. Then you have to worry about times or overwhelming gym members that take all the weights or absolutely only go there to creep on you. IM HERE TO TELL YOU that HOTWORXs is NOT that kind of gym. HOTWORXs is a gym for the people who want to really change their bodies, no just the first months of the year, it's a LIFE STYLE. In a quick summary HOTWORKS sauna workout rooms give you 15 mins if HITT training @130 degrees, talk about melting fat and building muscle at a fast rate. The detox you get from sweating your ass off gives you a high, like the runners high or just won the lottery. It's open 24hrs, nice showers if you a morning person, towels are offered at no price. I could never get a pass code to set up appointments. I called to cancel and the young lady assured me it was cancelled but I was still charged. Call to see why but manger was out at store. I was told I would receive a call back in 15 minutes. No one called. I tried to call and no one answered. The 620 location I would not recommend. read more
