They immediately sent a mechanic to attempt a jump start (yes, wonderful Guillermo walked over to my location) and when that failed, they offered to PUSH MY CAR to the shop because I was so close. Unfortunately, I couldn't even shift to neutral and had to arrange a tow (which they also offered to help with, if I didn't have it covered by insurance). When I arrived, not only did George remember me from an emergency brake fix a while back, he worked MAGIC to diagnose the problem (complicated circuitry issue), source necessary parts/technicians, and get me on the road within 2 days at a very reasonable cost.
