Okay I don't really write reviews. However, I do have to say I am so impressed with this place that I had to take the time to write this reviews. Let's start with the Cons as I like to hear the bad things first. This place has some people learning optometry and they may not be as fast as some places when it comes to testing. But don't let that discredit their knowledge. They were very thorough and made me feel taken care of. Pros of this place is a hit more extensive. For one the office is beautiful and well presented in a fashionable manner. The people are great at helping you pick the correct kind of glasses for you as well as the best style. The Doctors are extremely patient and do not rush through the exam. They make you feel relaxed and help you feel confident in your answers. They even go the extra mile as to educate you on best practices and what products for eye care I should use when working on a computer all day. If I could give this place mote stars I 100% would. I have been going here for 3 years now ever since my other optometrist closed in the Cerritos town center. I'm glad they did because my experiences here have been nothing but amazing. Dr. B is one of the sweetest and most informative optometrist you will ever meet. She treats her patients as if they are family and always has a smile. I walk in to happy faces and amazing selection of eye wear, the most up to date latest trends. So excited for my new Oliver People glasses that ( forgot her name) my fitter picked out, Giving me plenty of options of what I was looking for. Her product knowledge was flawless and being a manager in a product knowledge driven environment I was very impressed. If I could I would give this office 10 stars but the 5 stars will do. I had lasik about 4 years ago that really created a problem with driving at night. I went to a few eye dr's to see about getting that resolved and until meeting Dr. David Rosenblum at Eyesite Optometry this problem is no longer a problem. He took the time to understand my issues, worked through them with state of the art tools and just smart ways of dealing with the problem of driving in twilight and darkness. I tried out my glasses and what a huge difference,with out nausea and discomfort. I feel that I am safe to drive at night for me and other drivers on the road. Found this place on Groupon. Wasn't expecting much but such a great find! The eye exam for glasses was free, their glass selection was great. They gave me cleaning solution extra cases etc. I really liked their staff, they were really well mannered and helpful. I also liked my experience here because I just turned 27 and got kicked off my dads amazing insurance. I ever had to worry or look at prices. Everything was covered. This was an eye opener when I found out I couldn't just pick the first frame I want. But they worked well with me, discounted where they can, got me in and out with glasses in like an hour. Yasmin was helping me she's wonderful. Took time with my indecisiveness. Great experience. Now I am enjoying a beautiful lunch in the socal sun with my beautiful new glasses. Thanks guys! read more

I live in Bel Air but drive to this place for the excellent customer service. Lost my first pair of glasses from here and they gave me a great discount on replacing them! Suzette, the general manager, is extremely generous and helpful and the overall feel in the shop is very positive. It would be a lot more convenient for me to not drive out from LA but it's so worth it to know that I am going to get top frame brands and people who are super nice and happy to be doing business with me. The staff at Eye site optometry are wonderful. I have been coming here for years and their customer service, friendly personalities and professional conduct is always exemplary. From the courteous receptionist to the lady that performs the eye check and especially their newest eye doctor Amanda Garcia, I am very pleased with the service provided. Recently relocated to the area & went to the Cerritos location with my husband. I must say, contrary to some comments, I absolutely loved my experience. I loved loved LoVED the staff..just the energy made me feel like it was an experience and not an appointment. Had a great time with Maddie, great sales person, informative, professional and personable. She even walked outside to demonstrate HOW HER TRANSITIONS worked! All the staff had style were curteous & overall made getting a pair of specs more "cool" then a hassle. (Obviously..I wasnt looking fwd to my appointment initially) however, I will recommend you all to everyone. Btw: my dr. Was a sweetheart..kind and professional. Thanks everyone! All the staff, from receptionist to doctor to eyeglass specialist, were courteous and knowledgeable. With some frame selections you can leave the office wearing your new glasses. The handle on the right side of my glasses broke again today, it is definitely time for new glasses. In the meantime, it broke at 5:58 pm. I got to Eyesight Optometry at 6:08 pm, Sarah still took me in and fixed my glasses without giving me a hard time. I am very grateful as I am blind as a bat without it. Called here n they said there's a good chance they did. I came n everyone was super nice n their office is great too w high tech equipment. I had a scheduled appointment but when I showed up they seemed very busy. The receptionist was very polite, and told me I would be seen shortly. When I was by the doctor I explained to her my history with my eyes and told her I was looking for me glasses. I explained to her that I wanted contacts but every other doctor I had seen had never been able to get contacts into my eyes. The doctor said she wanted to try. They sent me to the receptionist for a contact fitting and within 10 mins she trained me how to get them in my eyes. Highly recommend this place! read more

My wife and I visited here last Saturday and were very impressed. Yasmin helped both of us pick great looking frames that were extremely comfortable. Since I have a very high prescription (-13.75!!) I have a limited selection of eyeglasses to choose form. Yasmin gave us great recommendations and choosing the right frame took very little time. It was a very positive buying experience. This place is the best! Great staff, easy to make an appointment and you don't wait very long in the waiting room which is the best! The assistant and the doctor were very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. The woman who helped me pick out my glasses went over my benefits with me and any packages they were currently offering. I did only buy prescription glasses the day of my visit because I wanted to purchase prescription sunglasses as well but the price was outrageous. However I will be returning to this optometrist in the future and definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for a new eye doctor.
