After meeting with…read morethe owner to talk through what I was looking for I received a detailed estimate breaking down the costs for everything. I received estimates from two other companies and probuilds was very competitive. I was lucky enough that they were able to start working right away. I worked with the owner, Thomas, who did a great job communicating with me through the whole project so I was never left wondering what would happen next. All members of his crew were professional, did great work, and cleaned up after themselves after finishing for the day. There were a few cost overruns from late design decisions but that was entirely on me and other than that the end total lined up with the estimate. Ive had a few ok experiences and a few poor experiences with home remodelers in the past. I can safely say this is the best experience ive had with any home remodeling project.

Within minutes Thomas called me and asked about the specifics. He gave me a quote shortly thereafter and had a crew on site within hours. Thomas and his crew had the job done by our required deadline and had the job site cleaned up (a rarely among demolition crews). I highly recommend ProBuild Solutions. They will be my first call next time I need any demolition or renovation work done.

I found this team through a Yelp search, and Alexandro was immediately responsive, and remained so throughout the entire experience. His communications were clear; his estimate was fair; he showed up exactly as planned. On the job, Manuel's work was detailed and thorough, and it was very seamless having him here. I've got an old house with old shingled siding, and I'm so glad I found Alexandro and EcoSide - it's a huge comfort to have the right team for the different old-house needs that arise. Over the span of three months, he oversaw the demolition of the house, removing two load bearing walls as well as all of the flooring and bathrooms (tub, toilets, vanities). I would give Simon a 6-star rating if that was an option. His demeanor as head contractor was always calm, respectful and considerate. He guided me through the process of selecting new floors, appliances, fixtures, and a completely new HVAC system. Simon's subcontractors were all very friendly and professional. It appears that he is very careful in who he hires for his remodels. All aspects of their work met my approval in quality. It with great pleasure and confidence that I recommend Simon and his crew to undertake any kitchen, bath and home remodeling that a customer might desire!

April 2025 Seattle, WA…read more Why we chose to work with Simon: 1) We gathered about a dozen estimates. Simon was one of two contractors who offered bids within our budget. 2) Simon spent a full hour exploring the space and asking questions. All other bids completed only a cursory look of the space, and failed to notice details that needed consideration. Simon pointed out a lot of things that were important for us to understand before moving forward with the project. Simon also said that estimate would take a couple of days to fine tune (versus other contractors who seemed to just throw out a number). 3) Simon immediately came across as a person with integrity and good communication skills. Our experience with Simon and his team: 1) Impeccable communication throughout the process. No leaving us in the dark, and always responsive to our questions. Simon responds to texts and emails right away. 2) Consistent work schedule. Once the project started, his team was at the house for 10 hours daily, 5 to 6 days per week. No disappearing acts. 3) Excellent team - Incredibly skilled with attention to detail. The team is also polite and conscientious. 4) Design skills - Rather than hire a separate designer, Simon and his team were meticulous in making sure the design details and colors were aligned with our 1904 house architecture. 6) Beautiful results -- We now have a renovated, upscale master bathroom that even has a custom vanity. I was so happy with the outcome that I also hired his team to replace our 120-year old wood floors. Our house has not only been transformed into an elegant space but we were able to keep both projects to a budget that was less than what most contractors estimated for just the bathroom project! We fully intend to hire Simon again for future projects!

My partner and I bought a 100-year-old home in Seattle that needed a lot of love: total overhaul of electric and plumbing, an extensive kitchen renovation, and I won't even tell you about the smell. We got quotes from a number of different contractors, and from our first interaction, Carlos was the most organized and personable. He also struck the right balance between hearing what we wanted in the house and offering his expertise and advice. During the project, he and his team put in long days and did careful, beautiful work (the kitchen is the gem of the place! we always get compliments on it). They also went out of their way to help us while we were doing our own projects on the house. You should choose CSC, LLC for your projects because of the excellent work that they do, but the bonus is that you will not find a team with more integrity and pride in their work. We had a couple of issues--more than reasonable given the scope and time frame of this project--and Carlos was a phone call away, and went above and beyond to resolve everything. We will definitely be calling him for any future projects.

Attention to detail was severely lacking, and he and his team lack the ability to do any skilled labor. This includes electrical, high-end door locks, landscaping, drywall and paintwork, and installation of anything that relates to sink drains or garbage disposals. I would not ever recommend this overpriced company for any of your home remodeling needs. If I could give CSC, LLC 0 stars I would. Unfortunately, the lowest grade on Yelp is 1 star. If for some reason you do decide to hire CSC, LLC understand you might be going back to fix lousy work later on down the road. Below you will see a break down of work that needed to be fixed or replaced and the cost associated. Carlos bad work: -Entire electrical troubleshooting/diagnosing and fixing bad work $3,460.50 *Carlos cost: $6,500. Not including fixing any issues. -Three disconnect outlets need to be replaced and up to code. (Extra cost: $2200) *Carlos cost: $4,800 -Four wall outlets needed to be replaced in the event space (extra cost: $800) -faulty wiring for the disconnects and completely had to be replaced. (Extra cost $500) *Carlos cost: $4,800 -Snaked my kitchen sink and didn't put the plumbing back together (extra cost: $220) *Carlos cost: $250 -Basement door lock (2 months of waiting time. This left my property unlocked and exposed) -While doing drywall, sheetrock, and paintwork, there were no drop cloths used in the process which resulted in paint splatter, mud, and drips of unknown substance all over my home. His team did clean up the mess but was one of the sloppiest drywall jobs I have ever seen. I interviewed one of his employees the day before they started and he tells me, "My specialty is drywall, sheetrock, and paint work." -during the installation of the garbage disposal, there were large drops of an unknown substance under the sink. -City violation for working on an ECA Critical slope. He should have known this before starting the project. (Extra fees associated with the violation are close to $10,000) -Response time to any detailed text or email would take anywhere from a few days to a week. I even flew out to Seattle from my home in Reno to review the remaining scope of work and he pretty much forgot that we were meeting. I called him after he was half an hour late and reminded him that I flew in for the meeting and he was late. I was a solid customer and paid all of my invoices on time. I would even provide the team some lunch, drinks, snacks, and donuts in the morning. I would have expected to receive a higher quality of work after spending over $40,000 with CSC, LLC.
