My dog loves being at F Street Hound. It's his second home. Dedicated and trustworthy staff. Great hours and pricing.

This guy approves of F Street Hounds.

My dog hums ( kinda of happy whine) every time we go here. He plays so hard with daycare friend he comes home and crashes. I love looking in the window and watch him play. They also do grooming and really care that do exactly like you want.

Our dog is always eager to go to doggie daycare when we drop him off. They always call him by name which makes us feel like they know him.

Our doggy day care and boarding place of choice! We used to go to somewhere else but found Dogtopia…read morea few months ago and are loving it! The staff are always friendly and we appreciate that they are mindful of their pup to staff ratio. What we love most: - Mid-day naptime. Our pup would and has played forever if she were allowed to. Our previous day care did not have naptime and we noticed that she would usually exhaust herself and at times, get snippy towards the end of the day. The 2 hour break gives us much more peace of mind when we send her for a day knowing she won't be playing for a full 8 hours. - Constant cleaning! At our last place, we almost never saw the staff cleaning the playroom. Whenever we're tuned in to the live stream (another nice bonus), I swear someone is always mopping or wiping the kennels. We wish they'd consider opening another location further east in the city! We'd send her much more frequently if they were a little closer.

Dogtopia Papillion, 10411 Portal Road…read more My dog Sophie attended this location for daycare and boarding for 14 years, since she was a puppy. In 14 years she was never aggressive, never in a fight, and never once flagged by staff as a problem with another dog. On July 20, 2026, I dropped her off for daycare. When I picked her up that afternoon, the front desk told me there had been an "incident." Sophie was lying behind the counter, unresponsive to me. A groomer showed me a wound that had already been cleaned, disinfected, and bathed. No one could tell me what happened. The front desk employee said it occurred before her 1:00 shift. The groomer said she wasn't present either. The facility has cameras. The only explanation offered was that Sophie and another small dog "got into a scuffle." No one called me. I was home all day. Had I been notified, I could have taken her to our regular vet. Instead I learned of the injury at pickup. I left Dogtopia at 4:30 and called my vet from the car. They had no openings left and closed at 6, so they advised Animal Urgent Care, at significantly higher cost, because dog bites can turn serious. When the groomer lifted Sophie, she yelped and then would not put weight on her leg. Urgent Care shaved the wound site, put her on antibiotics, and sent her home in a cone for 7 to 10 days with instructions to clean the wound. I was still charged for a half day of daycare on the day my dog was injured in their care. I was not told whether the other dog would be there the next day. I was instead told Sophie "just lay there and didn't seem to enjoy it" and that I probably shouldn't bring her back, which directly contradicts the staff's own claim that the dogs were "playing." I emailed on July 20 requesting reimbursement of the urgent care bill. I received no response. I followed up on July 21. Stephanie, the General Manager, then left me a voicemail. The recording began before she realized it had started, and captured her mid-conversation with another employee, talking about me. What it recorded her saying was: "She called me a fricking liar." She then turned to the phone, greeted me professionally, and explained that she'd had a busy week and had planned to schedule something with me the following week. Her subsequent email apologized for the delay in communication, something I had never complained about and had expressly said was not my issue. It did not offer to cover the urgent care bill, or any portion of it. I replied clarifying exactly what I was asking for: the urgent care bill, or at minimum the difference between it and a standard vet visit, since their failure to notify me is what forced the emergency visit. She never responded. That was over two weeks ago. The scuffle isn't the failure. Dogs scuffle. The failure is that nobody called me, nobody could tell me what happened despite having video, I was charged for the day my dog was injured, my 14 year customer relationship was treated as disposable, and the General Manager's private reaction to being asked about a contradiction in her own staff's story was to say I called her a fricking before she remembered the line was recording.

Having someone love on your pet while you gone gives you so much peace…read more However, when I got home I had so many wonderful surprises, such as the kitchen was spotless, guest room too!

    1) David and Abby are awesome. 2) David and Abby go beyond…read moreyour expectations. 3) David and Abby treat your home with respect. 4) David and Abby are attentive to your pets. David and Abby watched my three dogs over Christmas in 2021. Not only do we have dogs but fish, frogs, and axolotls. It's kind of like a mini zoo :-). We asked David and Abby to treat our home like it was their own for the week my wife and I were gone. We were happy to find out that they took advantage of this with guests over for dinner. When my wife and I got home we found our home cleaner than we left it! Beds were made, carpet was vacuumed, all trash was taken out, dishes were done. The refrigerator was even wiped out and organized! During the week there was some odd noises coming from a saltwater aquarium. When Abby called me and described the noises I knew exactly what was going on. Through FaceTime video chat I walked her through solving the problem. Abby took it upon herself to make sure all of our pets, not just the ones we were paying her to watch, we're taking care of. I've had other house sitters in the past and could tell through my dogs' behavior that they were ignored. They fell into bad behaviors like getting into the trash, running outside at 3:00 in the morning, and peeing on the carpets. When my wife and I got home after the dogs were watched by David and Abby I could tell that they were cared for. None of the bad behaviors existed after we got home. David and Abby will be my only phone call I will make for watching my dogs when I go on vacation next. If David and Abby are unable to watch my dogs while my family and I are away, I will reschedule my vacation. If you had dog sitters who you paid to take care of your pets while you were gone and you know that they only came by the house for an hour or two to let the dog outside and to make sure there is food but had higher expectations then look no further than David and Abby. David and Abby will treat your pets like family and take care of your home the entire time you were gone.
