It seems most of the food is in a warmer behind the counter so after placing order the lady fixed the orders and them went to the back to cook the plantains. The oxtails were good, the chicken had a lot of sauce (seemed spicy) and took away from the actual seasoning of chicken and there were a lot of small Bones in the chicken which was making it difficult to eat.
