Each evening we got a report card via email with details, photos, and a video of our cat's day. We loved that our cat got to free roam with the other cats while supervised. Sarah and her staff loved and played with our cat while on vacation. He made himself right at home using all the amenities the hotel has to offer. We will definitely be using The Catios again!

I called on Monday to confirm the time they were going to open on Black Friday and the girl that answered the phone said 7 am. After getting a referral from a friend, I tried Paradise Pet Suites. Kathy came outside to pick my dogs up (Covid cautious) and was kind enough to give be a few minutes of her time to be detailed on what I wanted.. process was easy peasy! At pick up, Kathy spoke to my husband regarding how good the dogs were, when to schedule them again for grooming and was detailed again about what she had done! Seriously, I AM SO HAPPY TO FIND A PLACE THAT I FEEL COMFORTABLE LEAVING MY DOGS TO BE GROOMED!
