My wife and I saw Ezra Tree Service in our area last year. We both liked what we saw. This Spring we decided to have our tree pruned. They are thoroughly modern. My wife and I are Seniors. I can now say I am "tech savvy". They wanted me to take a photo, leave my name and phone number.They called back promptly; they gave us a free estimate. We liked the quote and the final cost was as promised. On the phone, they told me, they would come on that day or on the following. They came earlier than we expected. That was fabulous. The one inconvenience for me was to find a cone. My wife wanted to go the store and buy. I said that was unnecessary. I struggled a little. My neighbor was great, she was a big help. She had her vehicle in front of our tree. Fortunately, she had a long pole barrier "thing". Another thing was making a "No Parking" sign. My printing with a marker has gone south. Go figure as a teen I would make signs for my Aunt's produce stand . I scramble too -- to find the person to move his back up his car. Believe me it go well. In the end, the gal moved her van. I'm still in awe of how efficient these guys were!! I had 4 huge cypress trees! Nasty bug & nest infested eye sores for over 15 years! These boys had these trees down within an hour! Pros: These guys work quickly! At least for our case, they removed tree stumps. First one was out in less than 10 minutes and less than 10 minutes later the second one was done. They cleaned up after themselves. Con: they were a little late and phone response/text response is not ideal. This is a minor issue as they indeed came (at a reasonable time) and were done SO fast we were extra impressed. Value - worth it. read more

Just used Ezra's Tree Service for the first time & boy am I happy I did. They removed a pesky California Pepper Tree about 35 feet tall & 30 feet in diameter which was starting to lean hazardously towards my home in just over an hour, stump grinding & all. In about another thirty minutes, they were totally cleaned up & ready to be paid. The only thing they left behind was a couple of muddy tracks (From the stump grinder vehicle) in my driveway that will clear up shortly & a few small twigs, which is ultimately no biggie. I didn't expect them to pick up every single leaf or twig. They completely leveled out & tamped the area the tree was removed from with the woodchips left behind.
