CFI has challenged me both mentally and physically and has made me realize that I can push myself a lot further then I was doing alone at the gym. He has done everything from creating personalized weekly workouts to posting one of a kind videos that all help me achieve my personal goals/results. The CFI community has also been an extremely positive and unique experience. Everyone is welcoming, defying the stereotype cult crossfit scene. The coaches are amazing motivators and took time to check in and help with the movements each class. The trainers are willing to spend time with you, almost like having a personal trainer. They definitely take the time to get to know you and customize the workout to your fitness level. The classes were welcoming to all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. It was a very welcoming and tight knit community. I would still be there if I didn't move!

Tori and James are amazing instructors. They don't make you feel out of shape, and they don't push you to the point of injury or embarrassment. I have been twice now and both of them have been very encouraging and have given modifications if the particular exercise is too advanced for me at this point. Luckily, I found another F45 studio right off the Diversey Brown Line . I have a three-hour break between my Constitutional Law class and my evening class (which always drags). Going home isn't an option because I know I wouldn't make it back to campus. So, F45 Lincoln Park North turned out to be the perfect solution. I hop on the train after my second class, get about 45 minutes to study, and then do the F45 class. The trainers there are fantastic! Shout out to Katelyn and Ashley, who I see every Tuesday, and to Keely, who taught me on a Friday, my very first day at F45 Lincoln Park North. Thank you, F45, for having me on Tuesdays and making my day both productive and fun!
