That is when we decided to reach out to HBKB and immediately felt at ease and were confident that we have come to the right place. Wei has a sharp eye for detail. He frankly shared an honest feedback on the work done on our first bathroom. He literally spotted all the issues that were bothering us (and then some) in first few minutes. HBKB crew is quite busy so getting to the calendar took some time, but they are worth the wait. Wei is extremely prompt in responding and keeps you up to date with the progress. All the area of the house that could get dust from the work were properly covered, floor was nicely protected. Every day the crew would clean up so that even from outside there is no trash laying around. The bathroom took a little over 2 weeks and we are very happy with the result. The finish is much better. We can totally compare with our first bathroom and tell what difference does it make to go to the professionals. All the team members were very professional, courteous and hardworking. We are quite certain that we would reach out to HBKB for our next home project.

I ordered a full vanity set and went over all the dimensions and details with a representative named Rachel. I explained exactly what we needed for our bathroom, so I thought everything was clear. But when the vanity arrived, the sink was at least four inches off center. Who would ever expect a sink to come like that? When I called Rachel to sort it out, she told me, "you should have known that the sink would be off center." That completely threw me off. She's the expert--if something like that was going to be an issue, she should've warned us or suggested a different option. Mistakes happen. Miscommunications happen. But putting the blame on the customer isn't the way to handle it. There are plenty of other places with similar prices and way more knowledgeable staff. If you're shopping around, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
