They were always on time and took their work seriously. After the job was initially done, I had some minor concerns with the dry wall job and without hesitation they came back out and fixed the issues as soon as possible. It looks amazing!!!!! I am blessed to have found them to help with repairs to my home. They also did some side work and other minor repairs on my home without me asking and paying for it. They show genuine care and concern for your home and you as a person. They are truly and literally God sent! Also, Drew let me know about some potential water leaking issues and he was correct! Thank you and God Bless. Unfortunately, I have to update my review. I spoke to Allen over the phone on several occasions to hire him for a job. He requested that I send him the pictures and description of the job but I NEVER hear back from him. This is disappointing as he tells me over and over that he will call me back for a follow up to schedule an appointment and he doesn't reply back. This is unprofessional which is the complete opposite of my earlier experience.

Unfortunately the company is experiencing a ton of turn over and I have actually heard from other clients they are just as frustrated as we are. Every time Dannex comes back to fix things they ruin something else and the last straw for us was that they are denying responsibility for a leak in the foundation of the addition they installed. My review update to this negative stance was recently removed off yelp. It was brought to my attention by another client who is having problems and asked me if I was able to find any resolution. Thankfully my husband is in construction and in order to end this headache we are having Dannex fix some bad tiling work and we will tackle the basement ourselves. Overall, there are other companies I would have rather spent $180,000 with.

Pros: - PM Jonathan was very communicative and easy to work with - Final work quality was overall good with no major functional issues - Speed to start and finish the project was very fast - Ease of working through Executive Improvements via Home Depot Cons: - Design process was arduous, requiring two very lengthy screenshare phone calls that I would've preferred be more turnkey or asynchronous - Lots of points of contact involved from the initial estimator, to the designer, to the PM, to the day-to-day crew chief - On the ground team did not speak English and was difficult to communicate preferences to without going through the PM - Minor flaws with fixtures were not noticed by the onsite crew and required followup; even upon replacement the materials from the supplier were not totally free of deficiencies, which is more of a supplier issue but still somewhat frustrating - Cost was competitive but seemed like more efficiencies in cost could be found; for example, there were several days where one of the crew members spent most of the day on his cell phone sitting in the corner of the room, and there were also a lot of leftover materials - Team did not put up dust protection, which led to a LOT of construction dust throughout my home - Team could have done a better job with cleaning up debris and dust from my garage and driveway

My dad suffered a massive stroke in Oct. and spent 3 weeks in rehab. We needed to find a company who could give my dad an accessible living area on the bottom floor of his 2 story house. Ryan and his crew turned a SMALL I mean tiny bathroom (the door was only 22 inch wide!) into a bathroom that not only looks bigger but somehow has more space, and looks like it should be in a magazine! They had creative ideas of how to make it work for my dad. My mom wanted CHEAP. (I wanted safe). EI delivered on all aspects. Well, they weren't cheap- it was a big job. BUT they totally worked with my mom and stayed in the budget she needed. My dad's bathroom is amazing. The attention to detail in the tile work was nothing short of stellar! The paint job in the bedroom and bathroom also meticulous and flawless. The guys from EI did a bunch of other odd jobs around the house for my mom including installing stair rails, replacing faucets and mounting tvs. They were so great to work with! Even if there was an issue that came up they were easy to talk to about it and they resolved it quickly. Example: Ryan my mom hates the kitchen faucet. ryan: ok no problem we will get a different on. That's how easy it was. I trusted them in my parents house and with my parents house!
