I had a wonderful experience with Daniel and his assistant, Henry. They mounted our tv for us briefly and without issue and I would definitely hire them again! The reason I gave 4/5 stars is for a couple reasons: 1) although he called to let me know, he showed up late. Projected window was 11-1pm but he didn't come until shortly after 2. Although he warned me, it wasn't ideal. 2) they didn't clean up their dust mess from the drilling. I'm not sure what the standard is out there but it was a small mess and I would think that they would only want to leave behind a positive footprint. This, unfortunately, wasn't ideal for us. Based on other positive reviews on yelp I contacted Daniel of EZ service and requested a quote on a drywall modification to allow my new refrigerator door to open. Daniel responded immediately with a visit to my home here in Annapolis. I found him to be professional, friendly and very competent. After we discussed options he departed and within an hour called me back with a quote that I found acceptable. He sent a very competent young man who spent most of a day making the necessary drywall repair. This was not an easy task as the corner that needed to be modified was backed by a metal stud. We needed drywall repair in a hurry. There was a big crack in the drywall, and it was growing. An electrician who had just replaced the light switch said that the crack could affect the switch, and that was happening. I called EZ Service on Wednesday, and received a very prompt return call. I sent them photos of the damage, and on Friday, they came by to take a paint sample. On Sunday, two service people came over exactly when they said they would be there, and did the repair quickly and beautifully. They matched the paint perfectly, and were very courteous and neat. When I inspected the work, I noticed the light switch was not working, so they fixed that, re-caulked the area around the switch and were on their way.
