He directed us to the Pinole location with no appointment needed, so we went. The clerk at Pinole said that the person was off and asked us to go back the next day. We called the next day before going, the person was still off. The online appointments should be taken off because it does not represent reality. The walk-ins don't work because they don't regularly stuff anyone for the notary services. Avoid to use UPS for this purposes.

The line gets put on hold, everyone waits until the person who's calling to ask about pens gets his question answered. If the person wants a lowdown on a every pen in the store, the cashier will help them over the people who've been standing there in line. It's just bizarre. The front cashier should not be answering phones. Clearly there are other employees in the store. Why this is allowed is a mystery and why there aren't always multiple cashiers working is also a mystery since I see employees just walking around the store.
