My wife and I visited here last Saturday and were very impressed. Yasmin helped both of us pick great looking frames that were extremely comfortable. Since I have a very high prescription (-13.75!!) I have a limited selection of eyeglasses to choose form. Yasmin gave us great recommendations and choosing the right frame took very little time. It was a very positive buying experience. I went to their Newport Location years ago, glad they opened one in Cerritos. Anyhow front desk was warm and attentive. I was coughing non stop, she offered me water and let me know it's ok (I was embarrassed being disrupted) Person that ran some eye tests- walked me through everything she was testing my eyes for. Dr. Rosenblum is a quirky guy, as in personable/funny. He does look like Bob Saget. I told him I was blind as bat. He mentioned my prescription isn't as bad as most of his patients. I told him about concerns- my contacts drying my eyes and ripping easily, my glasses give me a headache. He recommended a different type of contacts brand and so far so good. (Switched from acuvue oasys dailies to Alcon total one dailies). He had Yasmin I believe help me sorry I forgot her name. She is awesome and so honest! She even fixed/adjusted my current pair of glasses because I complained about the nose pads and it giving me a headache. The office has plenty of brand name frames and fits. Overall, great office visit. I would definitely be returning and recommending others. read more

I need to update my review from January. After reading Eyesite's honest response to my critical review, I decided to give them another chance. I'm glad I did as the service was excellent this time. I understand mistakes happen, and the level of care I received was wonderful for my exam. I returned another day to pick out my glasses and Jasmine (I may have spelled that wrong) was outstanding. She had also helped me last year when I got glasses, but no exam, and was fantastic then, too. I am planning on returning when it is time for my next exam. read more

I have been coming to this office for my WHOLE LIFE. I have always been attended by great Drs. This experience, however, was so different from all the rest. It went from great to AMAZING! Dr. Sherry was so sweet and very informative. I had never worked with her before. She compared my previous results to the current results and explained to me what was physically happening to my eye sight and how it was affecting the way I see. She also was very patient while trying to correct my vision using the appropriate "machinery". Not once did I feel like she was rushing to get me to 20/20 vision. She went over a few slides over and over VERY patiently, until it was achieved. Thank you, Dr. Sherry! I left the office feeling like a million bucks with my 20/20 vision contact lenses! I can't wait for my glasses to come in! Shout out to Sarah, who understood my "I don't do well with too many options" struggle and found me the perfect frames in under 10 minutes! You are awesome!
