I take my cars here to have them smogged and have been very happy with the service. They seem like honest brokers.

Concord Honda - Never planning to return here!

Concord Honda

I had an outstanding experience at Concord Honda and wanted to recognize the exceptional customer…read moreservice I received. I brought my 2018 Honda Accord in for a B17 service, and I was shocked by the price difference compared to another dealership. Delta Honda quoted me over $900 for the same service, while Concord Honda completed it for less than $300. That's an incredible value without compromising on quality. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and treated with honesty and respect. Ashley, my Service Advisor, was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary services. It's refreshing to find a dealership that genuinely puts its customers first. If you're a Honda owner looking for fair pricing, excellent service, and people who truly care, I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Concord Honda. Be sure to ask for Ashley, she's an amazing Service Advisor and made this one of the best dealership service experiences I've had. I will be returning!!!!

Sooo kinda a mix here…read more.. Found a car I like. Made a deal. 5 stars. Not end of story.. Employee of my salesman says. "oh wow, great buy, if you passed it up my people are taking it. You could drive that for a few years and maybe loose a couple grand tops." Long story short made some extra cash, went back with a bigger budget. They offer me 23k. After I bought it last week for 26 on sale from 27.. more like 30 plus when it's all said and done. Great thing to know after being told the complete opposite. Love being lied to when making a life changing purchase. Dealer also forgot to mention "there great program" Honda maintenance care. Couldn't add on later. They also didn't point out scratches, dents or imperfections in the car. Other dealerships point that out right away. All and all the car is okay. The day of sale was okay. Everything after was eye opening. Beware, do your research and don't trade in with dealerships.

He was incredibly thorough in explaining all the terms and options, making sure everything was clear and easy to understand without feeling rushed. Later, a new Carfax report appeared showing previously undisclosed damage (well before I purchased the vehicle) something that should have been disclosed before I signed anything. When I brought this to their attention, the dealership's responses were dismissive and avoided addressing the core issue: I bought the car under false information. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a meaningful remedy for the diminished value, I was met with excuses and deflection.A dealership should stand behind the accuracy of the information they provide. In this case, they didn't. If you care about transparency and honesty in the buying process, be cautious here. The lack of accountability has been extremely disappointing.

My husband and I were interested in a BMW M3 they had for sale and were initially assisted by Nabi…read morethrough text. He sent us a video of the car, and right away I could tell he genuinely loves what he does. He was super bubbly, positive, energetic, and provided amazing customer service from the very beginning. We decided to make the drive out to see the car in person, but when we got there, we noticed a paint chip that was never mentioned to us beforehand. Naturally, we asked what could be done to make up for it. We all know car sales is a numbers game, so we weren't expecting anything unreasonable. The manager, Sheikh, initially offered $250 off, then went up to $750 and said that was the absolute most he could do, mentioning that he had two other buyers anyway. What really rubbed me the wrong way, though, was a comment he made while talking about his text conversations with my husband. He said something along the lines of, "When Danny texted me a black spot on the car asking what it was, I saw his message and thought, 'What is it now?'" I'm sorry, but what do you mean, "What is it now?" We're potential customers about to spend a significant amount of money on a vehicle. Asking questions and pointing out concerns should never feel like we're bothering you. Especially when it's something that wasn't disclosed to us in the first place! That comment was honestly unnecessary and made me feel like our concerns were more of an inconvenience than something worth addressing. As customers, we should feel comfortable asking questions without being made to feel difficult for doing so. Anyway, we told Sheikh that if he could take $1,000 off due to the paint chip, we'd sign right then and there. He stood firm on his $750, and I stood firm on our offer, so we ended up walking away. A few days later, Nabi reached out to my husband to let him know the car was still available. We stuck to our original offer, and the very next day, Nabi texted us saying he was able to get the deal done! So we made another trip out and officially purchased the car. With all that being said, I really want to give a HUGE shoutout to Nabi! He was honestly the highlight of this entire experience. Super friendly, energetic, patient, and incredibly responsive throughout the whole process. Even after we walked away the first time, he continued to follow up and made sure everything worked out. That's the kind of customer service that makes a difference, especially when making a big purchase like this. Although I wasn't too happy with how certain things were handled by management, Nabi definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you so much, Nabi! We truly appreciate you!!

The Q8 was well under its mileage limit. Two weeks later we got a $2,831.65 lease-end bill for new tires, a rear camera this same dealership had already replaced under recall, and other questionable charges. Our salesperson, Tim Tyler, told us to go ahead and pay it, and that the dealership would reimburse us. We trusted him and paid. Since then, Tim has told us the dealership has no connection to Audi Financial, the Audi division that held our lease, and keeps sending us to General Manager Eddie Martz. We've never once heard back from Mr. Martz. It's now October, nine months later, and we still haven't been reimbursed. Three cars in, this is how they treat loyal customers. A dealership that makes promises to close a big sale and then disappears isn't one I can recommend. Get everything in writing.

But there was definitely some gamesmanship from the salesman that I didn't care for- We test drove the car, liked it a lot and made an offer. The offer was rejected, and that's okay. But the salesman called back multiple times telling me "your car has just sold" which just wasn't true. They were playing games in an attempt to create urgency and pushing a new car instead of a used one. I did not care for this tactic at all. The service manager Abdul was downright confrontational in the negotiation process. Not in a natural "trying to make the sale" kind of way, but demeaning and aggressive. If it wasn't the exact car my wife wanted, I would've went elsewhere where due to that interaction and the "your car just sold!" tactic. Rich in finance was very kind and helpful, but honestly- Eh. It was not my favorite experience in buying a car. They didn't budge much on price or trade-in, I could've gotten a better deal elsewhere.
