Excellent communication, service, and timely replies. I received a significant discount on the OTD price, even when including the BuySide Auto fee. On top of that, I NEVER had to step into a dealership, talk to a salesperson directly, spend hours playing the "let me ask my manager" game, or have to talk to a Finance manager and repeatedly say NO to unnecessary options. All communication was easily done through email and text, although phone and in-person contact was also available. Process starts with completing a convenient online request. From there, Kim contacted me to fully understand my wishlist, range of optional requirements, and any non-negotiables. After reaching out to their dealer network, within a day she provided a list of potential matches with estimated OTD prices, which included some in SoCal available for transfer to the Bay Area and cars still in production with estimated availability dates. I had a lot of questions and some requests and Kim was very responsive and instrumental in relaying them to the dealer and advocating for me. Even my request to remove all dealer installed options was negotiated by Kim and granted by the dealer with no hassle on my end. I paid the BuySide Auto fee to reserve the car for purchase and when the car was available I opted to pickup at their office in SF. Home delivery to SF is also currently no charge, while delivery outside of the city is available with a modest fee. Upon first contact, I asked if weekend pickup or delivery was available, since their normal hours are on weekdays. Kim made note of it and remembered my preference even after the sale was completed. Chris was able to make himself available for Saturday pickup! We took a walk around the car took a look inside. We spent no more than 10 minutes reviewing and signing paperwork, received my keys, and I was off with my brand new car! Both Kim and Chris were great to work with and I have no hesitation in working with them again for future car purchases.

Anyway, my car got totaled a couple months ago... the day before Thanksgiving. The car rental coverage was coming to an end sooner than I thought and I was stressing about finding a car. My friend told me about Paul and to just "send him a text with what you need. I was given his direct cell number and sent a general text about my situation. He said "tell me what you're looking for and your budget." I told him exactly what I was looking for and the amount of money I could spend. I explained I needed a car within the next two days preferably. Within the same hour I get 6 emails of listings to review from Paul. I tell him which one I'm interested in. He says I can come by that evening at anytime to check it out. Not only was the car PERFECT for me, I love my car... BUT Paul got me an even better deal than the one I had with my car that got totaled. Check this out, I got a car that was ONE YEAR NEWER than my previous car, AT A LOWER COST with LOWER MILES. I kid you not I thought to myself "this is too good to be true. this is too easy." I'm telling you I AM OVERLY CAUTIOUS ABOUT THIS TYPE OF STUFF ... So this isn't even the end of how Paul went above and beyond for me.... Ok so not only am I driving my dream car that is newer and at a better rate than my last car.... but as we're leaving he says to me "hey don't forget to cancel your warranty on your other vehicle." And I had no idea that I could even do that. And he says "Ya a lot of people don't know that they can do that." So I take his advice.... I call up my prior dealership... and I say (as if I know what I'm talking about) "HI I'm calling to cancel my warranty, my car got totaled effective this date." And ONE MONTH LATER I GET A CHECK FOR $1726.00!!!!!! SO NOW I'm taking myself to New York for a week on vacation in June. Paul answered every neurotic paranoid question I had. He got me a newer car for a cheaper price. He informed me of something I had no clue I was even able to do, and I got a refund check that I NEVER WOULD HAVE RECEIVED HAD I GONE TO SOMEONE ELSE. AND NOW I'M GOING ON VACATION FOR A WEEK PAID TO MY FAVORITE CITY. PAUL KNOWS HIS SH*T. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO BUY A CAR. Too many people are untrustworthy and just want your money. I don't feel that way when I'm sitting across the desk from Paul. I just sent him one text. Got the car of my dreams THAT NIGHT. I have told everyone about him. I know this review is long.. but I just can't say enough. I've gone through probably 5 cars in my life so far.... and I tell you what... I don't ever have to feel stressed or that I'm being taken advantage of again. I know Paul is that man. Thanks again Paul, truly, thank you so much for your help.
