Not only did my package not get delivered to my house, per my shipping instructions, it landed here where I had to wait in an extremely long long with other unserviceable customers. No response by the only worker that seemed to be on site. I've tried to rely and be a good person but my mailman has tried to steal my packages at least three times. He succeeded this time by not even giving it up saying there was nothing. Then it got weird the update said that it was dropped off;then switched off again and said it had an incomplete address and that it can't be delivered. I've ordered from this site three times and the package arrives. How the hell does this happen this time? I'm beyond myself. I spent $190 worth of products for it to be sent back? This place isn't really a post office. It's more like a warehouse with no windows and fenced in areas for parking. You can go and they won't necessarily be open during their stated hours. Getting home mail delivery in Richmond that is reliable and accurate is almost non existent. Unacceptable level of customer service. Zero attention, zero care! Please train front desk stuff!

This place is the worst. Every time I have to pick up a package here I totally dread it. Maybe they're a good hub for processing your mail but it's not a place that is customer friendly and in fact not even really set up to be customer facing. Think about how it may be to pick up a package in say a back alley in Calcutta or some place like that if you want to know how this place is. They are not competent here and try to tell you what you want to hear, but really are clueless. The problem is that is the hub where the USPS carriers work out of, so we have no other choice when it comes to retrieving a package or trying figure out delivery issues, etc. This is literally the worst USPS location I've ever been to in my life. Every time I have a package going to Richmond California to Hawaii. My packages take over a month sometimes almost 3 months to arrive in Hawaii. I know I ain't the only Hawaii Resident that Experience this. I later found out from their staff that they do not ship packages until they fill up a whole container to send to Hawaii. If that said container is not full they won't mail our packages. USPS loves to screw with Hawaii's mail. Is why I pray each time I order something online it doesn't go to them as sometimes I order specialty foods and when I get them they may spoil or get damage. When they say 3 to 5 day shipping and it goes to this area; it's basically a lie. I wish there was a way to put in shipping notes to not deliver to these Facilities in California as I get no problems when they reach other places that also delivers straight to Hawaii. California not a trust-worth location for package delivery as I even get packages stolen or miss shipped to another country like my last one went to Guam rather then Hawaii and that package took me 3 months and 2 request to find and search for it too. Glad I got it but boy that was already passed the refund stage for Ebay and I would of lost my money on that purchase too. read more

This is the third time, if not more, that I have received an email stating that a package I was expecting was delivered to my mail box and It WAS NOT!!! Driver keeps delivering to the wrong address and the status says delivery attempted or no access which is a lie because I was home all day hoping to get my package and I didn't even see any single usps vehicle passed by. Next day I went to pick up my package because the tracking didn't say out for delivery and the lady couldn't even find my package. It has happened several times now and I'm very frustrated that they keep messing up and I have to go through this pain. Zero customer service. They never answer phone calls. A letter that was postmarked as mailed to me on November 8, 2017 from San Francisco, Ca was delivered to me on January 26, 2018 to Richmond, Ca. That is disgraceful and it was a very important time sensitive piece of mail. it's a sad day when your packages are stolen from the mail carrier or post office. i can't even get my mail. i have to have certain packages sent to a family member house to ensure i get my package. i had two seperate packages coming from two different areas. i bought mask for myself due to me being an essential worker. also a friend sent me clorox wipes since i can't find any in bay area. both packages due to arrive on same day 5/8/2020 at 2:28 and 2:29. in a community that has cameras. i online order from everywhere no problem receive all my packages from amazon,torrid,nike.com. i am convinced our goverment workers are stealing from us. not to mention not receivinmg mail for two and three weeks. then once you make an apperance to the bissell office ypou get mail next day. i do not understand how no one has tried to get some order. i just want my mask and clorox wipes as i go to work everyday hoping not to bring anything home to my family. i can't wait for someone to come and make changes. just because we live in richmond doesn't mean that we shouldn't be treated with the same respect. sad situation very disappointed in usps read more
