They gave us as much time as we needed with him before and after. They even told us several times that we could leave after and pay later or when we pick up the cremation. As a fish owner for 15+ years of both fresh water & tropical fish I am disgusted in this company for their lack of care when hiring and training employees. I experienced a snotty girl (Abby) who couldn't have been over 17 years old, refuse to sell me goldfish because she didn't like that I was "buying a couple of THEIR cheap plastic fish bowls" demanding sternly "that's not how you care for fish"! Mind you she knew nothing about me, our "fish" situation and didn't bother to ask ANY questions. It didn't matter that I explained to her I had 25+ gallon tanks at home waiting and I knew very well how to care for them. Not to mention an equally as ill trained manager that can't make eye contact or most shameful; corporate headquarters that promised a phone call three times over in the last 6 months but doesn't follow through. This company is SHAMEFUL. No clue how this company is in business. Can't imagine they will be much longer at this rate. DO BETTER PETSMART!!!
